Amazing location; directly on the beach. Food choices were definitely a 3*+ and reception staff were ace. Great little break away

The hotel is outdated, very old and run down. The location of the same unbeatable and its charming staff. Now its disastrous facilities, cracked facades, and stainless steel elevators are totally rusted. the flooring in the corridors is made of ceramic tiles and many of them are broken and split.
I particularly will never go to this hotel again, and I have not had any mishap with them. But the reality of the facilities
they are what they are.

Very friendly family hotel, meal including everything and good overall (well, good orange juice in the morning), staff at the top and very accommodating.
Level room bedding is good, good room overall (I suggest you take a sea view to avoid ending next to the pool or in the annex of the hotel).
Small flat for us huge rain in Mallorca major resulted in water in the reception and in the restaurant (through the lights and air conditioning) and some rooms of what I heard.
A very good choice for your holidays!

It is beautiful, the food is delicious, the hotel is in a great location and team of animators revelation and fitness classes

A 3-star hotel, but makes up for the service. Polish speaking staff at reception (works Polish and Latvian speaking Polish well).
Food - can sometimes be monotonous, but everyone will find something for themselves. Always: fish, various meats, fries, potatoes, pasta, pizza.
There are never queues for food stands.
Maybe the desserts are a bit poor, but there is always ice cream for kids.

Mini club for children. One of the wider beaches in the area.
Overall a plus.

Bathroom and room quite dated. Hardly shelves for clothes. Bathroom old. Sauberallgemein improvement. Food at Hambpension sufficient. Good times bad. No double beds only made up single beds. Location very good. Beach crowded. Expensive couches. Shopping and dining more than enough. Holiday ok but only as a second holiday. Weather in September for total sunbathers who really want to sizzle it is not suitable. :(

I have loved knowing this hotel, and its location. The week has made us very short, we will return for sure, I want to highlight their great staff they are fabulous, kind, friendly, polite, affectionate. The Buffet very good the fabulous pastry. Thank you very much for your attention. If God wants we will return.

Spectacular is to say little. Who wants to know what a paradisiacal environment of transparent waters, rock and green, and an hour or less from the peninsula, Cala Ferrera and serene cove in Mallorca is waiting for you.

The place is very beautiful, the attention is good and the room is spacious, good bed to rest during the day

We had room 790 sea view. Beautiful! I recommend. Even if you have English neighbors ... Anyway, they are noisy! Because the soundproofing is not at the top. The cove at the bottom of the hotel is beautiful and pool area very good. Staff very good too.

It's been 3 years that we have come a little disappointed this year room a bit outdated plumbing and painting animation less than the rest of the year restoration correct staff friendly attention the potato salad many times not cooked

Experience not to be repeated. It's not a hotel for families. It holds over 300 rooms, 3 elevators of which 2 (in the days of our stay) were out of order. The sea view will be beautiful, but as a comfort this hotel doesn't even know what it is.

Only 1 star as it was the worst experience I've ever had when staying in the hotel. First of all attitude and customer engagement of 90% staff in this hotel is very bad. They don't even respond to you in their own language if you say thank you (Gracias), they just ignoring and treat you like an air.
We stayed 10 days in this hotel and we have been asked for drink order maybe 3 times during evening buffet. The food was fine but if you want to have a choice you need to come very early for breakfast and dinner otherwise you will see many empty plates and may not get the food you like.
Rooms are very outdated and bathrooms are disgusting, watch for the new towels as they had many stains and didn't looked fresh.
The room we had was just under the bar which was open till after midnight. Not a good sleep at all and mattress very uncomfortable.
Reception staff not helpfull at all and don't seems to be bother that you are making an complain about stay.
The only one hotel that I've ever came accros that you have to pay for a sunbeds located at swimmingpool area (hotel facility).They will soon probably start to charge for a service like changing your towels or beds.
Not reccomended.

Absolutly beautiful hotel. We had a balacony overlooking the georgeous cala ferera beach. We were all inclusive and got drinks and lovely food when we were on the beach and if we wanted to stay by the pool we had the same treatment. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels with very happy cleaning staff. We have only been here for two days and are overely pleased with our choice already and cant wait for the rest of holiday. First time here wont be the last

Good food, but the hotel is old, not always well cleaned, had to ask for re-cleaning. If you don't stay at the hotel all the time, then it's ok

Despite being 3 stars, it has an unbeatable location, the restaurant is well above many 4 stars, we loved it

I spent a week with my husband and the truth is that I rested. The treatment of all the staff is great. Christian animation 10 pts. I see the waitress 10 pts. Super friendly reception staff.
The location next to the cove is great.
The only constructive criticism would be to improve the food as there was little variety.

My girlfriend and I have already spent three vacations in Mallorca. This hotel is by far the worst in all respects. There were problems at the reception desk from the very beginning. It took us about 40 minutes to just check in because people working at the reception are in no hurry and it is not very pleasant when they talk to each other in Spanish and focus primarily on chatting with customers and it seems as if they are talking to customers. When I asked about the parking lot that was included in the stay on the website we were booking from, I met a sharp and completely different approach on their part and suddenly, for strange reasons, we were changed to a room that was already agreed in the meantime. (Parking is very important to us because we always try to visit every place, especially the islands we visit and it is very high on our list. If I knew that you have to pay for every little thing in this hotel, we would choose another hotel. This is the only hotel where I met that you have to pay for the sun loungers on the hotel premises. Just exploitation at every step!)
As it turned out, it was a deliberate game because suddenly our room was located under the bar which is open until midnight every evening and later, as they say, they clean up, i.e. move tables and chairs, and you can hear it in the room at about 24:00 - 01:00.
I suggested that it would be nice if they could do it in the morning because the bar opens in the evening and they have plenty of time to prepare it and I think the guests would like to sleep well, of course I met the laughter from the staff. They just don't care about the convenience and comfort of guests.
When we asked why our room was changed, one of the receptionists gave us a very professional answer, namely "Because I don't like it" (Cause I don't like it!). Disgusting attitude and behavior of employees. It seems to me that they have a very complex life, since in this way they show that they have "power" over customers and they treat them without any respect! There was not even one night in which I would get enough sleep and this completely misses the purpose of spending a nice vacation and rest, which we are all looking for. Our approach is always the same, i.e. how to spend your holidays best and definitely stress-free. We always faced problems every day! Eating in a restaurant (buffet - half board) is a cabaret. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and I have already been to many parts of Spain. When the boss fry, for example, eggs or bacon, he gave the emphasis to the Spanish on the plate and for example, as soon as he looked that we are not Spanish, he put it on the stand and said that we should take it from there. They definitely treat foreigners as air, an even better example of which was the dinner, where waiters should collect drink orders from customers. So for the first 3 days no waiter asked us if we would like to drink something, they were completely uninterested in us and with a smile on their lips they served drinks to their compatriots. I'm embarrassed by all of this. It is absolutely pathetic treatment of the customers that keep this hotel thriving. They seem to have everything somewhere and they can't even clean the tables decently, but it seems that their favorite pastime at work is chatting / gossiping around customers and ignoring their needs. Customer Service 1/10 !!!
They cannot behave professionally and they laugh every time you mention an existing problem.
I do not know if this part of the island is so backward, without culture and respect, but in other parts of Majorca we have NEVER encountered something like this.

Great location. Great food great hotel and friendly staff. Beautiful ocean views across the bay. Only recommendation is to have more sunbeds round the pool or don't charge for them on the beach side if there are none available. Apart from that had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel.

Nice place but quite old structures with bad sound proofing.
Activities are extra but really worth it.
The staff is nice.
The food is really bad though. You should look for other places to eat (plenty of wonderul tapas bars).

The staff is nice, the location is ok. The all-inclusive option that matches every drink has to be signed, in the evening it's hard to get. Now flying to Majorca, I would choose a different hotel

Good location. Value for money. Some parts could do with a bit of work. Beds comfortable and rooms a good size. Pool awesome

Not a pure atmosphere, the Spaniards treat Poles very well, there is always a lot of attractions for kids. Also there are additional classes eg fitness which Beata runs, who greet warmly. The greatest respect is that a waiter is slowly starting to speak Polish for him. The food is delicious every day something different.

Good location near to all amenities. Rooms dated but functional. Food very good but dinning area chaotic needs sorting. Tables not cleared at busy times. Overall staff excellent and very helpful. Enjoyed our stay for the price.

You can see that the hotel already remembers something! Rooms clean but already very old.
The worst were the beds. All you have to do is push them with one finger and they'll leave. It also happened to me that at night I fell through a hole between the beds that I did.

Beach - nice but small and crowded. We rented a car and went every day to other beaches - to the national park, es trenc etc ...

Food - excellent, great choice

Animation team - embarrassing to hurt. But we still spent a lot of time outside the hotel, so some fun at the hotel didn't interest us.

Drinks in AI - surprisingly super - at a surcharge of a few euros you will also get "better drinks" - like Aperol Spritz for 2 EUR.

Hotel by the beautiful beach in a nicely situated bay. Close to the beach and the area is also calm. Hotel service very polite and helpful. Polish animators are very nice and also good to us.

Super hotel, in a strategic position: in front of the beach with all the comforts and far from the night noise of the premises easily reachable on foot. Lovable staff and super engaging and funny animation !!!

This is our 3rd year here and we love everything about this hotel, staff are friendly and the food has been amazing every time. We've never had a problem with cleanliness and the sea view rooms are definitely worth that bit extra.

The room is clean overall. Do not take half board. At the evening meal there is not even a carafe of water on the table. The drinks are paying. Example 2 euro for 50 cl of water. It is shameful for a stay at 1200 euro.

Hotel for 3 stars. Food also for 3 stars - the weakest soups (very rare). Rooms as ok, you can attach to the air-conditioning - acted, but did not change temp. The area around the hotel is very nice, you can easily take a walk, take a ride on the choo-choo train throughout the village. A beautiful beach near the hotel, ideal for children. Beach access to the hotel bar.

Indeed a very well located hotel, on the edge of a small magnificent cove, restaurants and many shops in the surroundings.
But these are the only good things about this hotel.
Restaurant level: very noisy room and unfortunately not really to our liking

In terms of the rooms: when we arrived in our very strong smell (a mixture of humidity and musty) which does not give you much desire, dilapidated taps eaten away by limestone, humidity +++
Cleanliness to be reviewed (dust, spider web) and the cleaning did not really have to be done during the week because the hair was still present and the traces of toothpaste in the sink ...
No brush to scrub the toilet? Is this normal in a 3 star?

A tip: book your deckchair at the pool early in the morning otherwise it will not be available before 6 p.m.

If you go, that NEVER give you room 165, it smells bad, faucets damaged (as they would be that until maintenance went up, after speaking with sub address and they changed it to us), it is right above the restaurant More

- the rooms are very poorly cleaned

- the soundproofing of the rooms there is none so it is necessary to provide earplugs because the slightest movement is heard ...

- value for money in all inclusive, is way too expensive!

- breakfast is made only for people who like fat without taste ...

- the meals are all the same without any real culinary variety, a menu made for people looking to gain weight ...

In short, a stay in this hotel will make you forget the beauty of the calanque which is next door!

10 years visiting the hotel, from reception, waiters and all the service are charming, if it is true that the furniture is a little damaged but I think that I go to the hotel to have a good time and not to watch TV (which by the way) better than The one at home .... The hotel is very clean which is what matters and the food / dinner all super good.

2nd visit just as good as the last with a bottle of champagne in our room for returning! Fantastic location right on beach with a lovely town on its doorstep. We went all inclusive so we had the choice of everything within the hotel but could have a night out when we wanted. Will certainly return again!

Stay from 18 to 25 May 2019 Cleaning rooms made every day by staff very smiling and kind, carpet in staircase quite dusty, insufficient elevator but the stairs are good for fitness <br/> Bathroom at the end of life, mirror very damaged, faucet very dirty by the limestone that ends in the hand (faucet of the bathtub) <br/> Furniture of the room well except mattress, large screen TV, and balcony <br/> Restaurant well with two spaces, one quiet but quite far from buffets, choice in the dishes, a pity that the fruit is not ripe enough but no local production .... although the orange trees are full of fruit we had industrial orange juice! /> The drinks at the table are overly expensive (2 10 the small bottle while on the other side of the street in the supermarket 0, 5 ) a regulation forbade us to take food outside either. ... but not to bring our water table <br/> Hotel very very noisy by some groups of British who also monopolized the deckchairs by depositing a towel for the day as a pledge of property <br/> Animation team is very motivated and friendly and the staff reception <br/> Belle Crique, nice place in the area

Giant hotel filled with Britons and Germans with the addition of a man with an unknown language (?).
Clean almost ok, edible food with some bad exceptions.
Would I stay there again?
Regardless of the covid, I miss it in effigy.

This was booked for my hen. On the website it said the hotel had and was undergoing renovation and would be complete by may when we were due to go. We got there and the rooms were old out dated. There was a problem with my friends room toilet not flushing that had to be fixed. The showers were clean but shower heads were full of limescale and the showers In any of our rooms did not run hot. They were loop warm. It advertised cocktails. They do serve cocktails but only on a night time. Not during the day. And even then if you were all inclusive you can only have the cocktail of the night. If you wanted any other you had to pay. All inclusive only lasted till 11pm on a night then you had to pay for drinks. Food at hotel was your average all inclusive food nothing special and nothing I can say i really enjoyed. Close to beach lovely views. Beach bar was good for burgers and chips on lunchtime. Sun lounger by sea had to pay for. Ok hotel but would not make effort to return to.

Enjoyed the hotel . It was clean but basic . Staff were nice and friendly . The quality of the food was quite good and the alcohol served on the all inclusive was fine

Just spent 2weeks. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly be coming back

So then bah frankly I really recommend not very cold home in addition the room was to be available at 14h have had at 15h in addition no excuse knowing we had been waiting since 10am with our daughter 2 years for rooms not very clean and very sad its a hotel that has experienced the self is average and food very oily a lot of oil everywhere and finally one is far from the center of cala d'or so rather take a hotel in the center of cala d'or.

I almost forgot the bus from morning till night so stop it so a constant noise.

The location is incredible, beautiful views and a lovely close ocean. Had a great place to yeet myself into the sea by the hotel.

However there is so many things wrong with this place. The price for all inclusive it not the true price you'll pay. The bar closes for all inclusive at 11pm, any decent drinks you have to pay for, sunbeds by the beach bar are only accessible if you pay for them.

The pool is a lovely area and the pool bar is probably the best place to go for fresh pizza (all this place serves is junk food and carbohydrates, something that made me consider to stop being vegetarian in order to get some protein or something edible).

Would not suggest going here for more than 5-7 days as it lacks originality and is pretty much the same thing every day in terms of entertainment and food every day.

The room was fairly clean, toilet was a bit annoying and would forever just flush. Beds were comfy and the cleaning staff was lovely.

Lifts are very small, barely fit three of us in, always took forever and would make creaking sounds that gave the impression, being stuck, or dead was going to occur fairly quickly into our stay.

In summary:

Pros:
- views.
- close to the town.
- after a small disagreement the bar staff were fantastic (they work so hard and for so long, bless them, they deserve a raise).

Cons
- bathroom towels had stains on.
- food.
- claustrophobic lifts.
- had a tissue in my drink (not fully sanitary) (going to get tested when I get home for all illnesses).
- toilet.
- boring at times.
- thin walls, could hear everyone around.
- not enough all inclusive for what you're paying for.

Had a few drinks at the terrace of this hotel. Prices are reasonable. Its all inclusive but no problem if just visiting for a drink. Nice terrace looking into the beach.

The staff really very friendly, very good language, very motivated, really at the service of the client, I appreciated their professionalism. The food is not local enough for my taste but quite good value for money. Good animation, very international. Excursions varied and quality, I leave satisfied with my stay that makes you want to come back

Very humid rooms, there was no mini-bar however if you have the sea view room on the cove everything else becomes really superficial, at least for me!

No one has zero points! Upon arrival! Not a hello not a smile we explain quickly where your room is! Our room for a couple and 1 child is barely suitable for a couple! Separate bed! Wc who flees !! Very very noisy You can not access the balcony the bed blocked access! Food very sweet! It's not a restaurant but a canteen !! Even the water is paying !! And did not consider drinking the tap! She is not drinking !! Scam !!! 500 more we would have gone to the club med! Only positive point the Creek is Beautiful! And if you look good the answers to the negative reviews are always the same !!! Really lamentable !!
