I would give 10 stars if I could - Dr. Collins and her entire staff are amazing! My puppy is here today, a parvo survivor, because of Crossover Clinic's dedication and care. I will forever be thankful for Dr. Collins, and I am so happy I found such an amazing vet for my puppy!

Excellent veterinarians and staff, really go above and beyond to do what's best for you and your pets. They have taken care of my pets since 2001 and I have always been very happy with their care.

If you live near this clinic, use them! They are fantastic, compassionate and so caring.

Very courteous - they were patient and professional via phone and in person. Sometimes when other pet clinics answer the phone like the customer is an inconvenience, I just want to hang up immediately! Crossover is in a nice quiet location and I feel comfortable bringing pets here. My aunt even comes all the way from Rogers because she prefers this clinic over others :)

I didn't like how they let My Puppy past away just because I didn't have the money on hand or the credit for a Loan. they were unable to help me se with 95 dllrs why my baby was having trouble breathing just because I didn't have the 1,000 dollar or the credit for a loan to save him. I was expecting from them to save him and send me a bill but NO. I got out of their sad with my puppy crying and throw in up blood even from his nouse and soonest I got home he died.

I called with a doggo urgent need and was scheduled within a day! The staff were kind and offered a modern approach with lots of treatment ideas to get my girl feeling better asap. Prices are congruent with the area, and though it cost me a pretty penny, I am simply thankful my sweet girl is going to be okay.

Cant say enough about this Vet! We drive from Centerton, because they are THAT good! They clearly love working with animals and don't seem to mind people all that much ;) They will not push some over priced Vet food on you or recommend unneeded tests or procedures. We have 4 dogs and this is the only place we go to!

Very knowledgeable and compassionate. We love Dr. Strope and so do are fur babies.

The staff and vets at Crossover are the absolulte best around! We have been coming here for years and have always had superb care. Both Dr. Hynes and Dr. Stropes have years of experience providing care for all kinds of small animal pets. They provide high quality care at an affordable price, with a caring attitude. I would highly reccomend!

Both of our pups go to Crossover for their check ups and if they ever have any issues. We love Dr. S! We are never over charged and they are always honest and transparent. If we ever have a treatment plan it is the most necessary route. They don't just prescribe medication for the sake of it. And our pups love them! Everyone is so nice and sweet to our pups and us. Plus they work us in to the schedule super quickly! High recommend!

Everyone here is wonderful! Vet techs, front desk staff, and the veterinarians. I m thankful to have found a vet office that loves my pets as much as I do! Can t recommend them enough!!

Payed close to four hundred dollars to have my pets treated for ear mites. Specifically asked for topical to take home, in which they denied and said one dose should take care of everything. Here I am, pets still have mites and now have fleas after leaving this place. Also, you have to pay close to 50 bucks for examination of each pet, which is a quick gloss over. Please don t take your business here, plenty of doctors and vets who want to treat your animals right.

This review doesn't come from me, but from my dog. Dr. Collins is fantastic. Tails are wagging going in and coming out of their office, which was very rare before we found Crossover. Parking is tight, but the staff makes up for it. A++

Brought my dog here when I noticed she wasn't feeling well. Through the past with my dogs I've experienced several other vet clinics and didn't care for them so I searched again. Unfortunately we found out she turned diabetic. the vet was more concerned about my dogs well being rather then trying to sell me something unessasry. she wanted her better and to live many more years.This ment a lot to me as i feel some vets care more about money then the animals or I got that feeling anyway. I did not get that feeling here. I had a hard decision to put her down?.. our family loved dog... or commit to carrying for my dog the rest of her life. I chose to care for her. it's been a hard road learning what all I have to do but the vet talked to me when I had problems and walked me through it. My Dog Mya is doing great now with many more years to live, love, and be loved She's a sweetheart :-) Thank you Crossover Veterinarian!

I have taken all my pets to Crossover since 2006. Everyone there has always taken amazing care of my four animals (and me in times of pet crisis), and since two of my pets have chronic illnesses, they've seen us a lot. It's comforting to feel that the place I trust to take care of my pets loves them almost as much as I do. I had to put one of my cats down in May, and I will be forever grateful that Dr. Collins came out to my house for the procedure so my cat wouldn't have to move, he was already in so much pain.

The team here was wonderful! After calling several other vet offices in town, we brought in our little guy here for an emergency and they were able to see him quickly. They worked fast and were able to make him comfortable to put our minds at ease. Amazing hospitality, made you feel right at home. 100% recommend this office.

LOVE! their pricing! They make keeping your animal healthy, affordable and I love them! I travel all the way from Bentonville to get my dogs shots and cats medicine!

We brought in one of my son's hamsters last year and even with our little Bubbles they were super sweet to us.

Best veterinary practice in Fayetteville, hands down... I have used them for over 11 years and Dr. Stropes is not only amazing, but very practical and safe. Their staff is superb!

This is one of if not the worst Vets clinic I have ever been too. I was a patient of there for almost two years before I decided to quit using them outside of the reason that I currently now do not live in the state of Arkansas. They muzzled my dog multiple times without consent from me as the owner. They are lucky I didn t want to deal with the hassle of proceeding with further options of getting them reprimanded for the bold erroneous decisions they take without the consent of an Animals owner. I will never recommend them as a vets clinic. I will never use them again as a patient if I ever should return to Arkansas in the future.

If you want a caring doctor for your furry babies, this is the place to visit!

Crossover Vet Clinic takes excellent care of our pets - dogs and cats! Dr. Hynes and the other vets are professional, courteous and very well educated. We trust them entirely with our furry family members.

Everyone here is amazing. The vet always takes time to discuss any concerns or talk through any issues my cats have had, and she's never made me feel rushed. They also do a great job grooming my longhair.

Went to Crossover again to bring our new kitten Nala to get checked. Again, the Doc and staff were very gentle with our new kitten and took care of what she needed. The Doc also let us know a few extra things to make her adjust better to a new home and also living with Fluffy, our cat we've had for 1 year. Best vet clinic I've been to.

Everything was going well till I found out that there was another transaction with out tell telling me about it. I called to see what happened and had a bad experience with a woman over the phone named Alison(not sure if I spelled her name right). She was so DISRESPECTFUL towards me when all I'm doing is trying to figure out what was going on. Over and over she kept telling me what other people do when they have their card on file. I have two cards and I was only okay with only using my credit card that day not my personal card. She kept acting like what they did was okay. Like yea I understand that there was another payment that needed to be taken care of but what was not okay is not telling me about it, not getting my okay for it, and being very unprofessional and disrespectful about it. Y'all just lost a client!

Very caring, professional staff. I don't have appointment issues and the vets call me back to answer my questions. Good operating hours, my dogs have had excellent recovery time after procedures, and I can buy treats, supplies and dry or canned dog food when I'm there.

The vet and staff always take care of me and my dogs. Wouldn't take them anywhere else. Thank you for all your help.

I had to get a pet put down, and the whole staff made the process a little less painful. They were all really kind, and it meant a lot to me. The customer service was wonderful, and the staff was so considerate... I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

The moment we walk in my dog runs to the receptionist and everyone comes to greet her by name! They whole heartedly are in this career because they love animals :)

I've dealt with Crossover Veterinary Clinic both on a personal and a professional level, and I have always found the veterinarians and staff to be exceedingly professional and accommodating. Several years ago, I was desperately looking for a veterinarian in the area to treat a pet hen (chicken), but couldn't find a vet willing to treat my hen. With the assistance of an expert in veterinary care for chickens (at the University of Arkansas), Crossover Veterinary Clinic was able to provide the care that my hen required and did so happily. Beth Stropes and the other veterinarians at the clinic went out of their way to help me, and my hen recovered completely! <3

Been using this clinic forever, they always do their best for my pets. I do a lot of research on current veterinary medical recommendations and like that these doctors are so up to date. Staff is friendly and helpful also.

Brought my Fiancee's kitten Fluffy to Crossover yesterday to get shots and checkup. I'm originally from Boston, have lived in many other states and overseas and have been around pets all my life. I can certainly say that Crossover is one of the best Vets I've ever been to. The staff and Doc were not only kind and friendly to me but very gentle, caring and loving with our kitten. Very professional. We're here in Arkansas for good and that is now our vet clinic for good.
