The busiest place ever on the planet.
I can t believe I m the first person to rare Times Square.
I adore time square, not even with the covid-19 it loses its shine!!!
Busy, crowded, store bathrooms are dirty. Visit once and try to avoid.
What can I say, it's Times Square! The street performers were great, the shops were all accessible, and bars and eateries were on every corner. A MUST SEE.
So many visitors from all over the world. This place is so energetic and exciting. You can probably see the people wearing Disney costumes. They would try to take a pic with you, but don't take a pic freely; they are gonna charge some cash for sure. You can also see some topless women. Finally, you may see the naked cowboy(super famous around here).
Times Square is one of the beautiful city I have ever lived in.
I mean how do you rate Times Square, the classic "you had to be there." Go for yourself, and make sure you go at dark to get the full effect.
I guess this the busissest place in America at 1.00 am. People come here to see other people. Impressed with security around.
It's always lively in Time Square, but especially now because it's not as crowded.
A nice walk and a fun place to explore for everyone of any age.
Amazing place so much to see and do lots of stores to see, bars, restaurants. Best place in the world.
It's electric. The lights, people, pace, it's all electric. Everyone or almost everyone is from somewhere else and walking around in awe. Unless you're from an Asian country with an abundance of lights and digital signs. You have to Keep moving otherwise you'll be bumped by the crowd. There's lots to see and do. There's the characters with whom you can take a picture with for a small fee. There's also opportunity to get tickets to Broadway shows, comedy clubs and tour buses. Take your time and enjoy the vibes and feel of the City. There's no place like it. Some of the business are open 24hr or to the wee hours of the morning.
One of the busiest places on Earth. If you want to take nice pictures, wake up at 4:00am to be there before sunrise otherwise forget about it....
This is a tourist 5 star review. I've been to many large cities. We walked through at night after a Misfits concert at Madison square garden. It really is a cool sight to see. Especially at night. If even for a moment.
One of the iconic place to visit in newyork. Huge building with red steps. Nd big digital banners. Lots of brands showroom for shopping.
If you cross the time square, you'll lost your time from massive view and things to do. I loved this place.
The energy of this place is enormous. Feels great to be there
Times square was a great place to visit. Righ4 off Broadway, there is plenty to do. Go at night so you can check out the lighrs. Make sure to visit the M&M store and FAO Swartz. Also, go to John's Pizza circa 1929. Awesome. And they do sell it by the slice. Buy a whole pizza.
Very Crowed place, of course everybody wants to walk on these streets. Interesting place. Parking its really expensive. We paid $50 for 3 hours parkinga
So many Screens! Such a beautiful place to visit in person. Photos dont do any justice. You have to experience it first hand!
Amazing, all the lights and sounds were so pretty. I 100% would come back again over and over.
It s always a pleasure to stop by Times Square when I get the chance to travel to New York.
I must seen in New York City. Breath taking, especially at night.
Awesome place, No Rush due to COVID-19. Would love to come back again soon
Definitely a must see spot when visiting the city! At night is just really cool to see all the screens and everything lit up. The main thing is to not buy stuff from the gift shops right at times square, walk a few blocks out and things are priced a bit better. The easiest restroom to get to is in the M&M store on the third floor.
Awesome place with a variety of showing experiences at your finger tips
One of the best places in the country to go. Worth it even in a snow storm. Would do it again if I could. Incredible views and the people roaming around were friendly and talkative.
One of the must visit places if you visit NY. You won t be disappointed
So alive and so much fun to be had. We come from a small city and this was a great experience for our family. Be aware of street vendors. Best thing to say is that you already have what they are offering unless you really are interested. Negotiations are necessary if you want the best price in things.
Always love time square. New york is definitely a great place
My family and I enjoyed our visit here!!! It was very fun and an exciting experience for us! We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back again soon.
Mental busy, full of characters. An experience you should really, well experience!
Time square is a must see place, a lot of historical places where American culture was born, sea of lights and large screens and oceans of people of all kinds and foods of all countries, the scenic walk through Time square and Broadway Blvd will put you in another Zone; you will come away with lots of pictures and soviners.
It was a nice area specially in the night time. You can enjoy in the 31 December night.
It's always busy and crowded, easy to lose people in a group. Lots of shopping around as well as ton of happenings. Do recommend checking out Grand Slam store for souvenirs, shirts are cheap and have a great variety.
Very crowded, but breathtaking. It's completely different than Arizona. We were also here for the huge blackout.
Vibrant and lively all along. Brightly lit and awesome to see at night. Lined with shops and some some good restaurants.
Buzzing place. Full of tourists. Different outlets and shops can be found here.
Truly is the city that never sleeps!
The bright lights and beautiful architecture will have you in awe.
If you can think it - you'll see it. And wait until you go to Canal Street !!
This place has been seen for millions of people, there is little to say to add any detail, but it shows how an old city can stay pretty much alive, offers many, too many things to do and see, if for one or two days you want to experiwnce the noise of a city that never sleeps, a city that has many faces, ground level, above and under then this place is the very core of that. As any other place has a lot of imperfections and things that you need to get used to to really enjoy it.
It's called the 'crossroads of the world' for a reason. And the billboards (especially the special, limited time ones) are not to be missed.
NYC TIMES SQUARE, you can't describe it; you just have to experience it yourself. The sights, the sounds, the smells...all New York unique.
Undoubtably this is the square that doesn t require any introduction. If you don t step foot here, it s like making a pilgrimage to the beach without swimming. In other words, if you set foot to Times Square it s like you haven t visited NYC. Best times to visit are early in the day and after 9pm because the place can get super, super crowded and you re literally rubbing shoulders with other tourists. There s so much to see and to do.
Its classic NYC amazing place to be. Great food and of course even better shopping.
Super happening place of NYC Street, amazing street view at night time and always a crowded place.
Must visit in evening till late night, if you're in NYC!
Usually busy and I avoid it when I don t need to go. Lots of people but it s entertaining for an hour or so and has some good stores in the area. Wouldn t recommend eating at a restaurant here they usually have a 20% service charge added to the bill when you go to a restaurant and don t tell you.
The happening place of New York. Every store imaginable. People every square inch. Everyone needs to visit here at least once in their lifetime
When you go to New York, you have to go to Times Square. This is the heart of the city, so much to do nearby. It's great that so much of the Broadway/7th Ave intersection has been converted into pedestrian mall so you can take in the atmosphere without so much car exhaust or honking. The people dressed in costumes trying to take pictures with you is a little annoying in summer but most are polite about it.
Absolutely love the place and I can say forsure ill be coming back. Great place to get decent food and meet new people from all over the world in one place.
Just standing or walking slowly around here, corner to corner. And you ll get a lot of energy from all the big lights of these billboard signs.
It s beautiful.
Lots of Food with different courtiers.Easy access to train.Amazing Place to visit in NY. Lots of Shopping option. Costly but obvious. Crowded place but you can easily get space to enjoy and hangout.
Such a buzz around this place, loads to see and do! A must if you come to Manhattan
If you re worried that Times Square won t live you to your expectations; don t be. It s crazy and noisy and reasonably overwhelming (even for a Londoner) but really enjoyable too. Sitting on the steps and watching the lights get brighter as the sky gets darker is great fun. A great place to watch the world go by for an hour in the early evening.
Everyone should add this to their bucket list. Once in a lifetime opportunity to be at the literal center of the universe. It was such a fantastic experience standing in Times Square to ring in the New Year with my husband surrounded by people from all over the world. I highly recommend!! Be prepared to stand for hours or have reservations well in advance at a place close by. As it starts to fill up around noon they will start to barricade off the area street by street. It's important to have a plan and reservations or you will be disappointed.
It's cool to see what we all see on tv in person. So bright and so many lights. My kids were mesmerized.
If you are a tourist like me and you get to Times Square and you are unsure what to do with yourself, go sit on those big red stairs. It's nice and relaxing. You cam just take in the big city around you and it's pretty awesome.
Obviously it's very touristy, but you have to see it. Bright lights, lots of people, lots of advertising, it's exactly what you think it is.
Great iconic spot to witness the city that never sleeps. Of course it will be busy but worth walking around and seeing everything
Even tho i could barely walk through. This place is AMAZING. There's no place like it in the world. The experience is one that i could do over and over again, it's beautiful and the lights are hypnotic. New York had every type of beauty imaginable. For all the craziness, i can check Time Square off my bucket list and feel blessed to have been here! Thanks New York!
Amazing place, make sure to visit when dark to get the full experience of all the lights!
Times Square is the heart of New York, lots of people lots of stores, restaurants, pizza, vendors, plays and so much more.
Loving apple's new marketing campaign! Very crowded and needs to be kept cleaner. Perhaps making it a pedestrians only location might help.
Very, VERY busy but an absolutely BEAUTIFUL & breath-talking section of New York! It's also very crowded...especially at night. So, while it makes a nice destination for a family vacation, I would NOT recommend it for families with children under the age of 8 years old.
No as crowded as expected, not as crazy as expected, not as many lights as expected, still a nice place to visit, especially during night hours. Just sit there and watch people for a little while
It was nice/crowded (and there was a crazy guy screaming and complaining about the tourists) but it was pretty nice anyway
There's nothing quite like the buzz of Times Square, always so colouful. I love it at night when it's all lit up!
Obviously this location draws in a lot of tourist, but for no particular reason. It never sleeps, most quiet time is between 3 and 4 am. As Times Square is in the middle of Manhattan it is therefore relatively close to anywhere. Number of restaurants and good hotels are located within the area, no problem with taxis or access to public subway.
Lively space to be in at any time. Lot of positive energies everywhere though crowded... I like to part of such exciting locations..
Really nice place. Gotta come back in warmer weather. Its cold here right now but still is really nice.
If my review helps you in any way PLEASE give me a thumbs up like on my review.
Thank you.
Earlier known as Longacre Square, is the heart of NYC. Several huge billboards biggest being nasdaq, is a place worth visiting after sunset. Don't miss the sound installation between the 45th and 46th street. On new year people gather here to see the ball drop
