Overall location is great - CVS, Starbucks, unique gift shops all right out front. Easy access to walkways to other big-name casinos. There is a monorail stop here - but the monorail is oddly expensive and doesn't make a full loop or stop at every property so we only rode it once.

Hotel Cleanliness is overall good - nothing jarring about it's appearance but in comparison to other casinos it is getting dated and a little dingy. Our room was clean but we think the carpet was the culprit for my friend's allergy issues. One big annoyance was the shower water pressure is like trying to bathe in a dribbly bowl running over. You're in the shower twice as long because of it!

Staff was all very friendly - but they have people camped at every entrance/exit trying to get you to buy tickets for the shows - so just get used to either ignoring them as they yell at you across the lobby or sweetly (and firmly) saying "No thanks!" as you cruise by.

Long story short - it was nice and comfortable and the price was awesome for the location. But I'll probably try somewhere else next time instead of making this a must-stay.

Loved the magic show! I had a great time. My only problem is the casino itself. I live in vegas and you expect to pay outrageous unnecessary higher costs on the strip but 4 bucks for a pepsi is insane. Not to mention that i ordered a $4 popcorn at the show and asked for a water. My total went to $10! $6 for a freaking 20 oz water is even worse than the pepsi. Even though as far as i know a business that provides food and beverages must supply water free of charge. So i asked them to fill a plastic cup with water from the fountain hose and they flat out refused. Either i pay $6 for a 20 oz bottle of water or i eat my popcorn without any liquid (which i did)after just coming in from outside which happens to be a desert. So i loved the show, but wont be revisiting the casino. Show was great but not enough to pay for the cost of a show and not even be allowed tap water.

The reviews were mixed but I decided to take a shot with Ballys; I am SO glad I did!!! The room was beautiful and updated, the bed was comfortable, and Blu Pool was a phenomenal way to spend an afternoon. Don't forget to grab an awesome dinner at BLT steak house while you are there. It ranks as one of the best meals I have ever had while traveling.

I highly recommend!

Horrible reception experience. No compassion and no skills to listen and respond with empathy. Christine at the front desk was over the top sarcastic and rude. She was not able to perform a simple task by looking into getting the room I was guaranteed. The manager and a nice employee was able to be patient and talk to me with a normal tone. I told Christine that I was able to get the king room. She sarcastically clapped in my face congratulating me with a sarcastic tone in front of all the customers.

I am 23 years of age. Perfecty valid drivers license, playing next to my dad who s got a pretty much identical ID at the same table as i am and yet there needs to be 4 different dealers/pit bosses to check and make sure my ID is vaid??? There s no way they can tell just from looking at an ID to tell if it s fake unless it s a really bad fake. Get a scanner and actually check it the correct way or dont check them at all. Ridiculous. Shouldnt need to verify mysef to every single dealer that comes in when I ve been sitting at the table for over 30 minutes. Never coming back to this establishment. Poor customer service, rude dealers, and retarded policies regarding ID checks. I d rate zero stars if I could because today has been the most frustrating experience trying to sit down and enjoy my vacation gambling.

Nice comfortable rooms, clean. Fun casino. Good breakfast place on the bottom floor. Walking distance to and from places on the strip easy. Only downfall is the smoking. Ugh!! You have to cover your mouth and nose to get through the casino to the outside.

Wonderful Hotel we had a ball the rooms are comfortable I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends whenever we go back to Vegas we are staying at this hotel the customer service excellence room service excellent they have restaurants in the hotel that are reasonable for Vegas and it is in the center of everything I highly recommend this hotel valet parking and so very clean and I was right across the street the TI concert

Our second stay at Bally's. Clean rooms, excellent view and the woman at the registration desk when we checked in was very helpfull. However . . .

The manager(?) at concierge desk was basically rude but maybe it was end of a long shift for her. The other person at the desk was very friendly and interested in assisting me (with the issue below) and did so but the hotel and casino are actually separate divisions so that was limited.

Bartenders were all very friendly as we're the blackjack dealers . . However having to move over at the blackjack table for a very drunk player wanting to play two positions was not anything I ever experienced before. The guy didn't ask - he just started placing his bets on my spot. Maybe they didn't want to argue with the drunk or pass up on an obviously intoxicated player that was probably losing some big bucks. I was very annoyed and spoke to the pit boss. He said the guy was playing at the table for an hour and a half and I should have had to move over. Really??? However I didn't move over, l had left the table and what I originally felt would be a 'lucky' spot.

The pit boss said that he would make the same decision if he had to do it over again. He was nice enough throughout our interaction but just the same the incident soured my opinion on Bally's a bit.

I wasn't satisfied and asked to speak with supervisor about incident but we had to head off for a lunch reservation we had to make WEEKS in advance and we couldn't wait for them to find the supervisor at that point in time. The pit boss said he would have the supervisor call me about the incident but he never did call.

Being I am not a high roller I must assume that upper management at Bally's doesn't really care about what I guess they consider to be lower class guests. While I do understand and accept that casinos treat high rollers as VIPs; it is bit demeaning to be ignored and treated like an 'UIP' - Un Important Person.

I got over it for now - I wasn't going to let it ruin our second honeymoon but having no coffee maker in the room almost did for my wife (lol).

The room is good, but the hotel service is not so good. Keys keep being blocked for no reason and I could not use the keys to leave parking, but have to pay for parking Everytime beside it was saying the parking was included with the room.
I feel like it was because we were using a CLUB WYNDHAM package we were offered on the hotel lobby during a previous visit to Las Vegas. Maybe they don't like customers using this type of packages for some reason. So, I would never buy any promotion packages on the hotel Lobby after this experience, and also would not recommend it to anyone.
Beside this frustrating service, to receive the 75 USD gift card from this promotion (that was the only thing that gonna make the price good), they told us we would need to go to a different place (miles aways) to watch a two hours sales presentation or we will not received the card, but the sales man didn't told us these details when we bought the package (and it wasn't detailed on the fine print), and we decided not to go to the presentation to lose our time on something we don't want to buy. So, WYNDHAM never more.
Maybe to Bally's Hotel, I will give a second chance on my next visit to Vegas, but this time I would make the reservation using a hotwire/priceline *like website to see if we get a better service while not using WYNDHAM.

It's a great location on the strip, but the hotel itself doesn't have a lot to do and it felt cramped. I'm glad it was connected to Paris since there's more restaurants. The gym and spa is ways away from the rooms and uou pass the food courts looking like a hot mess.

Bally's Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is in a great location to walk, shop, gamble, drink, eat, see a show and have fun every night.

The hotel has been doing some remodelling; the upgrades look modern and the rooms are a good size. I have never had any service issues while at this property.

Time to tear this baby down and start over. Familiar with Bally's for 40 years. Other than it's terrific location there is absolutely nothing to recommend it. The location and the fact that it is connected to the Paris is keeping this hotel alive. Shabby, old and run down. Much, much nicer facilities are not much more cost all over Vegas. Wynn is beautiful or Caesars across the street. This one of for the kids who just want to go and get drunk and party. Skip it.

Great hotel for a wonderful price! Utilize your TR card to get a comp room. Nice suites with comfy beds :)

Did have some problems as my reservation was wrong and therefore had to pay for one night of my stay, however everything else was wonderful so I won't highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed 1 week a Bally's and really enjoyed it. The price is great and you won't be desapointed.
Swiming pool was also fine, with heated water. If you look for a good hotel on the strip, for a good price, Bally's is a good fit.

Check in was horrible. Attempted to check-in about 6pm for a reservation I made a few weeks prior. My room was not even ready. I got a message saying "come back later or get an email when ready" mind you, check in time is 4pm. I didn't end up getting the room I reserved. Supervisor Tee was nice, but I was not satisfied at all. All rooms had a Covid safety cleaned seal on the door. Mine did not... I would not stay here again

Great location, pretty much right in the middle of the strip. The rooms are ok, not the newest or most extravagant. But they're clean, and one of the best options for the price and location.

Watch out for the fees at Ballys. Of course Vegas is pricey. $55/day for resort and parking fees is silly especially when the hotel and booking site plays it fast and loose with displaying that info. Caveat emptor.

I love this place. It's huge! It was the first casino which I stayed at where at the end of my stay I didn't get have the layout figured out. A great place to get any type of food from anywhere.

Our king size room wasn't available so they put my husband and I in a double Queen room and told us to take it up with our travel company, they only guarantee the room, not the type of room...a little disappointing! But the room was clean and well kept. The casino is basic in comparison to the others on the strip but lovely staff.

First time in Vegas. Great view from room, clean. Nice location. Easy access to LV strip. The only thing I didn't like is the parking which I had to park way up to another hotel's terrace and walk like 20 min to get to my room.

Worst experience ever. Booked a room at the RIO but because of COVID they are not open and was told we would get a matching deal at Bally's, and was told for $4. Per night they MIGHT be able to upgrade us (complete SCAM) the email said just speak to a registration person and when we did they said you have to do that online only. We get to our room that was supposed to match the room from the RIO and it stinks like someone is smoking pot outside of our door. When I called the front desk they said "But it's a non smoking room" and the best they can do is move us to another room. I would not recommend this place . The room is clean but stinks like weed. And I'm sure nobody from management will see this or it will be removed.

The rooms are very nice and modern, but it s ridiculous that you have to a fee in order to get wifi. They only let you have 2 devices connected to wifi, if there s a 3 device or more, a fee is charged. Overall, great resort, but wifi, not so much.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Lidia, the "supervisor" who is above trying to help the front desk staff, not so kindly informed us that status matters at Bally's. Translation: if youre not a platinum guest, choose another hotel that will be happy to treat any guest as a guest. Shaun the "manager" was a little kinder to let us know that we are nobody at Bally's.

Bally's needs to be completely redone. It's definitely showing its age. The conference center was fine but the casino floor and the rest of the lobby area were very reminiscent of old timey Vegas.

3 stars not because I didn't like the room, or have problems with the renovations but now they charge for daily parking on top of your "resort fee"? Guess I need to inquire about that with all casinos going forward. At least old Vegas will validate your parking as long as you gamble there.

Like other hotels in the area, refurbs and updates made to this hotel are skin deep. One only needs to look semi-critically to notice that underneath this veneer lies a dated hotel with unremarkable appointments. Bally's is host to a fun mind reading show, although, that I recommended.

They gave up my RESERVED room so if I wanted a king nonsmoking room I would have to upgrade at my cost. The room I ended up with was spacious, but not really all that better. The shower was spacious, but the water temperature was very inconsistent. I'd go elsewhere next time.

Bally's is clearly the most dated of all the Caesar's properties. We liked the location, and the rooms were nice (seems like they were renovated recently). Unfortunately the public areas were pretty shabby, not very clean and in serious need of updates. Service at the hotel was hit or miss. The people at check in were kind and very helpful; waitstaff at the pool...not so much. A good location, and the price was good but don't spend too much time there.

Very nice hotel and casino. We're stayed here for my birthday. The room was very clean and spacious. It was a little loud, you could hear the outside traffic pretty easily, so much that i thought maybe the window might have been cracked open. After further inspection the windows don't open. I love how the hotel is centrally located on the strip.

Facilities are somewhat dated. Pricing is appropriate bit it is starting to show some age. Room cleanliness was OK, nothing overtly wrong but a few details were overlooked. Would definitely consider returning if the price was right and on a budget.

An old Gem on the LV Strip. Showing her age a little, but the casino is fun and the staff are friendly. A good stop if you're looking for a low limit table and easy access to a cocktail waitress. both are readily available.

Great location, very central, and nicely renovated rooms. The only down side was that I had to pay for parking $15/day and I don t feel this is fair because paying for a room should include parking.

I was a little surprised at how great this hotel is. I had never stayed here before. It s a little dated, but rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The rain shower in the updated bathroom had strong water pressure. How great is that after a hard day of gambling? It s right next door to the Paris and is centrally located on the strip. I felt safe here as a single woman. Slots were pretty fun. It was a great trip.

Not as glamorous as its neighbours I still really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Great location which is key in Vegas, large refurbished room, Comfy bed and good shower. We moved from the Cromwell which despite being branded as a swanky boutique hotel was very noisy.
Would stay at the Ballys again

Disappointed that after booking with 11 other friends a few months ago and being told we could have rooms close together we found out that was not true. Thankfully the lady at the front desk managed to get us on the same floor.
