Outstanding friendly staff cafe best aged care facility

Lovely facilities & recreation areas for the elderly

My parents went there for Respite. Basically no where to sit outdoors. Maybe instead of the opulent entrance the money would be better spent on facilities

Wrong medication given 3 times in 3 weeks, resident can wait up to an hour for pain relief at night time. Alcohol stolen from room, the list goes on and on. Profit over people

A wonderful nursing home. Great amenities for residents and visitors.

Excellent facility, but management is "cost cutting" at the expense of residents' care.

Well who would know this is aged care, came in to see an old friend and this is like a little hotel, just lovely. All the staff I came into contact with were delightful.

Our aunt was a resident of Ti Tree Lodge (Brickendon) for 7 years & couldn t recommend highly enough. Their care & communication with us has been beyond outstanding. My aunt died this week, 1 1/2 hours after our last visit, she had no family of her own. One of her carers came in on her day off to sit with her & was with her when she died....very, very thankful for her consideration. Thank you to all the staff of Regent.

Village Glen, attended a function, comfortable, staff friendly, lunch tasty, served warm, enjoyable.

This is a lovely place it has been use for my mother in law and we have no complaint. She was not ready for that advanced care at the time

Very helpful in arranging room for family Christmas day lunch .

I feel I need to retract my previous review of 8 months ago.....
Mum and dad are back in respite at Ti Tree....
110% nicer feeling this time. The staff are fantastic, very caring and empathetic.
Lovely room, feels more homely....
Would be a perfect permanent residence for them

Elderly are really cared for here, lots of activities to keep them from getting bored.

Some staffs there are friendly.....but not all......

Meals could be greatly improved on. Our residents room's cleanliness could be definately improved on. Staff very friendly.

Great care for the residents. Many great activities for them to join in each day.
