Unit was installed less than a year ago by a local company that was purchased by Casteel. Have had nothing but problems and they have been out SIXTEEN times, eventually replacing several components. Last week, the outside unit began short cycling in the evening once family members got home from work. Casteel refused to send anyone until the next day, even knowing the extent of their problems. Unbelievably bad customer service. We ve used Bardi in the past for service work and for an install at my parents home with great results. I called them and three hours later the unit was up and working perfectly again. Bardi has the best customer service in the area. Highly appreciative of Bardi s professionalism!
