I hired PPMI last year to place tenants in a building I own downtown Baltimore. I decided to try them out with the management as well after the tenants they placed worked out so well. That was the best decision i made. I say that because i just didn't have the time any more to deal with it because I had moved to VA. They have done an excellent job managing my property and i would tell any one to try their services

Great management team always nice and responds to my questions if not the same day a day or two later but they always respond.AND I GET MY RENT MONEY ON TIME!! THANKS PREMIER !!

Mr. Barnett has done a wonderful job with managing my rental properties. I currently have 4 properties under his management, and I can t be any happier.

Worst ever. They just mailed in a letter stating that my mother is due to owe $7K for late rent when she tried to give the key back to them from April until she decided to mail it. They wouldn t accept the key, and everyone kept saying it was no one in the building to take it. As well as the apartments were infested with mold. They honestly only care for their own benefit. Stay away from this so called business.

(Owner) Premier Property Management has managed my two properties for the pass 6 years. They have done a good job on taking care of the two places. The most important thing is I get my money when im suppose to. I can t say that happen when i was with the other management company. Lol but over all I trust Charles and his staff, they get it done for me. I would tell anyone to try out Premier

PPMI has done a great job as my property manager. Things are going really good my tenant is paying the water bill. Which is something i could not get them to do to save my life. I would recommend Premier if you need a management company.

This place is Terrible I put 6 Of my properties under this Company nobody knows what's going on I sent my own tenants the workers set up showing never show 9 application on my property no body been called back my tenant went to the office to pay there rent ppl lie and say wrong place it's crazy like a circus

Working with Mr. Barnett and his staff was such a joy!!!! I had a hard time finding a management company that would take on my property. I called around to like 8 different companies. Either no one would answer the phone, or they did take on properties in that area. But i was finally able to find a company and PPMI has done a wonderful job for me and my husband. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. Extremely rude. They will hang up on you if they don't feel like dealing with you. They won't work on getting yr issues fixed. They WILL lie to you to shut you up and get off the phone with you. The absolute worst property management company I have EVER had in the city of Baltimore. I don't know how they're getting away with their trashy behavior.

PPMI is a fantastic company to have manage your property. The property manager is really great! He is very quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests. He really cares about ensuring that the owners are happy! I m very happy I chose PPMI to manage my property.

My sister lives on one of Premier Management properties, and she is being harassed, threatened and cursed out by the one of the tenants daily living on their property. The Property Manager and staff in the Rental Office after she has complained numerous times are not doing nothing about her verbal and written complaints. This has been going on well over a year. No one should be subject to these kinds of behaviors from another tenent.

I have really enjoyed my time with Premier. I have been renting from them for about 4 years now. They have always taken care of my repairs. The few times I've had an issue the office manager or owner Mr. Barnett has made sure they were resolved. Thank you Premier.

I have only been with premier for 6 or 7 months, But things are good. They started of a little Rocky with some issues but ms.Byrd and ms.Nina made sure everything I needed was happy and taken care of with my place and the office . I can say they will do what ever it takes to make sure there tenants are happy and comfortable!

I had to post about PPMI. Due to this pandemic my rental company was good they put no pressure on you and calls to make sure you and your family is ok, thanks Mrs Dinkin's. I can honestly say i had no worries about losing my house they was really understanding, Eureka

Had a few rental properties I didn't have the time to maintain. I don t live in Baltimore, so it was important that I found a good team. They were fix and flips, found Charles on the web when I researched: "Property Management Companies in Baltimore". Very informative of what they are doing. Great hire, and highly recommend if you're looking for a great Baltimore Management Company.

I recently moved into my apartment, and i can say that things turned out great!! Ms. Tripline found me a wonderful place to live. The people that manage the builder are really nice. The building is clean and the people are nice. I'm looking forward to staying here for long term.

When my husband and I realized that we would be bringing a new baby into the world, we were renting from a company that shall remain nameless however, it was not a great experience at all. We knew that having a new baby would be a lot of work and we wanted to start over fresh, in a new home and STRESS FREE! PPM popped up during my search and we have loved them every since. We are 6 months in and it s almost time for me to deliver our baby girl and i can finally say that we are happy and free of stress. When we moved in, we had a minor issue but Charles handled my concern immediately! He has given us a peace of mind. We are so grateful for Charles and everyone else at PPM! Thank you.

Just started renting from PPMI, I really like my place. The process took a little long because the house was not ready when i first saw it. But once i was able to sign my lease and get my key things have been great.

Nothing but great things to say about this company . PPML has been great with me and my family with finding a new home. Premier currently manages 3 rental properties for me. My time with them has been great. Hands down the best management company i have worked with in Baltimore. Sad to say but Premier is the 3 different company i have worked with over the past 5 years. I've been with Premier for 3 of those 5 and its been a world of difference. The staff at Premier is AWESOME!!! Ms. Byrd the property manager does a good job. When ever i have questions about my account she is able to answer them and provide with any documents i need. Ms. Dianna who takes care of my maintenance is great as well. She always make sure i know whats going on with my property when an issues comes up. Great Company!!!!

Let me start with saying that Baltimore has some really bad property management companies. I own property in two other states and i can say i have never had this much trouble find a reliable management company. I'm not going name the first two companies but lets just say one is currently out of business and the other may be soon as well. FINALLY FINALLY a management company that cares and is not looking to get over and take advantage of its clients. Finally a company that sends me my money and i dont have to call them 10 times asking for my money. Finally a compay that is not trying over charge me for every repair. If I have a issue with the office he makes sure it is cleared up. I think they are a good company to rent from. My mother started renting from them and told me to apply. So I did and I m still here ! Mr. Barnett and his staff has provided me with exceptional services over the years. The one thing that i love about working with Mr. Barnett is that I'm able to call him directly any time i need to speak with him. And on top of that he answers LOL. That's important for me, he staff is knowledgeable and on top of their game. But sometime I like to speak directly to him and he takes the time to answer my questions. Premier is a really good company to work with. I happy that i decided to come aboard.

Premier manages my rental portfolio and the best thing about it is they make me feel like I'm their only client. I know they have a lot of owners and properties, but they always make time for me.

We've used Premier for a decade and would recommend them. Erica in particular is quick to respond to questions, and they work hard to resolve problems. They also have a good handle on the Baltimore market when it comes to rentals.

Mr. Barnett and Premier have been my property manger now for about 1 year. I have had 3 management companies in the last 3 years SMH. This is the first company that has not been fired after the first year and i can see why. They do what they say they are going to do. I had all kinds of issues with my place when Premier took over. I was ready to leave and find me a new place but with COVID-19 I was scared to move so i decided to give these people a chance. Its been just about little over a year maybe. And i can say I'm 100% happy with them. If they tell me they are coming out they come. If they cant make it they call me. I can always speak to someone. Its never no BS with them. The ladies in the office are nice. Ms. Dianna has helped me out so much. I know she was tired of me calling her all the time but she never got upset and just worked with me to make sure i was happy. Paid money to them for a water bill that they did not give to the water company. Now they won't take my calls. Pay directly to the water company unless you want to be cheated like I was.

We have been renting from ppmi for 3 years and they have been really good to us . It was a time that my husband and I were going though hardship and they aloud us to make payments twice a month. This is THE WORST property management company EVER. There main focus is to get the tenants money, especially those of HABC. I have been in my apt less than 6 months and I have encountered some of the worse issues such as no consistent hot water, no consistent heat and a leak in my ceiling. The maintenance department there does not handle the issues in a quick amount of time and Brandy Rose, who is the maintenance coordinator, fails to communicate and expedite resolutions for tenants who are having issues in their department. i definitely would not recommend renting any property under this management.

Dont have any good properties in any decent neighborhoods

Me and my roommates moved in to our new place just over 1 week ago. The agent who showed us the house was really nice. The process was fast and easy, we were able to move in on time which was really important for us because we came from out of state. Overall I would say Premier did a wonderful job on getting us in and comfortable.

I came to Premier over 6 years ago, with nothing but issues. My tenants were not paying. I had a hard time to find someone to make repairs. Just all kinds of issues. I would say after the first year maybe year and half things turned around after i listen to Mr. Barnett he is really knows what he is talking about when it comes to rentals and him and his team really got me and my houses on the rite track. Ms. Dianna is amazing as well. Thank to the Premier team for all the help.

I'm coming up on 1 year with Premier. This is my first ever place on my own. I can this first year has been interesting. I have enjoyed living in my place, and my management company is cool. They chill the lady Ms. Byrd is cool as hell and Ms. Dianna is a really nice older lady she remind me of my mother she always checking on me making sure im ok. She signed my lease with me and i told her this was my first place. She has check on here and there ever since. She didnt have to do that. Thank you Ms. Dianna and Premier.

As an investor, I have found PPMI great to work with. I hired them to get a property rented out for me and they coordinated getting trades in there to do the work which was done in a professional and timely manner. They also thoroughly vetted tenants and just did not take anyone off the street. Would highly recommend. I primarily worked with Dino who was extremely responsive in getting back to me.

Human Resources department is rude. I asked this lady if this company was looking to hire interns or allow me to volunteer since i have no experience and want to gain knowledge in the field. Her first response was why so you can be our competition? I explained to her that s not necessarily my intention and i don t mine even working for the company but didn t think they would hire me with my lack of experience. She then went on to say it was rude for me to ask that. I can tell she was black and it s disappointing that she hears another black woman younger than her (just turned 21) inquiring about a professional role but finds a way to look down on it. You worried about competition instead of trying to help. I m young i got a lot of learning before i become yall competition that was so weird and childish to me

PPM has been nothing short of AMAZING! My daughter and I relocated from NC last week and after a recommendation, we decided to use PPM as well. From the initial contact with the receptionist, the level of professionalism displayed has been awesome. If you re looking for prompt, friendly customer service, you ll get that! The first review was an accident. I didn't even push the post button. I don't have an issue with premier property management. For the most part they were very respectable and nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of what happened on the move in and the fact that I had to move out even though I paid my rent on time and didn't bother anyone. I just think that more care should have been given when things like this happen. But other than that there was nothing wrong with this establishment.

This is my first investment property ever. So I decided to hire a management company to over the investment. Before I decided to hire a company I talked to few people I knew that were already into real-estate. And they all said don't hire a management company they are going to steal your money. But I just don't have the time to do this my self like they do so I decided to interview several companies. And long story short I decided to sign up with Premier Property Management. The reason for my decision was simple the owner Mr. Barnett was so up front and didn't hold not punches. And talk to me like a person and not just another client he really cared. He was trying to tell me I didn't need a management company. LOL crazy!!! He just really has a love for real-estate and you can tell. Well I happy to say things really worked out. It's been 9 months now and man things have gone great. His team found me a tenant, I get my money each month no issues. And if something does come up the office communicates with me. But if I need to speak with Mr. Barnett i have his direct number and I love that. He didn't just recruit me and then pass me off to his team. Premier is A1 in my book. Great management company for any investor.

I have been renting from Premier for 1 year tomorrow great house great people

Currently renting an apartment from Premier. I moved in about 2 weeks ago. Things went really well. The young women that rented me my place Ms. Tripline was really nice and professional. The lady in the office that i signed my lease with Ms. Dianna was really nice. My apartment is cool no issues or problems. I would recommend them.

Luckily I got my full of them before becoming too invested. I am looking moving so I checked out some of their listings and called to setup a viewing of a couple of their properties for rent. I was instructed to show up for two open houses, both scheduled for the same day but a half hr apart and waited at the first house for over an hour til I finally decides to test my luck at the second "scheduled" open house only to find that NO ONE from Premier showed up there either. I waited at both locations along with other renters who had also been told by the management co. to show up for the open houses a total of an hour at each one. When I finally was able to track down someone that represented the management co. he assured us that someone would be sent over to the 2nd property and she never showed up and neither did she answer the phone number that was provided for her. That ABSOLUTELY left a bad taste in my mouth so I won't be looking into any properties under their management. If its this hard to take a look at unoccupied units I can only IMAGINE what its like to try to get work done on any of their properties.

Great properties. I viewed several of their places before deciding on the perfect one for me and my family . The photos online look just like the actual home and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks Premier will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know

Charles Barnett who is the owner of Premier was my real estate agent for my very first investment property. The process went so well i decided to try out his management services. I have been pleased with how things have gone for the past year. The communication is awesome, the quality of work that was done to my investment to get it ready for a new tenant was great, the house looked amazing once everything was done. The showing agent that was showing my property was so kind. They were find me a tenant for my property in no time and things are going really smooth.

Working with Premier has been really good. They were able to help me with getting everything i needed for my rental property so i was able to rent it out. They took care of my rental license, my lead certificate everything. They were also able to find me a tenant. I manage the property my self but if this went as good as they did with the tenant placement part I'm sure the management part has to be just as good. But I would recommend them for tenant placement any time of the day.

I have worked with Premier for many years. They are very good at taking care of my property. I love their year-end statement. It makes tax return prep a breeze. Ms. Dinkins does a fantastic job of responding to maintenance issues. Recently, she inspected my units and found small problems to repair before they become big and expensive problems. I wish my other property managers were this good.

Premier has been a great property manager for me in Baltimore city for many years. They have been great finding tenants and when maintenance issues arise the do a great job of resolving quickly with the tenant. I would recommend them to other owners as they are very knowledgeable on City rental regulations and requirements.
