Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. Security is quick to respond when you call them. Had a great time here.

Our room was super nice and clean. The RT has been remodeled in the last year so everything was fresh. Great customer service though the ranks. It's located right in the middle of the strip. Everything is convenient. Will stay there again. Plus the players club covers so many places so you can bank those points.
Check out their Mexican restaurant as a group and get the nachos (serves 3-4)and tasty.
From the moment we walked in, the front desk agent, Mayra, was rude and had absolutely no personality. We were given one of their remodeled rooms. We did not spend much time in the room as we were planning to be out all night. We briefly returned to the room after dinner and discovered the room was very humid and I took a drink of water to notice it tasted very strange and found the faucet had a green growth like mold or mildew coming out of it. We had a show to catch and then were out all night so we did not have time to ask for a new room, but had I planned to spend much time in the room, I would have been very upset. I expected better from Caesars Entertainment, especially as a diamond member in their total rewards program. I would stay away from Bally s if you can avoid it but can recommend some of the other Caesars properties in Vegas like Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood.
Good place. Shouldlet you know about resort fee at time of booking reservations
Met some friends at Bally's for drinks. The service was great! Prompt and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and it was very clean. Great place to visit!
The best casino on the strip! I will always stay here!
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed Ballys. At first we asked for a complimentary upgrade hoping we would get a better strip view but they put us in their new tower. It was so HOT in this tower because the sun is facing right on it. We asked for our original room back and they were very helpful with that. We ended up getting an awesome strip view in a cool room. It was not the most clean AT ALL but we were happy with it! Ballys is a great central location to the whole strip and it was awesome to be close to everything. The smoke in the hotel isn't that bad but definitely noticable. The pool is in the back of the hotel but it was still really nice. Overall, we liked ballys and would stay here again.
We spent a great weekend in vegas. My friend and I stayed at the Bally s. We booked our trip with expedia. Initially Expedia messed up. We asked for a none smoking room and they were telling us that the hotel would have to charge us 250 USD difference for the non smoking room, which was none sense. We decided to stick with what we had and when we arrived for the check in at 4pm we explained the situation at the front desk. In two minutes we had a none smoking room without any extra fees. We were very happy. The room was very cozy. We were on the 16th floor we had a great view.
The hotel is very well situated on the strip close to the bellagio, ceasar palace , eiffel tower, planet hollywood and so on. At night our floor was quiet it was perfect ! I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The room was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was clean, AC was working well. We could hear the Bellagio fountain sometimes but that was not that big of a deal. If I go back to vegas I will probably book at the same hotel. Check in and check out can be done at the self service stations.
Nice hotel and casino. Ate at Buca Di Beppo and had a really nice meal. Will definitely come back
Easy to get in and out off via walking the strip or tram
Good price and accommodations. It is right in the main strip and relatively close to all the other major casinos, so for the price, it is worth it. Also, it is connected to paris hotel which is beautiful and worth a look.
Casino was similar to the rest of the strip. Didn't have a big hook. Proximity to the Paris Hotel and the monorail are it's best attributes. Would stay here for the right price.
Smallish casino. Long walk to strip. Recently renovated rooms. Ok pool but no hot tub.
Lots of Fun Activities! Played Twilight Zone neon mini-golf ~ Great Fun!
Bally s is pretty good to stay if you re looking for a suite at a decent rate. The ppl can be a lil sketchy in the surrounding area, but that s to be expected on the Strip. The suite I had was the Bally s Premium Suite and it s bigger than my apartment at home. I think about 1200 square feet. More than enough room for the kiddos to run around and play or to host a cute lil gathering.
Tables are nice but the 6 to 5 on blackjack kind of sucks.
I had a friend grab a room at Bally. My first thought was that is not going to be a good room. I was wrong! The suite was super nice loved the layout. The bed was big and comfy as well. The casino has some good restaurants to include Buca di Beppo and SEA Thai. I will definitely recommend this place to other friends.
Great, central location. Lots of smoke smell though. Room was clean.
We were walking the city touring all the hotels. Hotel was really nice, lots of fun with friends.
Comfy bed and great food! First time in Vegas so I didn't know what to expect. If you want to see everything get the monorail pass. It's worth it. There is a lot of walking and everything is very far away from each other. The size of the buildings is deceptive
Seemed okay. Just gambled here for a few hours. Decent staff. Playing blind is not bad either.
Had a wonderful Sterling Brunch at Bally's. All you can eat lobster and king crab legs can't be beat.
Got room in Jubilee Tower.
Nice big room, Amazing strip View.
Stayed here for conferences. Met my needs fine. Has a refrigerator and safe in the rooms.
We were here to get married! Stayed for 1 week. Booked this room months and months in advance, they gave us a handicap room. Our kids had a nicer, bigger room. Called and complained, they pretty much said to bad, so sad. Room was clean, but they kept forgetting to refill the coffee and towels. Good location to everything.
Came to Vegas for my golden birthday and our check in time was very quick and easy, had no issues with finding the strip, attractions, the pool, etc. Caesar s palace is a sister company of Ballys and I was disappointed that a front desk attendant lied to me about promotions for it being my birthday and told me if I had stayed at Ceasars they would have made a bigger accommodation for it being my golden birthday! We spent Saturday night at Omnia, which was a $10000 minimum for bottle service which gladly was surpassed because my friends spent way more than that, was amazing nightclub! The staff was amazing there but the front desk attendant at Caesar s was extremely rude and the management team was unhelpful when I lost my iPhone there, even though I did find my iPhone and relocated it myself without any help from staff or security which told me it wasn t there problem would never stay at Ceasars palace again and probably choose another hotel aside from Ballys, lots of homeless people in and around this casino, played slots at Bally s for 5 hours was never offered a drink once!
Yay Vegas! Went to check in and was greeted at the counter. Tried to tell me I had to wait in the ridiculously long line at the other end because I did not have a high enough membership. Luckily I went to the Total Rewards counter to pick up a copy of my gaming card. Overall the stay was pleasant and enjoying Vegas.
Nice place to watch fountains. Great atmosphere. Good restaurants. A little pricey
Nice, large rooms. Clean and right in the middle of the action on the strip. There are more expensive hotels but this one worked for us on many levels. Close to everything, nice casino and most shuttles pick up and drop off from Bally's.
Cool rooms & fun all around ...winning places make me happppppy
I will be staying here again! The stay was great, quiet and the hotel is perfectly placed right next to all the great attractions and shows. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. If you're looking for great strong margaritas then head over too restaurants in the lobby!
Aweful STAY HERE SO FAR. We come to Vegas yearly and spend no less than 10000(and I Have receipts to prove it but we didn't do the rewards program to be tracked so I guess they went have known that)anyway.. We usually choose the Bellagio but the suite we wanted wasnt available this year so my stupid self booked a suite here at Bally's . .to add insult to injury this is his 40th birthday trip. We get to the hotel in concierge's rude I had to hunt somebody down to get our bags then they gave us a non smoking room when we requested a smoking room not once but twice on night one.. Night to is when our suite was opening for the remainder of the 7 days we were here.. When we went to switch to our suite.. Once again after it being written in bold on the order and verbalizing several times to make sure it was smoking we were given a non smoking room.. walked all the way there to realize we can't be on that side Had to go back to the front desk That young lady was very nice and gave us another suite Apologizing with a $25 room credit.. We put our bags in our room and immediately left when we got back our "Roman"tub had bubbles and dirt in it around the drain.. We had also been told we would have a microwave in our room when we got back in that was not here so we call room service asked them with someone in our room that took a bath and what is going on with the microwave because he has to have a microwave for medical reasons or at least a way to heat things.. We were told that there were no more microwaves available because the were "in use" and to apologize for the inconvenience we were given two robes. And as far is the worst part the bath tub we were told that it was backing up from other suites and they offered to clean it for us.. Yes you read right other people's dirty water was coming through our tub and they said sorry and cleaned it.. So we decide to move on yesterday and clear our heads I went down to see if there was a microwave yet the lady who told me she was the Vip manager was super rude while telling me that its policy that no microwaves are allowed. I mean this woman was SUPER RUDE In when I ask what the title was she said she was the Vip Maybe it's because I didn't read as Vip that she was so rude that I've literally taken minutes of my life I can't get back and called corporate to verify that not having a microwave in the room was a policy because I thought maybe she made it up because she didn't wanna deal with me because of how I looked or whatever stereotype she had in her mind when I approached the counter.. Come to find out it is a policy however I didn't appreciate the threat she made of coming in my room and checking daily to see if there was a microwave in here so it could be confiscated.. So now we're on day 4 the 1 night we decide to chill in the room Room and the cable isn't working there's back wash in the tub again and I called down because housekeeping did not leave any washrags the gentleman that answered me tonight Was so condescending and rude that I thought he might hang up on me before clarifying with me that towels or white wash rags are called in his computer and abruptly hanging up the phone However the upside is maintenance did common offer as a different room for the backwash and is trying to fix the TV... But he just let us know that it's a new system in its not working at all in will have to get channel 5. ONLY hes not sure..but he clocks out at 11 so hes gonns send the 1 onther guy working... So we just went back to the front desk and Shaun actually cared... He promised us that we would switch rooms tomorrow to a room that would be considered an upgrade and gave us a $100 credit.. For me the best part Is that he listened was patient and exhibited that he cared..so Because of him I am going to add another star and if he follows through with what he promised to do ..tomorrow one more..stay tuned everybody let's see how this journey ends I'm stuck here till Wednesday
Walked through to get to Paris. It looks older than a lot of the hotels at the strip. Would not consider staying here if could I could afford somewhere nicer.
We enjoyed walking around Bally's Las Vegas. There was so much to see and do. We loved the Bronx Wanderers show. It was fantastic!
I went to ballys to see the real bodies exhibit. It is a fantastic Las Vegas casino. The exhibit was really interesting, and seeing real human bodies preserved was a unique experience. The only drawback to the exhibit was the use of unrelated quotes by pop icons displayed with the bodies.
Nope, no. This was the runner-up to our conference hotel, the Westin. It was right across the street, and that is really the best I can say about it. The casino is depressing, the rooms are okay, and the check-in desk was slow. At least the service was friendly.
Older property but very happy with my stay, the staff, and overall visit. I will definitely be back.
Nice hotel for the price (you get what you pay for) just needs new carpet!
One irritating thing is they hide the uber/lyft pick up locations on gps. Like they want to push them out for taxi services.
Always a good time here. Went to the Kentucky Derby party this year and had a great time!
Nice hotel on strip. Didn't spend a whole lot of time here but it was pleasant and typical vegas hotel/resort.
Old casino. They are trying to maintain it well. Their rooms don't come with refrigerators.. you will need to rent them for $15 per day extra..
Staff is overall friendly. Room is large and clean and definitely not had for pricd. The only negative experience I had was an employee trying to push a promotional room package onto me. I politely declined and his face got visibly sour and his attitude negatively changed.
A nice and busy casino. Great location right in the middle of Vegas.
It's ok. It's pretty smoky in there. Sea, the Thai experience was great.
Economical and clean. Prefect place to stay in the middle of the strip.
Location, customer service and my suite was perfect for my very 1st vacation in Las Vegas!!! Must reserve at Bally's Casino and Suites Las Vegas again soon!!!
2007 stayed at Bally's the 1st time and it was great. 2008 stayed again and it was great. 2009 was hooked on Bally's and stayed again. Spring 2010, stayed and had a horrible horrible experience! Was not going to come back! Fall 2010 was offered free room for 4 days so said yeah why not. That time, room was disgustingly dirty (feces on the walls) bad smells and bad treatment by staff. 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and Spring 2018 we have stayed at other Caesar's properties and have had the best times at all of them. A few days ago we decided to give Bally's another shot because it has been a while since our last stay. Pros: room was large and nicely decorated. Staff was very kind and welcoming. We love the central location and easy access to many other casinos. Cons: The room looked clean but the smell was bad, something rotten mixed with sewage smell..... Also there were so many fruit flies in the room at all times it was odd. (We never brought any food into the room which made it weirder) The smell could not be sourced so we were curious and lifted the mattress. Still no source of the smell but a lot of fruit flies came out. Not a good impression when you already have reserves about the room. Could not lower the temp below 65 and it was very hot in the room. Table games are still being dealt by people who do not fully understand the games and payouts also they like to become extremely argumentative if you question them. Slots have the worst payouts of any place on the strip. Bottom line: we won't be staying again and we won't be playing there again. As a Platinum member I am very disappointed in the lackluster attitude about the appearance. As a business person I cannot understand why you wouldn't want to change for the better to maintain a solid retention rate for return customers.
My friends and I went to the Real Bodies exhibit at Bally's. It was an awesome exhibit. There was a really great arcade downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We went to the Twilight Zone Mini golf course. It was a ton of fun.
Bally's is well placed on the strip and easily accessible to anywhere else. I got a very good room rate during the covid resurgence in Nov 2020. They were very careful to ensure everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing. I would be happy to return here.
AJ was very professional and polite great job guys that s what we need in this business
It's a very wonderful place I was very comfortable the rooms was exceptional very comfortable
Rooms are newly done over, they are all nice. What i dont like is that you have to park in the garage and pay. Its easy to get buffet and free play money.
Normal rooms have no microwave, fridge, tooth brush/paste. Otherwise it's great.
It was a pretty good overall experience. The $10 blackjack tables were fun.
Convenient to the metro and cool outside atmosphere.
Worst Caesars property I've visited. Sahar at the desk couldn't care less about player's club members. Her attitude speaks volumes about their customer service!
It was clean, and the central location on the strip makes it a great place to hold a social event. The staff were friendly and very helpful
Nice place but there are definitely better ones on the strip. Because of this they have they cheapest slots, some are actually 1 cent
Stayed in a newly renovated Non-smoking room and you would never guess this is one of the older casinos on the strip.
A short walk to the strip, can cut through Paris or the shops on the side of Bally's.
All the staff I talked to were very friendly and super helpful.
We will be staying here again
Smoke filled casino floor. Although placed on the 57th floor i could not sleep as i smelled smoke through the aircondition vents. Terrible...had to change hotels mid stay unbearable for folks with highly sensitive sense of smell.
If you are on the budget, it is absolutely the best hotel on strip. Has easy access to everything, it is usually cheaper than all hotels around it, and its quality is also great.
Great casino in a nice location on the strip. Have stayed there a few times and the beds were always comfortable and rooms clean. Would recommend and stay there again
One thing about this place is the Sunday lobster at the restaurant
They used to have free coffee in your room. Now, they tell you to buy coffee in the lobby. I don t like their over-priced coffee, so I guess I ll be looking somewhere else for my next stay. All I wanted was hot water, but they would not provide a means to make it.
Great location for a great crowd. So much fun and such a great value.
The room was incredible. Much better than expected. They have remodeled the casino and the rooms recently. They have some really nice restaurants and nice staff. The casino waitresses are slow and bitter towards the guests and for that reason I won't be gambling there ever again.
Loved the room but didnt get my strip view bcuz no rooms avaliable til 2pm.and we got to Vegas at 1130am fm AZ and hv to wait till 2pm 4 our strip view so we jus took what was avaliable and not the strip view
I saw the Jabbawockeez show at Bally's, which was enjoyable. It was very loud though and sitting on the sides of the theatre doesn't give the best viewing angle.
We used the pick up drop off area. The casino was fun.
Best part of this Casino is the Potted Potter show. Busy holiday weekend, ONLY 2 people working at the ticket desk for will-call. Two people at Concierge doing nothing. Wouldn't stay here.
centrally located on the strip. great accommodations. great atmosphere. highly recommend
I stay in Vegas often. It is rare for me to find a fairly decent room on the strip that I like. But, Bally s has knocked it out of the park!
The room was fantastic and super convenient. All the hot water in the world! Loved it!
Bally's is in a great location. The interior is a bit dated though. It's attached to the much nicer Paris hotel. The Grand Bazaar Market out front is a nice newer addition.
Great hotel/casino. I'm having the time of my life. Perfect location and a really good food court.
Had to move rooms becuase the one I was given had an awful smell and broken appliances.
Too much smoke! We have stayed here sooo many times and it has been getting worse... I think we will be staying somewhere else
Very bad experience. I got accessible room (5405) although I booked a standard room. Will get standard room tomorrow but it means I need to be in the conseirige, pack and unpack. Horrible check in.
Great location on the strip close and in walking distance to everything.
Had never stayed at Ballys..was not sure what to expect..Well, it started with Nina her customer service was outstanding..the room she assigned to me was very nice and large..very clean everything I needed came with coffee pot fridge..hair dryer..now to the housekeeper never did get to see her..I had requested extra coffee and each day she did just that..and no matter where I placed the clock lamp or chair. next day everything place to its original place...around the sink she placed my toiletries like little soldiers..only one night I had a small problem with an adjoining room..voices got loud and the smell of marijuana was over powering..its was a no smoking floor..I called the front desk..they did quite down..smell gone by morning..I also placed a order of nachos to go..it was under $20..more then enough food for two..I did get to use the pool..the attendants very friendly..nice large pool towels..overall I would recommend this casino and more then likely stay there again...
Great access to most of what the strip offers. Newly renovated rooms in both Jubilee and Resort towers are nice. Great access to Las Vegas Monorail. Food options are lacking within the resort, but if you walk to the Grand Bazaar they have many awesom e options. Pool is very nice to relax and regroup compared to many of the party pools. The casino has all the games you expect, and is suited for the "less than high roller" crowd. Walkway to the Paris gives easy access to their amazing casino and shops as well. There are many things to do within the Avenue shoppes under the casino as well, and there rarely is too long of a line for anything.
Came in expecting a decent room for the price I am paying. I checked in about 3pm most of the day had been go so we dropped off our luggage and headed straight to the strip. Coming to the room after a long day the room is dirty and has food from past guest all over the floor. I have to call front desk and they will have house keeping manager call me. What does she doe ask if i need clean towels and does not even acknowledge the fact that I called about a dirty room. Mind u I just need a clean room I am exhausted and just need to sleep but more than an hour goes by and to add to this having to wait for my room to be cleaned. But I can not be moved to a different room. The only thing was done to comp resort fee..Dont stay here..
Awesome casino with great deals and improved ambiance.
Played blackjack and poker. Nice. Needs better ventilation for non smokers
