Everything is so costly on KIA. So please everybody bring your self everything .

No covid related restrictions in place as of 16th November. Only masks and face shield provided by airlines at the gates.

When i saw this airport first time..it is like woww and inside this there are many outlets of brand so if u forgot something from home there is option to buy..but it is too costly.

One of the best operated airports in India. Enough people to guide you while maintaining social distancing. The only thing that I didn't like is the food quality in domestic lounge.. It was horrible. Although the food is quite good in international lounge.. Stay safe

It's one of the best airports in India. Among the top 3 most busiest airports. Managed pretty well. Has good selection of lounges. I'd like more food/beverages outlets in the beginning (after entering the airport and before security) to ease out long waiting times.

This is the international airport of Bengaluru located about 35-40km from the city centre.An airport with the third largest air traffic n one of the best maintained airports in India.Its a private airport well managed with a lot of passenger convenience.Its well connected by road with grade separators for reducing traffic congestion n signals.Govt runs air conditioned bus services from the airport to various parts of the city at reasonable tariff for the benefit of common people which is quite good.Besides separate terminal for private taxis like Uber/Ola is available. It's also getting upgraded regularly for accommodating more air traffic n improving passenger amenities/convenience. Plans r afoot for building a rail link upto the airport.

This airport is the 2nd best airport that ive been to so far. Maintenance is top notch and so are the regulations for COVID19. The provisions for PPE is outstanding.

No doubt it's one of the best airport in India. It's cleanest and greenest one. Almost all domestic air carrier operate at this airport and not to forget many international flights carrier are also.Lots of food options are available inside the airport. Self check in option is also available here. Only disadvantage is that it's too far away from the city.

Very much safe to travel. The infrastructure is very well planned and done. Foods are heavily costly and not worth the price too. Here the 20 rupees idlis are sold for 200 rupees.

Awesome.. I have seen the old airport in Bangalore and I have seen this. This really is world class. Has all the facilities a travellers need whether related to food, books or public convenience. Pick up facility available from here to all parts of the city, be it buses or cabs.

Good. Found out that ups wifi router is also not being allowed in check-in baggage in addition to power banks.

I love this airport. Really fast processes and kind staff. Only thing I can think of is maybe having more stores with affordable prices for food.

A rather mellowed atmosphere prevailed in the airport due to COVID. The Lounge was open. However, only take-aways were catered for. The food provided was rather bad. The good part was one could relax away from the boarding gates and the crowd. There is a lot of crowding observed at the boarding gates with very few seats available to remain seated due to social distancing. Advisable to wear face shields in addition to masks before entering the airport.

Great management by the airport. But a big BUT, it's contactless only for the employees working for the airport BUT every passengers are indirectly coming in contact with every other passensgers while web check-in upon touching the web check in screen.
I would suggest people to take the boarding pass from the counter. Where the provider doesn't come in contact with anyone and the passenger will come in contact with only that person indirectly.

Superb design and one of the best in Traffic management just outside the airport. Dedicated zones for each kind of mode of transport is a great way of simplifying the congestion. Dedicated Ola & Uber zones for pick up and very well managed. That also saves the canabalization of the travel and other taxi players. Then buses are also operated in a very organized manner. All areas are accessible for differently abled people

It covers nearly 35 km from Bangalore to Airport. From the entrance to the terminal, in the Airport Road the flowers are planted on centre of the road and also in both sides. It looks like a garden and the fragrance from the flowers gives a fresh natural air. More garden facilities are under construction 17/08/2020.
l travelled during Covid-19 pandemic albeit the airport are maintain the social distancing.The thermal scanner are used to check the passengers. The airport also clean and fresh.

Beautiful place! Well maintained, even during the pandemic. Taking up necessary precautions and making sure about a hassle free experience. Staff members are really helpful.

At security check the passenger has to take trays from under the table.
Trays arrive automatically on a conveyer.
Can be more advanced bcoz after checkup police personnel has to put trays back on the belt.

A full five star for this airport. Placed far away from the city center is a disadvantage. It's about 40 KMS away from the city but still a good airport at that. Lots of shops outside and inside the airport. Modern and we'll built. Adding additional runway may be an added bonus. Bangalore international airport name is more suitable

As always amazing, Great place for spending time.. specially during overlays.. outside seating area inside seating area everything makes this airport truely one of the best airport.. Lots of shops like Relay, Auromonde etc and many food shops like Gourmet Food, CCD, HaagenDaz, Nandhnis, sweetish house Mafia etc are available..Tea would cost you above 50 RS at outside seating areas.. if you are hard at pocket, its better to go for PizzaHut or Subway is good option outside the airport, one more thing Maiyas is closed now.. Inside KFC is a good option.. Its upto ones choice what they prefer to go for.. Anyways.. Had a great overlay..

Very well maintained airport. Though it takes a loooooong drive from city and the congested Bangalore traffic, once you reach BIAL definitely feel relaxed and mood changes. Good number of food courts. Clear sign boards. Neatly maintained rest rooms.
