Very interesting place and really interesting people.

Very interesting place and really interesting people.
NYC is always a great place to visit but this pandemic didnt let us get the full experience. Your money will get spent fast so bring extra cash... We'll be back soon!
Love coming to New York! Times Square can get pretty crazy but there is definitely lots to see!
There is nothing to tell. It is just the Times Square.you should go if you like to see lot of people and lots of ads.
Awesome place, very fun and contagious, everyone needs to know!
Awesome place to visit for a few days. I enjoy it more during winter than summer.
I love the ads and the bright lights and its clean thanks for having me.
Amazing, way better than we expected, walking distance from the Manhattan ship terminal. And don't miss the hotdogs very cheap and not bad quality in every corner.
Times square is getting busier so maybe everything is getting in the right way of stabilization the economy. Hope we all do fine and enjoy this place again in the normal way. Stay safe.
It was amazing. I'm an out-of-towner from Atlanta Georgia and I had the best time of my life even though I didn't get to see much cuz it was so late at night everything was closing but the lights and the people was fantastic they were nice and I would love to come back and check it out again going to daytime
Fantastic place, with a lot of cool billboards, Huge screens and awesome stores. Recomend it to visit :D
Best place to go when you want to feel free. Being able to just go out and see so many people around you from different races and ethnicities is a great thing.
Go early to enjoy the sites. Come back late to get the true feel.
As a tourist I m giving this 5 stars as there is no better way to introduce yourself to New York then going to Times Square and see the big apple all lit up. Get a hot dog and do some people watching. Once your bored with all that, plenty of shops to keep you entertained. If I was a local I would avoid this place like the plague lol
Its Times Square. Packed full of people and 1/3 of them are smoking cigarettes. The smell was enough to make you vomit. But, its one of those touristy things you have to do when visiting Manhattan - walk through Times Square, not vomit (unless you want to). Its brightly lit up at night, a site to see. But to each their iwn.
People of NYC they spend the money to go at times square and enjoy and the most recommended places in New York City
Fantastic, meet the nicest police officers who stopped and took the time to give us directions and wish us Merry Christmas.
Times Square is a major commercial intersection, tourist destination, entertainment center, and neighborhood in the Midtown Manhattan section of New York City, at the junction of Broadway and Seventh Avenue. Brightly lit by numerous billboards and advertisements, it stretches from West 42nd to West 47th Streets, and is sometimes referred to as "the Crossroads of the World", "the Center of the Universe", "the heart of the Great White Way", and "the heart of the world". One of the world's busiest pedestrian areas, it is also the hub of the BroadwayTheater District and a major center of the world's entertainment industry. Times Square is one of the world's most visited tourist attractions, drawing an estimated 50 million visitors annually. Approximately 330,000 people pass through Times Square daily, many of them tourists, while over 460,000 pedestrians walk through Times Square on its busiest days.
Formerly known as Longacre Square, Times Square was renamed in 1904 after The New York Times moved its headquarters to the then newly erected Times Building, now One Times Square. It is the site of the annual New Year's Eve ball drop, began on December 31, 1907, which continues to attract over a million visitors to Times Square every year.
Times Square functions as a town square, but is not geometrically a square; it is closer in shape to a bowtie, with two triangles emanating roughly north and south from 45th Street,[16] where Seventh Avenue intersects Broadway. Broadway runs diagonally, crossing through the horizontal and vertical street gridof Manhattan laid down by the Commissioners' Plan of 1811, and that intersection creates the "bowtie" shape of Times Square.
The southern triangle of Times Square has no specific name, but the northern triangle is called Father Duffy Square. It was dedicated in 1937 to Chaplain Francis P. Duffy of New York City's U.S. 69th Infantry Regiment and is the site of a memorial to him, along with a statue of George M. Cohan, and the TKTS ticket booth.
Times Square is impressive because of the height of the buildings. It's smaller than what I thought though, basically it's one main street. I am generally not into big cities and I had great time there.
The atmosphere of the location by night is a mandatory experience when visiting Manhattan. But if once seen better head for other less crowded places :-).
It's a melting pot of cultures. The air is so vibrant, filled with energy and enthusiasm. It's a place apart from any other. The place is so bright and colourful, huge bright LED displays all around creates a surreal surrounding, u can spend much time just gazing around taking in the sights and sounds in this timeless place.
So sad to see the most important city in the world alnost empty hope to go back to normal soon. We pray to God Love NY
It's always entertaining. I like it better in the cooler months. There's always thousand of tourists, but summer is just overwhelmingly too much.
Great as usual but kind of sad to see this place quit empty with so many restaurants and shops closed, so many for good unfortunately.
Love times square, get lost and discover, window shop, catch a Broadway show, capture some good pics, go to M&M. DO NOT TALK TO STRANGERS. SAY NO TO TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS WITH FANCILY DRESSED PEOPLE.
Cool place. Economic and business center of the world. Just great!
Landmark not to miss when in NYC. Very busy and crowded and never sleeps.
Just like the movies! It was raining and the clouds were so low we couldn't see the tops of the buildings, but we still had a good time and are excited to go back some day.
It always beautiful and full a energy visiting time Square.
Super fun! Lights, cameras and plenty of action as Times Square sets the stage for many Broadway plays. People galore added to the spirit of New York! Night time feels like day time with the flashy ads lighting up the streets. Safe and clean area of the city.
Extremely busy day and night so avoid it if you dont like crowds. Great place to hang out with street entertainment shopping and restaurants
The centre of the unofficial (or maybe the official, if you ask one of the local New Yorker) Capital City of the world.. Neon city like no other, with plenty of interesting characters, advertising and a 3 story high M&M store, with Broadway to add to the entertainment..
Pictures and film just cannot do it justice. Boots on the ground, Time Square exceeds expectations. Its bigger and brighter than i though it could be. We saw one show (Lion King) and stayed one day. I could easily spend more time there.
This place needs no introduction. Times Square is a must visit place in NYC.
So fun, not overcrowded. So many lights and so much energy. Family friendly, be mindful of traffic when crossing and don t be too concerned with the police presence. The NYPD are so good at what they do.
It's Times Square! Cool, vibrant, fast paced! What's not to enjoy. Lot of roadworks going on nearby at the moment but like any big city, that's inevitable to some extent.
The city that never sleeps baby!!!The NBA store and foot locker opens at 10a.m though
Love times Square so much going on and so much to see every time you go
It's impossible to get bored in Times Square NYC. I love looking at all the bright lights and advertisements, but there's also a lot of really cool shopping experiences and good food right in the area. Don't pass up taking time to hang around Times Square if you get the chance!
A National attraction. It really looks better in person than what you see on TV. Lots of shops in the area and plenty of food choices. There are street entertainers throughout the area.
Iconic Time Square, never sleeps! Many lights, and as seen on TV. Many events, tons of food, people, if you go late night theres not so much people. Overall it's an amazing display of bright advertising!
Interesting to see, but doesn't meet the hype. Some cool buskers and street performers but mired by rogues pushing their cds and other junk on tourists. Go once but expect to be a little disappointed, nothing like the movies would have you thinking...
Bustling famed Theatre District in Manhattan. One of the iconic photo spots whenever you're in New York. Almost always choked by buskers, tourists and locales. Notable stores include Old Navy, H&M, Forever 21, Gap, American Eagle etc. Fairly good range of restaurants available here too, with Red Lobster, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays counted amongst the number.
Be prepared to see tons of people, be ready to see lights and ads and everything. You get bored after 10 minutes
It's a bunch of huge advertisements. The only reason to go is to say you have been there, which is something. It's an iconic place, found in many movies.
The lights are beautiful! It looks like it's daytime from all of the bright lights. It gets crowded but you can usually find a place to sit. The shops around are interesting and there's always something going on. Avoid taking pictures with anyone, they will try to hurt you even if you pay them; they always seem to want more money.
great experience ! lots of things to see. You will have to pay if you want the take picture with the characters!
Pretty awesome until a dude in a Mickey Mouse costume kidnaps you. Just kidding, this place is awesome. The restaurants are great and the street art is amazing. It s a must see in New York.
One of the best places to visit in NYC. This place is so alive with so many people showing different talents and te view and spectacular.
Ok. So. There's lots of digital screens. Lots of people. Lots of shops. Lots of people. Lots of broadcasting companies. Lots of people.
I do swear that this is not an attempt at being trite.
It's very clean. Very pretty. But, there a lack of soul you'll find in other parts of the city.
Best place ever!! Will always like to go there.. despite the huge crowd and traffic...being there will make a person feel like a real star..#livelovetimessquare..#timessquarelover
We stayed at a hotel nearby and were able to walk by Times Square everyday! LOVED IT! So fun to see the lights at night
Wonderful place, I love it! Here can feel how huge is NYC
Times Square is ok and a must see whilst in New York. It's very busy and bustling. Lots of street entertainment and kiosks. You do pay more if you eat or drink around here. Looks great at night. Bit too busy for me personally, prefer quieter places. Lots to see and do around here though. Shows, entertainment, bars and restaurants.
It's times square. There's nothing like it. One of the most special places in any city in the world.
A great place to see in NYC
Lots of shopping and things to do!
Love Times Square
Must see place...be thr in evening after sunset..it's marvelous
Well, if you a tourist you definitely should visit Time Square at least once to witness something you won't see anywhere else. If you live in New York City then you definitely know how annoying are crowded places where you can't normally breathe due to lack of oxygen. Had an impression going here only once then it just doesn't seems like it's the right place you should visit.
Most important place Downtown NYC. Is the center of the capital of the world. As you saw it in every movie, series and musicals video. Time square is the light that will always make NYC beautiful. You have the opportunity to eat, buy and explore all the companies and seller arround it. From pizza places to nintendo. All in one .
Times Square... A tourist destination, entertainment center , shops and vendors for bus tours ...It's a must do on a NYC trip... Great restaurants like Planet Hollywood, Stardust, Hard Rock Cafe and many others..Very close is the theatre district hosting the best Broadway shows ..
You have photo opportunities with The "Naked Cowboy" and the naked girls ( ! )Spiderman, Disney characters and The Statue of Liberty (!) willing to make a selfie with you and get a few bucks :)
Sit on the " Red Steps " and watch all the huge colorful neons, and folks from all around the world..
Shop at the "souvenir shops" around , don't forget to bargain :))
Absolutely 24/7 movement and activities. Thrilling city.
Most popular place in New York. There are plenty of stores and restaurants. Worth a visit!
I never get bored of this place. Always lively even when it rains.
Indian celebrate independence day at time square first time
As much as I visit you will always see something different at night. Love it. Don't get scammed though.
Does Times Square need a review? If you haven t seen it you should. If you ve seen it... it probably hasn t changed much.
Beware of tourist trap restaurants (as prices are incredibly inflated and quality isn t very high) and services nearby.
Great place, variety of people and stores. I visited it in winter and fall. Will be back this summer specially after midnight to see the lights in the city.
The square is pretty iconic, and moderately tourist-y. Nice views, usually quite crowded, and the street artists and vendors actually on the square are a bit pricey compared to those elsewhere in the city, but that's to be expected at a tourist location. Come for the pictures, but buy your "I love NY" t-shirts elsewhere.
Love it..... Me and my friends had a wonderful time.
Cool place with a melting pot of different cultures. Bathrooms are scarce.
Amazing place...just loved it....!!!! Times sqare is BIG Bright and unforgettable experience....located at Manhattans NYC....Its popular among tourist...Its commercial place ,tourist place ,entertainment place...,Must must watch place in the world...!!!!
This place has so many monitors and advertisements on the buildings it s impressive yet overwhelming. Normally there are so many people walking about here it is fun to just people watch if you can find a way to be out of the way.
Not crowded, not too humid, not too cold, the perfect time to visit times square.
