About 4 years ago we bought an AC unit with Bardi....

About 4 years ago we bought an AC unit with Bardi. Everything was going fine until about a year ago when the unit started making some weird noises everytime it started. We called bardi to come look at it and of course everytime they came the unit wouldn't make the noise this went on and on for months until bardi told us to record the noise so we did. Call them again and they said that they would look in to it. A month went by and we called again. Finally they said they would come again and when they did they said that the control panel was bad so we had to change it we did and payed them $500 to fix it. The next day the noise was back and was even worse. Called again and sent a recording and they said we re gonna look in to it never called back with any news or anything. Weeks went by and we called again to see what they were gonna do to our surprise they told us we are sending another tech. He came and oh surprise!!! We now have a bigger problem and it's about 2k to fix it. I called the next day and was told that they were gonna look in to it. They called 3 days later to tell us that Justin the manager was coming to check it and make it right he never showed up so I called the next day and he said they had called BS. I asked for a refund of my 500 and they said no let me (justin) come and make it right the 2 times he scheduled to come he never showed, even though I had told him either me or my husband had to stay home from work. Not a call or anything, finally last week u called and they told me that my refund had been processed but he still was going to come and make it right guess what never showed!!!
I have to give them a star to be able to write a review but really they dont deserve that.
Go spend your money somewhere else, spend it with a company that actually gives you honest work, working equipment and stand behind their work.
