Very convenient area close to everything. Hotel room needs to be updated. Check in was little confusing. We were also charge for early arrival before 4 pm. 20 dollars extra even though print out confirmation said 11 am arrival. Pretty dumb. Oh well, having a great time.

I stayed here for a weekend for a convention in the Jubilee room. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit! The room was renovated and I especially loved the shower. The room was spacious. And it had a great view!! I could see the Eiffel tower next door, the Bellagio fountain across the street and so much of the strip! One of my favorite places to stay in Vegas!

Basic casino with good access to the monorail via Paris Paris. The air in the rooms doesn't seem to be well filtered. It does feel like you're breathing in smoke even in a non-smoking room. Also the tickets sales people are constantly asking if you need tickets which can be annoying after a while. On my arrival I got a letter saying they were doing maintenance and the water would be stopped for certain times during the week I was there.

The rooms are nice and the bed is comfy. Our room had An amazing view. However, it is easy to get lost, and there were multiple dogs barking throughout the night. Sounds of the city can definitely be heard.

The location is awesome, easy to access the monorail & there is a CVS store right outside. The room we stayed in was very outdated and dirty; the windows are sealed poorly so it s VERY loud. The bathroom, bedroom floor and sheets were dirty. The complimentary toiletries are cheap. The pool closes for the season, and upon checking in we were never told we could use the Paris pool as a Bally s guest. Luckily at the Real Bodies exhibit someone shared this information with us. Overall like the location but for the same price I ve stayed at Encore/Wynn and they offer much better hospitality and cleaner facilities.

Amazing place is all in one casino, hotel, arcade, movies, spa and more like how is this possible if you have kids a big family
This is the best place to stay for real is far from the strip but is better than all those famoso mall casinos with high prices so I definitely recommend this place !

This place is the trash of the strip according to my friend that lives there and I just visited. I wish it weren't true but they proved the statement right. They're shutting off running water for around 4 days between 11pm and 5am. Only notice was a piece of paper once you checked into the room and had the nerve to still charge people resort fees. And if not that I visited several Casinos in the area and it was night and day. They were way better in terms of amenities, entertainment food and etc. I never write reviews because I believe things are always subjective but this place should be at the bottom of your list when traveling to Vegas. YIt's one of the cheaper spots for a reason

Machines are outdated and security is so hyped up it almost makes it uncomfortable. There's no matches at the bars, and lord forbid you are out on the casino floor late at night , profiled for sex workers or up to no good is what they see. Over all I hate this place.

Bally's is classic Vegas. It probably won't blow you away, but it's a necessity for anyone visiting Vegas and walking the strip. The casino is decent and well laid out. It's a little annoying getting there from the strip, but it's not the worst.

Very centrally located and well kept. Staff are very friendly and rooms are clean and spacious. Great shows and they offer discounts for guests. Close enough to plenty of casinos that you don't have to go far to find more entertainment. Also not very expensive so good for a weekend trip or someone just needed a bed for the night.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Was a little chaotic when checking in. We tried self check in and it was a crazy hassle. The room we originally booked was apparently under construction, so this was why we couldn't self check in. The room was quickly changed in the system and then the hassle began with our cards not being accepted. So again we had to go back to the desk and eventually just got checked in that way.
Other than that hassle, the hotel was great. Very clean and friendly employees.
The rooms are dated but for the location and price it really made it worth while to stay there this last trip.

Was here for 2-3 days for meetings. Rooms were clean and spacious. The decor is new or mostly new and not too tired looking. Easy to get to the hotel from the lobby/casino (not too long of a walk)...

There is bridge access form the lobby making walking to Caesars and others easy to do via the sky bridges.

My only real complaint is the noise level. VERY loud and a lot of street noise. Yes, this is Vegas and there s always something going on (been to Las Vegas literally hundreds of times) but this was a LOUD hotel. I was on the 24/25 floor and still had a ton of noise.

The rooms hadn't been dusted. There was only one concierge one duty at peak times and the desk closed at 8 p.m. I had to talk to three different robot voices before I could get guest services. There are no amenities in the room like a coffee maker. Coffee is very expressive at the coffee shop. We were constantly harassed by people giving away free samples of face cream. The casino was extremely smoky. The dealers had absolutely no personality. On the plus side, if there was an issue, they resolved it quickly. Digital check in and check out was easy.

Loved it!! Rooms are beautiful. Service is great. Location is close to a lot of stuff to do and see. Restaurants inside Hotel are great, View was absolutely perfect! On 15th floor, noise level was very low and tolerable. Bed was soft and comfortable. Will love to stay here again in the future.

Hotel is getting pretty worn out. Rooms were dated. They were doing construction on the floor above me and actually cause a light fixture to fall to the floor and smash into pieces. That's how loud they were from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. . Was an absolute joke that they would put guests directly below that much noise. I would not go back until I was sure that they had finished all their renovations. Definitely not worth the money.

I can't yet decide if I like all the shops they built out front. It feels cheap but it is nice to walk thru the misters. Their poker room is one I avoid. Small and just not really nice. It's located mid-strip which makes it easy to go anywhere else if you'd like.

The best part of Bally's is that it is on the strip. But for how expensive it was, it was very basic. Our room did not come with any vouchers or drink tickets like most hotels do on the strip. The pool was totally disgusting. We went for a few minutes but left because it was too gross to swim in. There were bandaids floating, snot floating, and tons of black grime build up. The room we stayed in was clean and satisfactory. Nothing special.

Good.

Not as upscale as other casinos on the strip but they had some cool stores and a good Thai restaurant called Sea Thai where we had a pretty good dinner. You do have to pay for parking here unless you are a Nevada resident. You can get free parking by showing your Nevada license.

Quite possibly the slowest process to check in possible. The line for checking was 10 people deep and only two people processing guests. It took more than 40 minutes just to get to the counter to check in.

We checked in using the kiosk which was interesting. Ended up going to an actual person to get questions answered. Room is very nice. Like the option of not having maid service and getting a credit on the room. View is okay, but we are not here for the view. Staff we have met have been friendly.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. We booked a Jubilee room with strip view. The price for it is higher than for regular Indigo room. But we've got only small piece of Strip view actually (Flamingo hotel across the street and side of Caesar's Palace).
Be ready to pay $35 resort fee per day (I knew about that, so it's OK).
Check-in is at 4 pm, but we could do it only at 5, as it was a big line, and they were short of staff.
Very good location and very beautiful Paris with Triumph Arque and Eiffel Tower.

Comfortable room with plenty of space, bed seemed more like a queen than a king. Bur it served it's purpose. Staff was quite helpful without making you feel like a burden. And the casino didn't kill you with second hand smoke. Location is good plenty to eat, drink, and do in all directions.

It was my first time here initially everything was ok I went to the bar near the tables had a few drinks then went to play black jack get ask for i.d okay cool I did so then they switch dealers they asked me for my i.d again and explained I was already asked and showed proof. That's when I realised my i.d was missing . I went to cash my chips they asked for i.d I explaind that some one pick pocket me and reported to security (which I found out later) they said they couldn't give it back to me basically stealing my money I won . I went back to the security office telling them to check the survalence to show the time I was asked for i.d . The security staff finally gets back and said; yes we saw they footage of you showing your i.d to the staff member however we still can't give you your chips back until we see your physical i.d card . This is the most ridiculous situation and thing I've hear I was robbed twice the first by a random person and second by the casino. Wow is this even legal. Don't come here it's a bad place.

The room I selected was a non smoking room but when I checked in and went upstairs, the room smelled worse than an ash tray. It was downright disgusting. I gave an extra star for the nice lady who checked us in. Friendly staff!

Didith at the front desk gave us a very nice room. Stayed on the Diamond floor of the Indigo Tower. It was cold but they had a nice comforter in the closet. Bathroom was clean. Shower was great. Went to Buca cafe for breakfast buffet. Pretty mediocre, but filled the void. The best part of my stay was the spa. Very relaxing and the inside staff was on the ball. All the hair care needs are provided. It was relaxing. people were able to fall asleep after their massage or jacuzzi. Very quiet and soothing. Negatives: what's with all the kids? And dogs?? All the romance of the old VEGAS is gone!!

I m giving Bally s a 5 star rating for their work on remodeling efforts and star treatment. From the time we walked in till we left. I applied for the Platinum Visa Card so got great kickbacks to help off set the stigma of Vegas. Caesar Resorts is stepping it up! It s great as they are middle of the strip and walking distance to south Vegas! Thanks Bally s for all the great hospitality & we will be back!
