I have a buisness account with BOF and am a weekly regular at the BOF on Foothill and Archibald. I have never experienced bad customer service until I met teller Lori. Lori was extremely rude from the the begining of me approaching her window. I was there for 10 minutes and denied my deposits from the company I work for. I am an Afriacan American educated professonial women and Lori took her bad day out on me. I was never rude but did ask questions and it appeared to offend Lori. To insure we have the right lady she is an elder white lady chubby with frizzy hair. My boss came in right after with the same checks and they took the deposit! Why was I treated differently? I will no longer be a customer at this location and would will drive to another location to stay away from poor customer service!! Lori if you do not like your job then please do not take it out on your customers, just quit!

Every time that I go to this branch I am asked to provide forms of identification that other B of A branches do not. Last time that I cashed a check whose funds are drawn on a BofA account I was asked to change my signature by the Assistant branch manager in order that she could read it exactly as it was written on my check. I responded that the way I sign my checks is the way that I sign all of my legal documents and I was not going to change that for her. She insisted and threatened not to cash the check. I told her I have never been asked to do that at any other branch I went to, and she sarcastically said "well, here you must". So after we got into a heated exchange she backed off after I asked for the branch Mgr. I am never going back to this branch again. Once again, only at this branch does this happen.(3x's) Is it because I am a dark skinned Latino that I have to provide extra proof?

Hello, this morning I was in the bank and the attention was terrible they did not want to change some checks x ridiculous reasons in full 2019 I asked to speak with the manager and honestly I do not understand how common sense can work there .. refused to offer me any option to change the checks (my boss accent in one the date and in another the amount that according to his little criterion was altered to what he answered the amount in numbers is clear and the date is of two days before in the other tmb is quite clear .. . was only common sense in other banks x the same just put your ID or your fingerprint .. just was his attitude until I told my boss can call them and authorize it .. I know many people who work in banks and everyone laughed at their bad attitude and inability .. lack of criteria .. make the transaction in another bank took me more time but they were kinder to say it was the bad attitude of those workers not the branch ..!

Definitely need some type of new management or training; services/tellers are slow, I wouldn't really say slow, I'd say they need more tellers to be available because there's always a long line and only 2 tellers working.

It's no wonder i don't have an account with BOFA. They wouldn't even cash a check, written by an account holder and that was their home bank. It's silly policies like this in place that they lose business and clients. Glad I closed my business account with them 10 years ago.

I feel like the complaints I read about are being taken personally rather than what is true. For the reason we all pay a visit, they too dedicate time and service and for us to be complaining, seems a little too immature. I enjoy coming here to deposit, cash a check, withdraw, whether it be person to person or the atm, and I never have any problems.

Lines are always super long and they are very short staffed when you need a 1 on 1 for services such as lost cards. With all the fees they change how can they not afford to pay for employees?

I dont write reviews first of all, second of all, Im willing to take time out of my day for this because of how much time I have wasted in my life at this horrible establishment, Slowest moving bank on the planet! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Actually do not bank here...you would be better of walking to Cuba, opening an account there and get your sht done quicker.

Worst Branch EVER! Stood in a line of 3 people for 25 minutes. In the business line! The regular line went through TWICE while the business line didn't move. When I told the teller they need to manage their lines better she said we do the best we can. Helping customers in that line and neglecting your business customers is NOT the best you can do!

Worst Bank of America branch in the area. Walked into the bank for a quick question. Linda in the middle of the session went to do something inside the office and seemed to forget about us. We waited for a long time. If there wasn t another person needed her outside in the lobby, she probably wouldn t come outside again. Terrible service, will never come back to this location ever again. Need better management.

Horrific!!! The Branch manager, Linda Castillo, was rude & incompetent! She would not assist me with printing out a mortgage statement! Which is a basic task. She said she did not have access. I asked if they had a computer for their accountholders to use in order to print out their documents (standard at any branch) she said No. I asked if I can speak to a representative in the mortgage department and they can fax or email it so they can print it out, she said No. Basically she was lazy & did not want to help and she was poorly dressed wearing a camisole tank top (looked like shape wear) under her blazer. When I entered she was at the Welcome/Reception Desk, however she never even said Hello, Good Morning, or How May I Help? Nor did she have a smile on her face. I initiated the conversation asking for assistance.

Then I called Bank of America Home Loans on my own cell phone and asked if they could send it to the branch for printing and they said OF COURSE WE CAN!

I made the call from my car in their parking lot so I returned back to their branch. I stood there at the Welcome Desk for about 10 minutes and NO ONE greeted me, acknowledged me, or even assisted me! I counted 10 representatives and NONE of them could even acknowledge me. How scary considering bank branches are robbed daily and cased for robbery daily! I feel bad for the staff and visiting accountholders that they have a lack of security and vigilance.

The floating Assistant Manager, Gabriela Sandoval, came over after I flagged her down and then assisted me. Her white bra was showing through her sheer black top. DISGUSTING!! There are children visiting the branch!! And she "floats" to different branches with such disregard to their business formal dress code?

The Branch Manager, Linda Castillo, was an absolute coward and kept avoiding me. No accountability, no apology, nor any follow-up to take ownership as to why I returned.

The phone rep was amazing and emailed it to the branch and it was printed in less than seconds.

Closest bank to me but I agree with everyone else's reviews, service is slow and it has been this way for years. They have multiple people working but only one or two tellers open, while you have 5 or more customers waiting in line. That's not efficient.

Sitting waiting for a banker while they're having a personal conversation about the husband throwing a 30th birthday party and how people judge, what's not fair blah blah. Waisting my time here.

WORST BANK EVER! Don't bank here they make you wait long lines, and never care to help you. If you don't have 25$ in your account they charge you 35$ I went there before I had this problem that I can't fix with either BofA or ChexSystems. It's like they don't want me to bank with any1 but them. I told the teller to cancel my bank account and she flat out said "No". I was 20 years old and Was appalled that the teller had flat out told me "No". I'm not the type of person to make q commotion when I have a problem. But if I had flipped out and told her why in the world she told me "No" to closing my bank account. I would have saved myself from having to call BofA and Chexsystems everyday! Don't bank here they suck dick.

It's your typical BofA stand in long lines while tellers try to upsell customers at the teller windows. You wait in-line and see the frustration in their Customers.

Managers have very little power at the branch level. More of a key carrier
