Highly recommended, very entertaining place, worth visiting
Reserved a table for 2. Had to wait nearly an hour before we got in. Our table didn t seem clean and our server was awful. Took forever to get a drink order. Then even longer until we ordered. Once we ordered the food was mediocre. But the service. So terrible.
People travel from all over the world and expect a great experience from HRC. Completely disappointing and wouldn t recommend to anyone visiting NYC for their first time. Try stardust diner instead, even McDonalds has better customer service.
The mojito and the long island iced tea were terrible. They put so much sugar in their cocktails. And for a Hard Rock that doesn't have a live band is poor form.
Didn't get a chance to stop and eat there. But it's sure kind of a museum for rock to walk through and enjoy the scene.
Very nice place, food service and taste beer. Priced could be lower but what can you do it's NYC.
The food is delicious. A bit uncomfortable because of the spaces as they are small, the service is regular. I do not recommend it to go with children or older adults.
Don't remember much but i remember being a level or two below and it was pretty funky.
The food was great and reasonably priced. Atmosphere was enjoyable.
My experience as always very good now If I am struck by the way in which the tip is distributed in the United States, it seems very unfair to me. For one to give the waiter or waitress a share of the percentage with 4 more people because they have a politics to look very unfair
The usual stage in all the cities I visit. Very large, helpful and pleasant staff. Long wait but you can spend in the big shop.
Food and drinks of a very good standard but without a doubt an excellent atmosphere!
This place is so lit at night, I hope to visit during the day nextime I come to New York plus the food is really good XD
We went here last week and the food was incredible! Portions were huge and the service was great too. Our server, John, was always checking on us to see if we needed anything and was super friendly. He was so kind and even gave us 15% off for being his "best table of the night"! We would definitely come back here!!
Drinks were great thought they would be watered down but not the appetizer was fresh and huge. Service was ok
1st time in NYC so had to come here, the ORIGINAL HRC!! Have to say the food was delicious and the staff, particularly our server were fantastic. Mix that with all the amazing Rock n Roll memorabilia then I was in heaven!!!!
Can't wait to come back.
Very rushed service. It felt like you were not allowed to hang around once your meal had finished.
Quite a historical restaurant. Very cordial services
The display of instruments and objects that belonged to big names in music is very beautiful and very interesting.
Very cool, with lots of details from famous musicians. They took good care of us and we ate very well.
Really a great Hard Rock Cafe, there is really a lot to see and you can look at everything in every area without the staff stopping you. Drinks as usual, prices for New York also good.
Good music, good food, excellent service! But beware if you go with
The prepaid voucher will put you at the worst tables, at least that's what they did to me and some friends.
Great food and patrons can experience music history while dining.
Okay for a quick meal. It's just a bigger fast food joint.... Good for burgers.
Went for breakfast Buffett.
Very good alot of variety.
Grace atmosphere, amazing food I would highly recommend for small or large groups.
Really crazy busy. I was told that the waiting line was 25minutes and I ended up waiting an hour. My steak was overcooked.
The band was really nice!
Nice restaurant and certainly not a standard Hard Rock Cafe! If it is busy, it will soon be your turn.
Food is good and service at the hard rock cafe always has something extra.
The only downside is that with the bill you get the comment "we need two numbers" for the tip.
They expect to get a 20% tip, in the USA they seemingly do not understand that the customer determines how much tip you receive.
Great food and great service. The store has awesome things to buy. Live music some days of the week.
Always my preferite local where to eat something listening to good old music and you can find famous vintage remembers!
Good food, great atmosphere, great selection of cocktails.
How do you go to New York and don't go here! Beautiful, famous restaurant, warm, colorful, loud music, lots of people with a great desire to have fun, lots of merchandise for sale, lots of souvenirs, t-shirts are the first thing, but I let you imagine the variety of gadgets. , frankly, I liked the museum the most. I do not tell you my emotion and that of my wife, even more passionate than me about rock! Stuff from shaking your legs, you see the guitars, the clothes, the records of the past, the personal objects, so many different memories of the greatest artists. Indescribable, try it! Now I will put some pictures, it excites me just thinking about it!
I was kinda disappointed as it was being remodeled. I have ate at Hard Rocks all over the world, I guess I was expecting a little more from the one in Times Square NYC. Expensive but portion sizes are large.
We enjoyed a great meal here, our server was particularly attentive and helpful when we asked for gluten free options. We were glad we'd pre-booked online as it was very busy. Service was quite quick considering just how busy it was and the food was very enjoyable, my spouse really enjoyed the gluten free burger.
It is an amazing place where you can find lots of souvenirs, visit the galery, and eat a great variety of food (chicken wings spicy recomendable and hamburgers) and drink a cold beer !!! Don't forget to ask for the pint glass souvenir that is included with the beer !!!
Immense tail of 2 hours, impossible to be two hours waiting for a table while on vacation
Regular Hard Rock. Good as everywhere. Nothing special
Full of history of the artists and the instruments they played.
Our waitress was nice and friendly, we sat in the large room by the projector, the noise level was moderate so we could listen to the music and still talk normally. The first thing we noticed however, when we sat down was the silverware- they were very dirty I had to ask for new forks and knives and even then I wiped them. Instead of ordering burgers my boyfriend and I ordered the steak, it was pretty tough and not seasoned. In other restaurants I personally never ask for steak sauce, but I had to drench my steak in it for flavor. You could literally get a better steak at applebee's in time's square for half the price...The veggies were tasteless as well. I only enjoyed the mashed potatoes. I expected way better for that price. The drinks were good though.
Wouldn't go back to this particular location just because of the food honestly, or maybe if we do, we'll just order the burgers and see how that fairs.
Menu has shrunk over the years, but still good. Great atmosphere
Decor is interesting! Guitars and stuff almost everywhere. Staff is rude. 40mins wait for food. Food is below average. Nothing special in food/drinks. Service is way below average. Problematic way to go in with stroller. So I guess not accessible for wheelchair (easily). The Elevator is in the back somewhere, make sure to ask the staff before taking the stroller in.
We went after a show, and I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the food. Most of the servers and hosts were very nice and attentive, others seemed to be more interested in conversations with other servers. The food (three burgers and steak fajitas) were served late, cold and not cooked well. Pretty disappointing for such a well known restaurant.
Food and drinks great, music not according to the name (rap, etc.)
Usually I don't like Hard Rock but this place is AMAZING
Such an experience, so strange to eat surrounded by all these bits of famous history
Great bar tender.. Lovely person with a nice guy called tracy
There was a wait since it is crowded in the evening. The drinks were great and the food tasted good too. The staffs were very friendly.
It was my very first time at Hard Rock Cafe & I loved every aspect of it! There was no wait to get a seat, the server was amazing at his job, and the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again!!!
Great conditions, a cozy beer and something to eat. Very good
Really nice food, good atmosphere, the staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive, and not overly expensive considering the location. Great selection of music memorabilia too - well worth a visit!
Hard rock is the best place to have a good ole American dinner in Times Square which happens to be the heart of NYC. The food is excellent which is pretty good for hard rock and even though it may be a bit pricey, it s worth for Times Square travelers and not a tourist trap. Overall, even though the rock decor may attract people, go for the food which is situated underneath the gift shop. Good experience and not wallet breaking like most NYC places.
Attention and food nothing to do with the rest of the other premises of the franchise ... It has left a taste a little effort.
Fine food, great music and affordable prices! Just remember to reserve a table in time or you will wait for ever.
A Hard rock cafe as any other, the veggie fajitas were good!
Cool venue to see rock & roll memorabilia and to savor typical American cuisine. The layout and location of this Hard Rock is unique, fun, and easy to figure out. While live music wasn't played during my visit, it would be a worthwhile experience to see a show here.
Music! Food! Drinks! MUSIC!!!!! So much fun and history in one place!!! Would go back in a heartbeat!!!
Very well visited the restaurant. Allow enough time. But great restaurant.
Fantastic. I will definitely go back during my stay good quality food and the venue needs no introduction it is spectacular!
One of the larger Hard Rocks I've been to. Excellent service
All Hard Rock cafes are great. And this here in NYC was awesome. Great friendly service and the local legendary burger was awesome.
Love Hard Rock...food is always good and New York was no exception. Service was friendly and good. Always get myself a new pin too and a teeshirt or two.
Liked the place here but they gave us a wrong estimation of waiting time even after making an online reservation...
Excellent place to dine, you can see the uniforms of the English band beatles. Guitars on wall background to take pictures etc.
It served delicious food, great experience for travelers though it is on the expensive side.
