Great customer service and stay was very comfortable and accommodating
Great customer service and stay was very comfortable and accommodating
Renovated rooms in the Jubilee tower are cozy and accommodating
Great location with tons of gaming options and great food deals nearby
i went up and down this hotel and walked by plenty of cocktail waitresses, bartenders and workers but not one of them looked at me or my company. i think a little help on customer service would be nice or a 'hello' to those walking in and out
Love it!!!! Best customer service from the minute you enter Bally's the front desk makes you feel so welcome. The rooms are large and comfortable. Can say enough about Bally's
We booked this as it was cheaper than other casinos and we were mostly happy with it. Rooms are very large and had simple furnishings, location was good. Room was quite outdated but our biggest problem was the parking garage was quite a distance from the counter and is a part of the Paris casino, wasnt a huge problem just hard to navigate to/from.
Relatively cheap rooms on a prime spot on the Strip!
Friendly staff, great price wonderful rooms and they truly appreciate Veterans
Definitely not as opulent as the surrounding luxury hotels but the service was great, staff friendly. I liked that it was convenient to a large range of places/things to do. The only big problem for me was that I couldn't get Internet even though it was part of my company package.
Not amenities in the room at all. No coffee pot. No microwave. TV batteries were low. $6 coffees at the coffee shop in the lobby. Restaurants closed. Not worth the $35 per day resort fee.
Hotel was good. Resort fee of $35 and $10 daily parking was not.$65 for 12 oz ribeye is sick. And I won big. Broke even
Sayonara Vegas por siempre.
To be honest, i know i was there, but i dont remember anything about it
Not bad. Enjoyed the casino but we like Paris (hotel) better
hotel room decor is nice. Front desk representatives are also helpful. But it is not acceptable to change our reservation from a 2 queen bed room to a single bed room. I booked a room with 2 bed because i and my co-worker are coming Las Vegas for a 3 day Conference, will definitely never coming to Bally's again.
This is one of the older hotels on the strip, originally the MGM Grand back in the day.
It's location is key here as it's right where you want it to be. The rooms are older than some of it's peers, but we had an more than acceptable stay.
Most of the rooms have an excellent view.
Stayed at jubilee tower. Wonderful room. My stay was overall good. My only peeve was getting accosted by security for taking a picture with my daughter by a slot machine ( not at all gambling btw)
After the renovation it became a cool hotel attracting younger crowd vibes
Bed sheets were uncomfortable. The room looks nice and was spacious but could have been cleaner and lacked a fan in the bathroom. Long walks to your room. Accessibility could be better.
The room was great, had a great view especially at night! Very relaxed setting. Would visit again.
The employees could smile more, walked through the casino 4 times and nothing
I like the newly updated rooms, although it is quite long walk to get to them. The other downside is the smoky casino. I like that it is on the strip though and you can get anywhere pretty easy.
Decent for the price. Great food options out front of the casino
No microwave bed linen not fresh horrible housekeeping. Take a lot of $ if you plan to gamble you will need it. Food so so drinks I give a 5+
Rooms were clean, conveniently located and overall good. Staff and hotel concierge was helpful.
Bally's is a nice old school Las Vegas experience, from its decor to its entertainment venues. Of all the Caesar properties on the Strip Bally's is the most laid-back and unpretentious (from casino/hotel staff to casino and hotel guest). Easy and welcoming check-in/check-out. Helpful and very friendly front desk operations. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free coffee and refridgerator in my room, makes paying the resort fee tolerable ($35.00). Big negative is parking location, too far. Paid over night self parking ($12.00), ($17.00) valet.
Very nice casino. Was just passing through so did not stay there. Cannot comment on rooms, price, cleaning nor general service.
Great place for gambling and drinks. Ask for L.T. the bartender or Rick!
We were playing our way down the Strip. Bally's was pretty and had a lively crowd.
I've always enjoyed playing in Bally's I enjoy myself in Bally's had a great time
One of the people I went to a convention with his hotel was ballies was pretty nice better than the one that I went to they also had a lot more to offer to as well they also had a sub on on site which I thought was great cuz if you need a haircut or something it's right there that a lot more slot machines and right next door there's actually like a little shop so that you can get like little Gatorades and whatever and what not and they all said deals on coronas which I thought was great plus I like how they had their entrance set up to as well just because I've seen a lot of bad places where it's hard to get in or out of but this place was nice to especially get to my Hotel
There are some loose slot machines if you know where to look and play My mother in law turned .38 cents into $50 (first pull) & kept on winning for over an hour. She watched the player before her do quite well so she suspected the machine was gold. The martinis are well made too. Ballys shows its age ... working class casino and Blue Ribbon fried chicken is just outside
The room prices were decent, especially for a holiday weekend. The room was fairly big, bathroom as well. The hotel contects to the Paris without having to go outside. Was difficult to grab something to eat later at night though. Decent place to grab a room and visit other hotels.
Nice location on the strip. Good casino. Did not spend much time here though.
Staff very friendly and helpful but elevators and escalators need overhaul
Banquet staff were all professional and helpful. The food served was better than expected being served to a group of over 1,000. The facilities were plentiful for the size of the venue. Would definitely recommend to anyone hosting a large event.
Like the new area in front of Bally's where there is shopping available. But it takes away from looking at the real part of the casino entrance. Also it is an older casino with the same look and paintjob. No Jubilee to showcase anymore. They really need a new look. Place is still nice to look at but would like to see a facelift outside and inside.
If your in Vegas for a nice room then Bally's had that. Room was nice size and clean. If your looking for a lot of casino action, then this not the casino for you. Casino does not have a lot to offer compared to other casino's on the strip. Casino is not all that big and not a lot of gamblers playing which tells you something. Experience was not bad, but I have enjoyed myself much more at several other casino's on the strip on past visits.
We stayed here for 5 days during my birthday. The rooms were clean and adequate. Free wifi in the room we had. Not sure if the wifi is always free to all guests. The slots and gaming areas on the first floor are good. There is a passage that leads directly to the Paris Casino. Of you have to go through a bunch of stores and eateries. You have to pay for parking even as a guest which adds to the cost of the stay but it is central on the Strip.
Bally's was NOT bad at all wish there wasn't construction going on in the front during our stay but what the hay. The amazing Julie was able to upgrade us to a very nice junior suite which I LOVED! It was not in the Jubilee tower which i was a little disappointed about but then again I should have asked before hand. Besides that the view was to die for!!! We really enjoyed The Bally's Hotel no complaints everything was perf, room was a bit outdated so I give 4 stars.
The suite was nice. Recently remodeled and reasonably priced.
A good value if you re looking for space. The room pictured was a suite for only $200 a night. Parts of the room are a bit dated (carpet for example), but the value and good views make up for it.
We came to stay over night two nights for a wedding in Vegas. Ballys is very nice. The room was clean and the customer service was great. We enjoyed our stay. We took an Uber pretty much everywhere and we had alot of fun. I would definitely stay here again.
We had an excellent experience at Bally's. No complaints!
An older Vegas strip hotel. Used to stay here a lot but it's aging and the exterior looks very dated.
Well this is vegas and they are one of the best places for what you re paying on the strip
We stayed here last year and it was great! We stayed in one of the older rooms and it was practical and not overdone.
Absolutely no problems with the hotel or casino. It can get a bit smokey on the casino floor but I can't hold that against them. Room was not strip side, so no comment on the view. Decently located too.
We went to see the last show.of Leagoque Fantastique and it was fun. The casino is in a nice location and the staff are friendly. The show was very entertaining too.. we had a great night!
Not happy yet, have screwed up our room twice and still have not made an effort to apologize
Love it here. Plenty of slots to play. New ones and older favorites. Rooms are always clean. Many restaurants to choose from in the casino and next to it. We stay here every year.
Clean rooms and cheaper tables. I loved the 3 dollar electronic craps tables!
I do multiple trade shows in Las Vegas every year. Bally's is my preferred place to stay if in the Indigo Tower. The rooms are a little bigger, it's quiet and a very central location on the strip. I give the Indigo tower a 5 star. The Jubilee tower is a very different story. It's very loud. You hear music, traffic and noise from the strip until 4 am plus the entire tower smells like pot. Bring some ear plug and if you're lucky you might get a little rest. Zero stars for the Jubilee tower. Bally's also is one of the only hotels left with a deep end in there pool.
Pricing is very good, they even gave us a free upgrade. It's not a luxury hotel and you'll see the differences if you stayed in one. One thing I really found convenient was that it's right in the middle of the strip, good walking distances for restaurants and designer boutiques.
Went to the Real Bodies exhibit and had a great time. Highly recommend.
Extremely smoky, unbearable! Came home and all my luggage reeked of cigarette smoke. Will avoid at all cost next time in Vegas.
Bally's has a classic Las Vegas feel to it! We walked by easily from the Paris hotel where we were staying. Unfortunately, the slots were not very kind to us there!
Great location, plenty of dining options and great slots.
We stayed here & LOVED IT! It's older but has been updated. We would absolutely stay here again!!!!
Played on the slot machines here and they were fun. Also walked through to get up to the monorail. It is a decent hotel but not my favorite on the strip.
Convenient and nice Hotel. Many restaurants and bars right out of Bally's. Nice and clean area. Must try dirt dog
Great hotel. Location was perfect. Easy to walk to other destinations. 24 food options, area for kids such as video games, bowling alley and neon mini golf. Spa was nice, nothing too fancy but relaxing.
Seen Bodies at Bally's... Very informative and very well displayed.
The room is nice and clean, bathroom had big shower. The food is excellent... Nosh had great affordable sandwiches. The casino is a decent size, and the odds seen pretty good for being on the strip. Friendly service, convenient location. Will stay here again!
Nice hotel right in the center of the strip. Could use some updating but was worth what I paid. I would stay here again.
Good place and clean rooms for a good price. Amazing views from the room. Tad loud at night though, need some better noise insulation. Loved the pizza place in the Paris.
Very fun place. The mini golf was fun and the place is lit with black lights so you end up glowing. The them was like a zombie kind them pretty cool. They also have Mario kart on the out side of the place it's super fun.
Ate at SEA's Thai restaurant. Lovely decor, attentive service. Good sized servings, great for eating family style.
Clean and comfortable but cigarette smell is strong and every where; even a little on a non-smoking floor
Where you staying at Bally's in Las Vegas and we're having a wonderful time. They have all the amenities that you wouldn't want dining exercise Spa wonderful place the food no restaurant our goal or take a trip to Vegas you won't be disappointed.
Warm pop machine management was in formed. No frig no coffee pot or microwave. Asking questions not very friendly
Only briefly walked through here, but the atmosphere was nice!
Place was clean, fun and reasonably priced tables for a Saturday night. Highly recommended
This is a nice hotel in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. From here you can walk to a large number of casinos. The rooms are comfortable with good view of Vegas.
Bally's was a great looking Hotel and Casino. They had a magnificent magician show. the only reason given a four stars is because it's part of Total Rewards. I noticed in my stay in Vegas all Total Rewards casinos eat your money fast. as to going to regular casinos like the Best Western Casino Royale or Circus Circus or The Venetian our slot play lasted a lot longer. And would actually win big sums of money.
Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms with easy access to the Vegas strip.
Went to the casino and had a fabulous time. Great payouts and a very friendly and helpful staff.
It's the best place in the Cosmopolitan/Bellagio area to get reasonably priced food. Highly recommend to check out their food court if you're not looking to spend $20 on one person for breakfast/lunch.
Beverage Department needs a real Beverage Team Marta the Beverage Manager is Tops! The rest are inexperienced ,After calling the health Department former employee of well over 10 years had health and safety concerns for the customers he had loyally served for years this person wanted to remain anonymous Health Department would not address their concerns here they are.Broken glass under the glass mats cheap glasses no regular documented cleaning procedures,Ice bins not cleaned daily,Juice not dated consistently.no drain in center beer cooler at Sully"s bar not cleaned regularly sometimes moldy, tiles on floor at Sully"s bar need replaced when floor is mopped water goes under tiles .Improper mopping of Bar sometimes only dirty water is used or bleach and oven cleaner is dumped on floor chemicals should not be mixed then floor not rinsed with clean water. To many other Health Dept.issues to list Management treats their loyal employees with the same love they look out for their valued customers with.Anywhere but Bally"s.Loyal employee of over 10 years
Clean, large but somewhat dated rooms. Good location on the strip. Parking is shared with Paris.
Nice Hotel and Casino lost to look at. And lot's of options for your shopping needs from food to clothing.
Great hotel and casino. I got very lucky on the slots when I was here
I loved staying here. The hotel room was great and it was in the center of the strip.
