Went here for lunch on a trip to NYC. Worth checking out while you are here even if you dont eat. They have some cool stuff.

Great place for dinner. Fast service and very very well attended

They had a specialty drink to raise money for Brest Cancer. They were even willing to change the drink a little to accommodate preference. Extremely sweet waitress and staff. The shop had a long wait to check out was the only down side.

I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!I don't usually leave comments on my review of the places I eat and is because I've been taking care well by the staff even if the are busy but this place looks really nice from the outside at time square NYC, but as soon as walked in the they gave me a 30 minute wait and it wasn't busy and when the 30 minutes came by they took me and my family to the table eventhough we asked for a booth and I asked them polite to change us to the booth that was next to us and they told me it was broken just to find out that 5 minutes later they had a couple sitting on the same booth I asked for, I was wanted to ignore it but then I meet my waiter and I wish I could remember his name to put it here, it looked like he didn't even wanted to be there and that he needed some costumer service classes, took him a very long time to bring the dinner and when he brought it he just slammed the hot plate of the steak that my wife ordered and out the other plates on the table and walked away, by this time we were so upset that we didn't even were hungry and we didn't even enjoy our food, the only part when he showed up was when he brought the bill.

I immediately threw up from the food, service was terrible, and the manager was not friendly, although after much convincing that I wasn't lying about the food making me I'll, he did comp it. I will never go back here. Very disappointed.

Amazing atmosphere, very tasty food and super friendly service.

Service was great no wait even on a busy Sunday in Times Square. Small menu to choose from. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was enough to last me into the next day! However if you re watching your calorie count def skip this place nothing on the menu I saw was less than 1500 calories!

It was horrible and disgusting they waited to give our food for a 1hour to get give our food and it was cold and hard.

Great atmosphere. Food and drinks were excellent and we loved looking at all the music memorabilia on the walls - Beatles, Jimi Hendrix etc

Burgers and the cheesecake were excellent. Service was very good and the memorabilia was cool. When we came back later that night for a drink at the bar enjoyed chatting with the bartender.

I almost did not like it, in other hard rock they are a little more kind in the attention so do not buy, except for our waiter who was very special

Food was good, atmosphere Rocked, princess we're fair. Service was a little slow

Drinks are good and decent food too. Having come to New York, it's a one time experience place.

Nestled in the old Paramount theater, totally recommended

Worth a visit to see the decor, long waiting times for a table.

Live music cafe with good food and drinks.. just make sure to get there earlier to get the best seating spot..

It's nothing special, but it's good.
If you think you have real New York there, it's a disappointment.
A tourist shop just like any other shop in Times Square.

The food was great, very very big portions, you could share it with someone. The service is a little slow but they were very nice. I only wish the entrance was difference because it does not let people in easily, and I think it is a very big flaw especially with the harsh winter here in the North. People would be freezing outside to get in, which might lead to them leaving.

Big waiting time, but try the bar, the Attendance isn't that good but you eat without waiting 2 hours for it

service is suuuuper slow and the chicken in my cobb salad was pink

but it feels good with the AC on though

Food was just average and so was the service. Oh and if the waitress isn't impressed with how much of your hard earned money you decide to give as a TIP (a sum of money given to someone as a reward for a service.") they are rude enough to tell you.

You can't go wrong with Hard Rock Cafe. They always have something new and delicious. I didn't like the slow service.

We booked extra yesterday afternoon to get a good spot in Hard Rock, my daughter was looking forward to the evening,
We were not told that in the evening a closed event takes place us against a wall set, 50cm in front of our face was a glass wall with a process behind it separated the guests area of concert area. An impertinence, but Hard Rock should be ashamed of that. My daughter wanted to stay because she wanted the evening so much. I would have left immediately.

Wonderful place ... with lots of vibe and rich food

Would be a 5 but our Mai Tai aficionado wasn't impressed with her drink, but the foooood was all goooooood!

I've been in the Hard rock with a big group of people and thay served us pre-cooked hamburgers and they was disgusting

If you like Hard Rock, do not hesitate, although it is as beautiful as others.

The hard rock cafe is my favorite place whenever i'm in the states.

We had great service from our server atmosphere was great was very loud you didn't feel claustrophobic in the restaurant some restaurants you feel claustrophobic in good experience for New York City

Great food and very friendly staff! The wait is very long so always try and make a reservation in advance. They do have a bar seating area where there is usually minimal to no wait it seems. Food is delicious and didn't take terrible long to get. Menu is a bit pricey, but it's well worth it I thought! Atmosphere is very 70's-early 2000's punk rock and metal. Music is awesome, and they have music videos to go with on many screens. Highly recommend for a nice small party or date!

I live in NYC and don't go to Times Square if I can help it, but this place was so good I actually have a compelling reason to go now.

A little too much, the food is good, the service also the prices ok but the concept of seeing oldies belonged to stars ..., there is a souvenir shop upstairs, and the restaurant is below

We do all HRCs all over the world. We love beef fajitas. We love everything there. But it's a bias.

nice ambience good food and drinks. Good for all ages. cool staffs, best place for music and food lovers..... loud music might not liked by everybody. And a little expensive. i love to hangout with my friends there....

Very nice place to go eat a decent dinner while staying in NYC. Got to see guitars from various artists and bands. The food was good , just a bit overpriced for what it is. However, service was amazing and liked how we got to take home some souvenir glass cups.
