Every time that I go to this branch I am asked to provide forms of identification that other B of A branches do not. Last time that I cashed a check whose funds are drawn on a BofA account I was asked to change my signature by the Assistant branch manager in order that she could read it exactly as it was written on my check. I responded that the way I sign my checks is the way that I sign all of my legal documents and I was not going to change that for her. She insisted and threatened not to cash the check. I told her I have never been asked to do that at any other branch I went to, and she sarcastically said "well, here you must". So after we got into a heated exchange she backed off after I asked for the branch Mgr. I am never going back to this branch again. Once again, only at this branch does this happen.(3x's) Is it because I am a dark skinned Latino that I have to provide extra proof?
