Reverting to the comment below. I do remember these people refused to give me the copy of discussion and any report of advocacy to be carried out for my brother in law. I feel these people are scared to challenge govt. this is for sure they don t do good to people who are in real need. This is total eye wash. I feel the govt. spend so much money on these charities for not helping the genuine and waste their time and efforts. They know that people are so tired that they will give up on their own and sometimes they have no one to represent them. These people do so much pump and show. I doubt they include any family members or persons involved to generate about how well they do. These are self generated reports that they say they are the best. In reality it is a different picture. I saying all because I saw their attitude and never looked at them ever for help or even sympathy what so ever...

Had politely contacted this organisation few years back for help for my mentally ill brother for advocacy, no help given! It seems a joke, even concerned tweets on Twitter are ignored, wondering is it worth asking such places for help? Where does the mental act, Carers act, all these strategies fit with this Charity? Do they apply these to people or it s only for some and not for all that qualify.

Imca appointment of my father. This so called charity that suggest that they have the best interest of my father and that they liaise with the family is a joke, they visited my father left a leaflet, when he as no capacity to understand when i called to speak with them and ask for Julia Noyce to call me back I have had no response, they failed to attend a best interest meeting with social services and now insisting that they may have to re access him, together with adult service they have minuplated and left a 74 year old wife in complete distress, we had hoped that if independent then the family would at the very lease been consulted. I hate the fact my father is treated in this condition and the is just a number and the fact he is elderly and the best option is to put him somewhere just to die and hopefully the problem will just go away, this is not further help by the way they collude with adult services and the NHS
