It's hard rock cafe. Long wait times due to location but the typical fare and service.

Go around 5pm and the waiting time will just be like 30 mins. When we left at 7pm the waiting time was 2+ hours. The appetizer sampler was really good. We got the cauliflower wings instead of the onion rings, and it was really good. The wings were also tasty but the egg rolls were not as expected. I got the salmon with the butter & bbq sauce on the side and squeezed some lemon juice on top and it was delicious. No need for extra butter or sauce. My mom got the small rack of ribs and did not like it at all. Overall the place is nice and the waiters give good service.

Worst Hard Rock Cafe so far. Very disappointing service. Sauce was not fresh, burger was overcooked, waiter was not nice

Went in the Cafe for a bite before a show on Broadway.
Ordered a Manhattan-Up that turned out to be the worst
I've ever had (do they add water?) Ordered the roasted chicken
and my wife got the ribs. The food was as it had sat under a heat lamp
for hours!!!!......Super dry.....Why is the food so bad with such a limited
menue? Worst Hard Rock experience I've ever had !!!!!!!!!

Amazing service, great food, and prices considering we were in New York were reasonable, only warning, consider your pudding carefully, we ordered a pudding for one and couldn't finish the pudding between the three of us!

The one and only, the legendary and famous joint with a long history of association with hard rock and Metal mania is a delight to visit. The walls are adorned by memorabilia from the various legends of Rock. Guitars, dresses, masks, et all.

First you have to dig your way underground, but it pays off. Great ambience, dim, of course cool rock music, what else? Had a delicious anti-strawberry cocktail and a delicious Margherita Flatbread.

Very nice place to eat, specifically for ribs. Good drinks.

Went there a week ago. Food was great. Nice bar/restaurant to hang out with friends and love ones. Courteous staff and very neat place. Love their memorabilia pics and big screen displaying rock videos

Tourist trap, like all hardrockcafe, but good restoration.

The food is excellent, the attention is 5 stars (we had a girl called Pandora) very good presisposition despite speaking Spanish. The normal prices for a popular place. The only bad thing, the wait for the table, 1 hour. If you have time and desire to wait, a good place to dine or have a drink.

Delicious food, but the music was a little too loud, for a grandpa like me.

Times square tourist restaurant. Great for a good burger. They have a decent children's menu selection

Excellent place. the music, the food. Beer. It's the best hard rock I've seen.

There was an issue with the bill but this was rectified by the manager after the fact via email, very responsive and very polite. Usually at big places like this they ll just ignore you and hope you go away, but Jason definitely fixed the whole issue and I would go back.

Obviously always a good time.

The place is decorated the the nines and there s something for everyone on the menu!

Visited the cafe today, food was great, the classic Rock music and the service was really good, even the manager checked with all the tables if everything is ok.

Came down to the city I thought hard rock would be cool to try it's old run down tired the food is a joke cold burnt not appetizing the tables with bad tablecloths from the 80s they should be embarrassed if you like the name it cool but restaurant avoid

Breakfast was fantastic. Hot and plenty of choices! Service was great but the morning mgr was exceptional!

I loved the bar. The drinks are great, super colorful. The place is sensational, it is worth knowing and enjoying. Hugs from Brazil.

This place's eating area is so much bigger than I thought it would be. The memorabilia is awesome to take in. Plenty of bars for any sized group. The food is very good. Some complex flavors, with a slight touch of indulgence. The BlackBerry Sangria was my favorite part. The apple cobbler was a little weird...had a layer of what seemed like ricotta? Regardless, we all very much enjoyed our first visit here.

There's a lady who yelled at me jus last night as I left the store because I dropped a piece of candy on the floor I've been coming here for 2yrs and I honestly must say that mad me not want to come back here anymore there are some nice people in there but I never seen here before she was cleaning I understand but I am a guest and also a customer I also picked up the candy I shouldn't get yelled at sorry but didint know who to complain to about her but I won't be coming back anymore because of that

Not a price list to be seen, a waitress decided to explain her life to us when asked for a price list..and never returned! Walked out, if she couldn't be bothered either could I!!!!

It was really nice, we didn't get to eat there but it was still cool.

Food is okay. I don't know what the craze is about. Average American food! My burger was bland.

Apart from the lengthy wait, the tunes were banggin' and the food was tasty!

Bit of a tourist trap being on Broadway near times square, but a must visit place to go.
Great vibe inside with more rock memorabilia than you can comfortably shake a pointy stick at.
TOP TIP! Unless you really want a table for a meal, then skip the queue, which is long, and go straight through to the bar, they have side tables which are often free or you can eat at the bar if you want.
We went straight in to the bar and bagged a couple of stools, our server was Kat and she was awesome, fun and attentive, even making me my preferred drink which wasn't on their list.
Quite expensive, but so are most places in Manhattan.

Just go, you won't be disappointed!

Call ROCK lovers, with guitars, clothes and other original instruments from the greatest ROCK singers and also the HARD ROCK store, which you can't leave without taking anything

We eat at the Philly one all the time. This time we tried NY. Bad experience. Bad waiter. Food was wrong and cold.

Cool place to checkout. Wish that they had more of a local menu though. Ive now been to the NYC location twice, Hollywood, Nashville, and Pittsburgh.

It s nice to know the food is as good in NYC as it is in Amsterdam (only exception: Antwerp. They suck). We we served by the very friendly Lola and her, even better, colleague of whom I can t remember the name... Sorry. You rocked! Staff at the shop was very friendly as well.

Despite the steep price, it is an excellent place. Fantastic space with great service. It is worth it!

Not very appealling at all...do not order the nachos they put real chease on top and processed cheese below!! The clubhouse was inedible!
