As I show below with all 5 star ratings the people, rooms and resort location were great. The Wi-Fi is a joke at best and torture device from Hell on most occasions. I get better Wi-Fi reception in Mexico and the Dominican Republic than I did in Bally's. I had to use my phone as a hot spot when I had urgent business to do online. Make sure you spend time reporting it and make sure they make a ticket on it and you can get it removed from the nightly taxes and fees.

Only downsize to all casino hotels are they allow people to smoke, I enjoy smelling like gucci guilty, but by the time i finished gambling from my hair to clothes smelled like I smoked 20 packs of cigarettes

It's seen better days. Our supposed upgraded suite was dank and smelled of mold. The tubs safety handle came off when I grabbed it causing me to fall. Staff is very polite and helpful. What I like about it is its location on the strip. Can walk to Ellis Island for breakfast and has the great Giordanos Pizza, Walbergers hamburger restaurant, and Sin City brewery right outside the door!

I actually went to Bally's to pokemon hunt. It's a very nice establishment, and the shopping area is beautifully laid out. I would encourage Bally's to reach out to Niantic and increase their number of Pokestops though. I ended up getting a sandwich, the prime rib dip, from Nosh and it was awesome. I'll return eventually, though not enough pokestops to keep me coming back consistently.

First room reeked strongly of marijuana the moment we opened the door. Was given a new room 1 floor up which was fine until late at night when I would wake up coughing from random cigarette smoke coming into my room. Yes, the rooms are suppose to be "non-smoking" but guess the staff here doesn't care.

Bally's Las Vegas hotel & casino was extremely fun we actually going to the time zone and the blacklight mini golf was such an amazing time with my wife and my youngest newborn daughter we had an amazing time they had no issues helping us with the stroller as we were able to maneuver around the golf course with these 18 holes and we actually killed quite a bit of time there so it was extremely fun I highly recommend this to all friends and

The gaming part of the casino is rather dated but the hotel room in the North tower was surprisingly nice and modern. Maid service was greatly lacking in efficiency. The staff I encountered was certainly pleasant. The food catered for banquet was somewhere between horrible and landfill. After 2 meals there my choice was to go to Paris and pay vs the free catered meals. Yes, it was that bad. I encouraged the convention organizers to book at another property in Las Vegas.

The shop in front of the hotel was a nice addition to the place. Maybe they need to work on outside of the hotel alittle starting to show its age. On that note still an affordable place to stay on a budget.

But this experience was a lesson in how greed can show it's ugly face.
My wife has routine digestive and spinal issues. She needs medications and hot water throughout the day to keep her going.
While I was away she would rest at the hotel room.
We asked staff and management for a coffee maker (which only are provided to suites), promising that it was for medical reasons alone. No coffee needed. The staff refused.
Our Fettuccine dinner at The Italian restaurant was provided with a coupon, a base carb. meal and unexpected add on's once we sat down (like a $4.00 charge for a soda never ordered and a justification saying that there is a $30.00 minumum).
Beware of the circus vendors promising to make you look younger for just $400.00!
Bally's is like a carnival with the Carni's ripping you off at every turn!
Check out the wonderful Tuscany hotel just a couple of blocks away! Great food at great prices, free parking, a professional environment with top of the line customer service and oh, did I mention coffee makers? They have one in each and every room!

Nice hotel in walking distance of everything. It is right on the strip and you can walk to its sister hotel Paris from inside. The rooms are nice and relaxing and offer great views. The beds are comfy and clean and the room is a good size so you dont feel cramped. The bathrooms are also nice and spacious the shower is luxurious. The shops right outside are great too! It reminds you of a market place theres little bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the doors.

Go somewhere else , early check-ins are a problem , other than fast food , food is limited . The long narrow lobby was torture to walk through every single time it was like a New York walk through time square. As every inch of it is filled with lines or umessasary retail The casino was not a fun environment it's basically a room Where you have to go outside to get any real service or enjoyment . I'll never come back again .

This was the site of a conference that I attended. The whole experience was not a positive one. The staff were not helpful to me. In fact, they showed greater attentiveness to those playing the machines. All I could take away from the experience was that I did not matter. It was just a disappointment.

I'm so disappointed! Out of all the reviews I've had to write, I never thought it would be one in regards to having something stolen from me. We arrived to the room with our bottle of bourbon, excited for Highschool friends to reunite after 10 years, only to find a rotten banana in the fridge of the hotel room we were staying. We asked the front desk to remove it when we were leaving to come back to our bottle of bourbon taken and our coke taken also...not only were we insulted by rotten food in the fridge, but our own personal beverages were taken from us and they weren't cheap! Theft is not a joke, and I won't be staying here again...thanks ballys.

Michael S is the best front desk customer care representative. Ask for him. Dont sleep on Ballys. Everything clean and upgraded. Upgraded to suite.
Lucky day and we didnt play the slots yet!

We stayed at this hotel for part of our honeymoon....

We stayed at this hotel for part of our honeymoon. The room was okay, although the first night we didn't sleep a wink because A) the room next door was having a MASSIVE party until well past 4 AM, and B) the club in the Paris Eiffel Tower was blaring music until well past 2 AM. The worst part of our stay came when we went to check out. On the first night I had called and asked the front desk if using the wifi meant that I had to pay the resort fee. The lady on the phone told me that I had not paid the resort fee yet, so my wife and I didn't use the wifi for the entire duration of our trip. During checkout, they charged me the resort fee every day so I complained. The manager told me that they had records of my calls to the front desk and I had just "misunderstood" what the first lady had said and that the fees were mandatory. I asked why the lady couldn't have told me "You haven't paid it yet, but it is mandatory and you will." and the manager had no good response. She just kept saying "I'm sorry you misunderstood". She never asked how the rest of our stay was or really gave any indication that she cared at all about our experience. It was terrible customer service, and we won't be going back.

I was there for 4 days ...checked in and asked for an upgrade they gave me a room with a strip view and a large jetted tub ...It was fabulous ...machines were at least letting you play a while to keep it interesting staff were great only issue is no free parking if you are a guest $24.00 a day pretty steep if you factor in your car rental ....but all in all i'd come back but not rent a car

A decor is a little older than some of the other hotels in the area. I would not say this is my first choice of a place to stay. With that being said, my style of rooms and hotel might be different than yours. So, if you like that style, check this place out. Everyone working there was nice!

Best bang for your buck for location. Friendly staff, rooms were clean and looked new. Short walk from the Paris, palace and flamingo. Also the Bellagio right across the street to witness that fountain.

I got Jubilee room. I want the room to paris side, but I got another side to flamingo instead and it has a great view too. The room is big. Room service only breakfast and lunch. No water bottle provided. Check in at the counter took ~20 mins in the line.

The rooms have just been remodeled and are very nice! Great price, and clean! Chris at security was very effective at keeping me safe and compassionate of the situation. Thank you Ballys staff!

We only came to Bally's to see Las Vegas Extravaganza live at the Jubilee Theater and it was what made our family Vegas trip so amazing. I recommend this show to anyone and hope they continue with the show amid the intense restrictions due to COVID-19.
If the show is still running and you have the opportunity to see it, I highly recommend seeing this show live, your family will definitely enjoy it and you'll walk out with a smile

I stayed in the "old" tower but you can't tell it was nice and clean. The room and view was fantastic and will be looking forward to staying the again. I loved the location as well in the heart of the strip. Lots to do and see from this location andif your not afraid to talk you can easily get to both extremes from this spot.

We went to the shops outside. The ramen restaurant was really good, I highly recommend the beef donburi. We also played The Twilight Zone mini golf, it was one of those indoor glowing courses. It is really great if you are a fan of the show, otherwise it is just like any other indoor mini golf.

We've been both bitten by bedbugs. Stay away! I went to reception desk to talk about it, but their service was even worse. "Due to Covid" I was pushed from one person to other, and no one wanted to help me.

I had to wait over two hours to check in because no reservations agents were available long line. I was only in town for one day. Check in time is 4:00 pm . I left my bag with the bell man at 12:00 pm. Came back 3:40 to check in only 3 front desk agents. Two were specifically for VIP and mail pick up so only one reservations agent to check me in. When I complained about the long line and me waiting over two hours to check in her exact words were ." I waited in line because I wanted to wait in line. They have self check in available at a kiosk . there was no one letting people know about this self check in and the line was ridiculous ruined my day trip because my flight left at 6:00 am the next morning . Ballys staff with exemption of bell men , were understaffed and underpaid and under trained. Ruined my vacation. And when I got to my room there was food left in the hotel refrigerator. From the previous hotel guest.

We stayed in room 7129 it had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio Fountains. The amenities were nice the bed was super comfy. The mini fridge did freeze our food. Fifty shades of gray show was there and it was hilarious. I will definitely stay there again.

While this hotel is a bit old and need renovations, the location is best on the Las Vegas strip. The room definitely need some renovations, as does the lobby and casino area. They do have a really excellent steak house, BLT Steak (the best rib eye steak I've ever had) and also rare LavAzza Italian coffee joint on the casino floor area. For BLT Steak, there's usually a deal at travelzoo that is worth checking.

Place is right in middle of the strip which is good. The service when I stayed was worst, we had to change rooms as the room was not cleaned. We were then moved to a different tower, where there was construction in progress. Throughout the night intil midnight and also during the day, construction workers were drilling. The sound was so loud that we weren't able to hear each other. Front desk and hotel management asked us to get ear plugs

I checked in at a kiosk and I went to my room to find a used mask on a couch and trash on the floor. Immediately went to front desk and they apologized and gave me an equal room with a better view. I would've given 1 star but the man at the front desk was very nice about it so I decided to give 4 stars. Other then that problem, the stay was pleasant.
