I called Bardi a couple days ago thinking it would take a week to get an appointment. Fortunately it only took two days. Our service persons name is Johnathon and I explained to him that the air condition unit hasn't worked for a week and was hoping I didn't have to replace the unit as I just didn't have $5k laying around. Within 2 minutes....(No lie, I swear), he identified the problem and within 6 minutes, including several trips back and forth to his truck and a conversation with me about other technical items, the unit was fixed. I couldn't believe how quick he was able to determine the issue and fix it.
The appointment was schedule between 6-8pm tonight and as a result of being freed up earlier, he called and asked if he could come earlier....I was perfectly fine with this and received a $30 reduction in the cost of the service from $95 to $65 ........
Bottom line is that I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the professionalism in which the service man (Johnathon) displayed.....Do not hesitate in using Bardi and Johnathon for your needs, the experience and the end result I received was much better than I could have hoped for and would have no problem calling them in the future at all.
