This is THE WORST property management company EVER...

This is THE WORST property management company EVER. There main focus is to get the tenants money, especially those of HABC. I have been in my apt less than 6 months and I have encountered some of the worse issues such as no consistent hot water, no consistent heat and a leak in my ceiling. The maintenance department there does not handle the issues in a quick amount of time and Brandy Rose, who is the maintenance coordinator, fails to communicate and expedite resolutions for tenants who are having issues in their department. i definitely would not recommend renting any property under this management.
