This company cares about it's employees and strives to do a great job.

ABP manages 3 pools for us and they do a great job, their maintenance team and pool managers are very responsive the our Boards needs. I would highly recommend ABP for your pool management services.

A Beautiful Pools hosts our school s end of the year swim party. Our kiddos always have a blast. The pool party is always one of the top memories students have of the school year. As a teacher, I know the the pool will be clean and the kids will be safe. The lifeguards are attentive and professional. They always give a safety meeting before the kids are allowed in the pool. They are always alert and focused on keeping everyone safe so everyone can have fun. Heather Dominy and her staff at A Beautiful Pools are the BEST!!!! Thanks A Beautiful Pools for all you do for our school and students.

I had a horrible time at the pool, because this lifeguard was very rude for absolutely no reason.

Great company and a pleasure to work for! Dose not matter if your 15 or in your 40 s they treat their employees with respect and give them the opportunity to grow and develop. ABP is run very professional and fun I look forward to a safe, awesome and fun summer!!!

Recently, I was with friends at the Green Trails Estates pool. My friends daughter lost a diamond earring there a couple of weeks previously. When we asked the lifeguards, they jumped up, they knew exactly where it was and were tickled to be able to return it. Things like that don t happen every day. Thanks, guys.

My children were recently at a facility in which A Beautiful Pools lifeguards were on watch. I was highly impressed with their attentiveness to the large number of children in the pool. As a parent I have high standards for those on watch around my children. These guards exceeded my expectations. Thank you for doing a great job and helping but my nerves to rest!!!

An employee at this company, Lexi Kinder, is a mentally ill scammer and a malingerer. Her mom pimps her out on an adult website and drags her around TV stations to lie, whine and complain about being bit by a dog owner at a dog park, telling everyone she had bloody hands after a dog owner bit her. They got a TV reporter in trouble after the truth came out and witnessed came forward, telling the news station Lexi concocted her story about being attacked. Lexi's mom brags that Lexi is mentally ill and has trouble with police escorting her home when the girl freaks out. Neighbors frequently see Lexi high on weed and their ghetto house is frequented by boyfriends, who are thugs. The mom has a history of problems with the law, extensive DUI record, is low on money and tries to earn some $$$ off her daughter managing her "elite" model wanna be account, that presents her daughter not in very elite poses, spreading her legs, laying sprawled on the sidewalks, with fat spilling out her clothes. She brainwashed her daughter to model, even though the girl is short and has a non-existent chubby waste. Same pictures are circulating on several local adult websites where Lexi offers her services. Sad that this vibrant company tarnished its reputation by employing people that lack character and decency, and look for every opportunity to get in front of the camera, on TV, complain and malinger, being an ultimate liability.

This company is absolutely amazing. They entire team, from beginner lifeguards to the very top care for and prioritize each swimmers safety. I enjoy watching their staff transitions as eyes always maintain supervision of the pool and each employee keeps safety as their priority. They also are a great local and Christian owned company with a servant heart who donates their time and resources to serve their community. Thank you A-beautiful!

Treats lifeguards very poorly. And tries to silence us for voicing our opinions.

When we flooded from Harvey, Heather came out to our to our private pool personally and got it back and running as a donation. I did no t know her personality, but through a friend of a friend, she is the type of person who makes Texas the the amazing state it is.

This company is in charge of the pool in my neighborhood. We have nothing but problems. Pool is dirty, ropes broke off kids section, and lifeguards show up late.

Probably the worst pool company in Houston. It is memorial day weekend and the LG at the pool is face down in his phone with the rescue tube BEHIND HIM ON THE GROUND. The only time I have seen him look up is to flirt with a girl who appears to be around the same age. Also the pool is dirty, water level is low and very cloudy. Watch your kids around water but REALLY WATCH when one of their LGs is on stand not paying one bit of attention. I took several photos throughout the day of the same thing, face down in his phone and tube on the ground behind him.

company has no respect for their employees and pays basically minimum wage. they only pay their higher ups well, very corrupt. their business model is basically employing a bunch of 15 year olds and paying as little as possible, additionally they uses fines as a method of discipline for things as small as being 5 minutes late to work or not wearing a hat on stand. very money hungry and corrupt, i recommend working for ANY other lifeguard company in the area

It is very hard to run a company where a majority of the staff is 18 and under, but these guys do an excellent job! The lifeguards know their rescue skills, are courteous, and keep a good attitude. My only critique is that pool maintenance issues can take some time to be fully resolved.

They scammed me I did a interview and they have been saying that I have been working for them but I never did and my dad didn t get his food stamps

The kids at this pool working like to horse play and take longer breaks then needed. When asked for a supervisor they told us we can t give you the info. When residence pay for this. Some of these kids need a supervisor of age to monitor them as well!

My son worked for them as a lifeguard and they were FANTASTIC! Now my younger kiddos have gotten the benefit of using the pools managed by A-Beautiful Pools and they are awesome! Very professional lifeguards who are attentive and on top of everything. Five stars!

This pool company is so nice, they own our neighborhood pool and the lifeguards are always on time, the facility is always clean and they are so welcoming when my family arrives.

We LOVE this company! They run our neighborhood pool and do such an amazing job! I've never been in the pool without one of them in there scrubbing the walls. They are so welcoming and inviting. They are so good with the kids. I have 6 kids and Isley learned all their names and used them. They loved her! They also love Alex and Montray. Such great young people. Thank you, Isley, Alex and Montray for giving my kids a great experience at the pool.

This company is awful. They run our neighborhood pool and I don't know if I have ever seen such poor quality. The recirculation pump still doesn't work since Memorial Day or before. You would think it would have been fixed before the pool opened. So the water is disgusting. The bathrooms are atrocious and never cleaned. The trash is hardly ever taken out. The lifeguards usually show up an hour late if they even show up at all. Just recently they removed the kids climbing net up to the platform for the slide and left 4ft drop off into 1ft of water. They tried to block it off with their floating device and duct tape. I have a feeling they will probably be sued for something soon. I doubt they only work in our neighborhood. I just can't believe it.

The managed my neighborhood pool and did a fantastic job. I also worked as a lifeguard for them when I was younger and enjoyed it!

Courteous staff and very attentive lifeguards. This company does a great job making pools sparkle!

This is a terrible company to work for. They are very unorganized and look like they have no idea what they are doing. You can teach yourself how to be a lifeguard better than they can. They also show very little respect to their employees.

A-Beautiful Pools does an excellent job at not only training and maintaining effective lifeguard staffs, but also going the extra mile with rewards and incentives for lifeguards. Their attention to detail when it comes to patrons safety is unparalleled by other companies in the area. I m glad to have A-Beautiful in my area.

The lifeguards would let their siblings come in without tags and let them do THEIR jobs. The sister would be on the post instead of the actual employee, and the brother would be doing reckless things but didn't get called out on. I was very weary that a person who had not gotten properly trained in lifeguarding could possibly take care of the 20+ guests there. The other lifeguard on duty was not at fault, but also did not speak up or try to help the situation. You'd think for as long as this company has been taking care of our neighborhood pool they'd at least have a decent management to hire reliable and responsible staff. Or at least pay them more than $7.25
