They are a real good property management company. Whenever something is wrong there on their way to come and fix it. They are very professional.

Who would ever do business with this rude, and unprofessional man? I've been a landlord for over 20 years and dealt with all kinds of property managers. This one is the actual owner. People in Baltimore must be desperate. I don't believe these 5 star reviews for one second.

My time with Premier has been great. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. You can actually speak to the owner, other place i was at i could never get him on the phone. The communication as been good as well. Premier is doing a fine job with managing my property. I only have one property but they make me fell important.

My experience as being a renter with Premier has been positive. When i have had issues with maintenance they were address in a timely manner. The lady Ms. Dianna is really nice and easy to talk to. She always takes care of my work orders. They are a 5 in my book.

Ms. Dianna is the best. Anytime I have a issue I can call her and she is on top of it. She make sure the maintenance guy gets to me in a timely manner. She always follows up with me to make sure I m happy with the work the maintenance guy has done. If not she will make him come rite back and fix it. Thank Ms. Dee you re the best!!!!!!!!!

During my search for a management company, Premier was the only company that kept appointments and returned calls promptly. I have been very pleased with the service I have received at Premier. I am surprised to read some of the negative reviews. I have received nothing but excellent care and attention. My property was promptly rented and the management staff, specifically Erica, has gone above and beyond to make sure the tenants are satisfied. I do not live in Baltimore but having premier in my corner is comforting. Thanks Premier.

I had a showing on today at 3:00 pm with a someone. I sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up. I call the main line and the number is not in service. I called the number of the agent and she sent me straight to voicemail. I wonder if this is even a legitimate business. I would never work with them again.

I ve been living with this property for a little over fifteen years. One of the best that I have live in. Anyway my property is very lovely. What I do like is that the rent here is affordable for me . The management is very kind and respectful when they answer their phones, for calls like paint , sink bathroom etc . The workers work very fast and they don t leave a mess inside or outside my home. and the rental staff became my long term family.

I have used several management companies over the years but Premier has been the best hands down. If there is one thing that sticks out about Premier, I would have to say is the prices they give for the work is fare it's never nothing too crazy. And I like that I get pictures of the work.

I ve been renting a property from this company for two years and my experience has been nothing less than awesome. Dealing with the dynamic duo, Starr Byrd and Ms Denkins, made it easy to enjoy my stay here by addressing any issues that I had, which there were barely any, promptly and with urgency. I know that if I need anything they will be right there to get the job done. Also it is very easy to pay your rent by using the website which is very easy to navigate through. The company is an all around winner in my book.

Never resolved most issues, extremely rude and corporate over the phone, no one seems to ever know anything or have the power to fix anything, and it has been 3 months since I moved out and I am still waiting on my money from my deposit as well as information about why it was detained.
It just has no consideration for wasting people's time or the fact that Baltimore is a college town and it is literally taking advantage of kids with no experience leasing apartments.

Been working with Premier for several years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Very professional, very responsive, and they know the market well. Would definitely recommend them if you have properties in Baltimore that you need managed.

Highly unprofessional company with no consistency. Never call you back when they say they will or to inform that the place you have been trying for weeks to see and rent is already rented. Don t show up for showing that have been scheduled or call to inform they will be late or can t make it. If I could give no stars I would.

I was referred to Premier by a friend. I spoke with Charles the owner about purchasing my first rental property. Well that was 5 years ago and I currently have 5 rental properties that Charles help me purchase and his office currently manages. Great guy knows what he is doing and DOESN'T BS YOU GOOD OR BAD HE IS A STRAIGHT SHOOTER.

I been renting from Premier for 1 year now and things are good. I haven't had any issues is the best thing. My place is nice...when I go to the office to pay rent the young lady at the front desk is nice .

I recently started looking for a rental property and haven t had a lot of success with follow-up. However, I came across one of their properties and the young lady that shows houses has been really responsive and great with following up with me. They currently don t have anything in my desired zip codes but I have certainly appreciated how helpful she has been. I would advise anyone looking for a rental to connect with them.

Placement and vetting, problem tenants, repairs of all types, even full rehabs, they've done it all for us, and as an out-of-state investor who can't do anything "hands on" due to distance, it's not too much to say I literally couldn't have run my real estate business with the folks at Premier Property. HIGHLY recommended to landlords and investors alike.

This place is the WORST!!!!! People with no class attitudes and chips on their shoulders. Led by a man that thinks he's gods gift because he went to an HBCU. I have never been so disrespected in my life I really wish I had the contact information for my buildings owner so I could tell him about my exp.

I have been using this firm for a few years now to manage my property and am surprised to see some not so positive ratings because I have received great service from them. I have used other firms in the past to manage my properties and this is by far the best of them all. They handle all matters in a timely manner and are always there to assist me when there are things I don't know how or have the time to do myself.

Awesome company, they are doing a hell of a job managing my properties. My houses are not in the best of areas, but they were able to get my two properties rented out and the tenants are paying. I have been doing this myself for about 4 years and just couldn't do it anymore. Thanks Premier!

I now have 8 properties that Mr. Barnett has found for me. He has done a great job not just as my property manager but also as my real estate agent.

I ve been a tenant of Premier for over 7 years, the staff is very understanding and will try there best to help you with what you need, they are VERY responsive with maintenance issues and they call you back instantly to make sure your issue is taken care of, I have never had a situation that they weren t willing to help address.

I currently rent a 2 bedroom apartment from Premier. I have been here for a little over a year now. My experience hasn't been bad. The lady that showed me my place and signed my lease with me was really nice. The people in the office i have really had to talk to because i haven't had any issues with my place. I haven't had to call maintenance so i guess those are all good points as well.

I started working with Premier over five years ago. Charles and his staff have been wonderful to work with. I started out with having Premier manage only two of my properties and I had six other properties with a different company. Well after it was all said and done I ended up taking all my properties over to Premier. I have seen Charles grow first hand and his love for real estate, as well as his knowledge and hard work makes him stand out from the others.
