Food is amazing, staff is excellent, we had a little "hiccup" with the order specifics (silly mistakes lol) but the kitchen manager (can't remember her name) was so diligent and lovely, that we'll be more than happy to return! I totally recommend this place!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD!!! THE HOST SEATS ME AND MY FAMILY AND WE ORDER OUR APPS/DRINKS. A WHOLE HOUR GOES BY AND OUR WAITRESS IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND....SHE THEN MAKES HER WAY OVER TO OUR TABLE ASKING US IF WE ATE YET??? OUR DRINKS WERE EMPTY AND NO FOOD YET. MEANWHILE THERE WERE 3 EMPTY TABLES NEXT TO US WHEN WE GOT HERE THAT ARE NOW SEATED AND EATING!! ALL WE ORDERED WERE CHIPS AND WINGS, THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We couldn't leave NY without going to the legendary Hard Rock. Just for the decoration, the music and the atmosphere it is worth it. Good burgers and good hearty salads. The price is a little higher but it is normal for the location, decoration of the site, etc. To give you a whim.
Went there for breakfast buffet, was 21,90$ per person. They have eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, cereals, bagels... and also pancakes, waffles and french toast freshly made. It also includes coffee, tea, juices and one mimosa per person. Great experience, fair prices, friendly staff.

I have to be honest it was not the best hard rock visited but the first one visited in the States ..... what to say inserted in a historic palace of ny in the middle of time Square .... you fall in love with it all the same !!! I must say, however, that I bought the finest shirt I bought from all the hard I visited here !!!
Nice place, nice atmosphere and good food, 4 stars because the staff is not too courteous (in fact New York style in fact ..) and the air conditioning is a little strong to be in full winter.

It's not quite the standard i'm used from Hard Rock but still OK.
Occasionally pop in. Wait leans towards the longer side, but not too bad. Food is average. I'd rather have a shake shack burger, but their steak is ok. Filling.
Only reason not a 1 star is that we got our food eventually... Service, waitress was great, but we waited 2 hours to see her. Then it took another hour to get the food we ordered. 3 hours for food. WOW! Next quality of food was just above McDonald's quality. My kids was asking for the M and I said no. I was sadly mistakened... We should have went to McDonald's... When I see another Hard Cafe it's a HELL NO!

Stop by for a few drinks.my wife tried to order one that was on the menu they said they did not have it. So she told them a different kind of drink to make that was kind of simple and they said they could not make that one. So she had to pick out another choice from the menu and they did have it
US cuisine offers little chance of variation. Here good quality. Discreet service, normal prices, low compared to other rooms in the same chain.
We went here for my girlfriends 21st birthday! The atmosphere was exactly what were were looking for. The bar was very crowded and we had to wait for a seat, but other than that we had a great time!

Hard Rock Cafe is one of my favorite places in NY City. Every time I am near Times Square, I have to go there to walk inside of it, watch again and again the great rock singer's instruments and clothes, or just to have a Corona listening great music.

Spectacular rock cult venue, with a lot of merchandising to buy, as well as wonderful decoration and a really very good restaurant, where the portions are abundant, the dishes are delicious and the service is very good. Totally worth a visit!

Cool place, huge collection of guitar from famous bands. Music they played is awesome and classical rocks! Didn't order and food, had a drink at the bar though. Nice bar for relaxibg with small group of friends!
I have to say the manager (Nicole) turned our experience from a lemon to lemonade. We misunderstood the host and lost our table basically and was told now we had to wait 15-20 (probably more). It wasn t the wait time but the way the host handled the interaction, basically ignoring us. I wanted to walk out. My wife asked to speak with someone. At such a busy location I didn t think anyone would really care. I was wrong. Nicole took us back down and seated us right away and that alone blew me away and made us happy. Then she went above and beyond by offering us a jumbo sampler appetizer!!! Our waiter Jonathan provided top notch service and the food was spot on!!! Thank you!! Thank you! Thank you!!
Difficult to find room to eat even in the afternoon, but it's worth it, the meat is excellent, with the little blue moon is perfect! Attentive and professional staff

Service from Staff was outstanding. AS soon as your drink was low they would fill it again for you as they do not charge for refills meaning you didnt have to wait for your next drink. Our waiter was having a conversation with us and looked after both me and my mum really well. My only regret is not get the name of our waiter!

The place is beautiful, at the foot of the Paramount skyscraper inside the world-famous theater where the big rock players played, but we also had the unfortunate idea of having dinner there.

I'm almost gave this place a 4 star but my gf said give it a 5. The one thing I didn't like was the waiter didn't check on us enough. It was long periods of time before she came back. With that said she did make it up with her customer service. She did go above and beyond to make us feel good and get us what we wanted and even surprised us at the end with something special. It was also cool that we were from the same state so that was a big bonus and probably help out a lot as that give you common ground and something to talk about. The at shop was cool too when we were picking up the cups that we bought. All in all it was a good experience. The hostess weren't that great but everyone else made up for it. By far one of the best places for customer service in New York.

We did not mind the wait and were seated quite quickly. A waitress dropped a container of salad dressing on my shoes and floor next to me. It took 25 minutes for some One to come and clean it. Low rating is for the food. First the draft beers did not taste right. It may be there actual system coming from the kegs. Food mostly had no taste no flavor. Asked for a burger medium well came out rare. Onion rings tasted like dishsoap.menus were dirty. Caked with food. Felt like I needed to wash my hands every time I touched something.

They can house so many people, and it s very popular all times. So expect long waiting time! But it s worth it. Foods are fresh and tasty, and you will know why this restaurant has been long seller huge hit brand once you try.
A big-city tourist trap in the heart of it all. Great gift shop, super appealing layout (gigantic), with a full stage, separate seating area, and a place to wander and gawk at stuff on the wall/behind glass. Very fun, very cheesy, very in-line with the product offering. It's a fun/quirky place, built around the concept that music is fun, and so is food. The service is about what you would expect - high energy, mainly low attention span, and about average service. The food is probably microwaved. Stick to the basics, and you'll probably be okay. Also, the food is really expensive, because you are at Hard Rock, in New York City, in Times Square. Maybe splurge on a Hard Rock branded glass for your cocktail, or a t-shirt on the way out. If you're into that. It's fun, but know what you're getting into. Same can be said for many of its locations.

Hard Rock Cafe. It is an attitude and if you like it it will be forever. Rock music while you eat. It is first order. And personal belongings of Rock stars and some Pop stars decorating Hard Rock around the world hanging on its walls
If you want a franchise place that is kind of fun this place has some good rock memorabilia and the drinks are good sized - prices are high however
food is better than average for a franchise but is same as what I have had at the Hard Rock in Japan
