I used to cash my checks here years ago. The lunch food was pretty good, there is alot of parking but at the same time alot of campers and squatters in the parking lot be wary of leaving your belongings in your vehicle in this area. It's super busy on payday long lines. Players perks, Its not that bad and it's in a location near the freeway other businesses

it was so appetizing. i will be bringing family next time. prices are decent for the quality.

This place is a fun Casino, they have great food and the Cocktail waitresses have been there for over 18 year's

Its worth it for the cheap buffet. 2 for 1 end up like 5 bucks a person. Not the greatest buffet but well worth the price.

So Baldinis is a little out of the way and the graveyard staff doesn't go out of the way for the guest. I normally enjoy playing here except when it is early morning or late night. My last experience was a poor one to say the least. It started off with me needing to get a replacement players card which every casino I have ever played at will do at any time of the day. I followed the directions at the closed players club desk and went to the cage where the manager on duty was leaning on the customer side of the counter having a personal conversation with one of the security guards. I asked the cashier if anyone could help me. He notified the manager so proceeded to the players club. The manager never showed up. He had walked away as soon as I turned around. So as I waited, a female supervisor informed me, in the rudest most irritated way that the players club opened at 6am, 25 minutes away. Although I had replacement cards printed previously in the middle of the night, I was refused service. Time can close for them to open I noticed the same supervisor and manager having yet another personal conversation and laughing sitting at machine nearby without any concern or care for the guests including the two gentleman behind me. Once the employee came to open up the Players Club she came in with a terrible attitude and began throwing items around on the desk as she started up her computer. Including a few Choice words does she have to throw in there as you did so. When she was finally finished getting the computer running she turned to me and said what do you want. So definitely disappointed with the service

The service was good in the food was good for the price

We like coming in to enjoy a burger. Food is always good. Today, as we went to sit down to enjoy our meal, EVERY table was dirty, incl the seats and under/around the tables. We were shocked due to the covid and sanitizing crisis we are all having to deal with right now. We wiped our table with a handi wipe before sitting down. My working at another casino myself, our tables, seats, and such are sanitized constantly after guests leave the tables and or slot games.

The bartender was awesome she made my expeirance great

I love how they give back to the locals more than any other casino in the Reno and Sparks area. They can be a little better with there customer service when in regards to security and how they deal with things being stolen from there. My bike was on the rack right up front and locked up. It was stolen off the rack and when I told security about it they told me that they don't have cameras there because it was too dark and didn't even take an incident report or document anything at all. They simply replied we can call the police.for.you and that's all we can do. Well wouldnt you need an incident report from the casino to collaborate with this police report I need to make for a $1500 bike stolen off your property. I mean they don't even patrol outside on the premisses. Thats why I am only Rating 3 Stars. I feel that the Customer needs to feel safe as well as their comfort level needs to be satisfied to know that while we are spending money in your establishment, you have our best interests in mind. And safety and security is a huge one for me. And I know I can speak for at least 100 other members. Thank you for your time. When I see a change I'll change my review as well.

Stay away from this place this is where most of the riffraff goes to not a good place for tourist

Kick ass little grill where you can get a burger and fries for $3

Always great service, value and a good meal! Can't beat their specials. A clean, well ventilated, friendly locals place, where everyone's welcome. Construction is finished, so you can check out the New High Sierra Brew pub from the north door and you don't even have to walk through the casino to get best prices on a fresh, local brew. Love High Sierra Brewing Co., but the Baldini restaurants need some help. Nice little locals casino, good location, friendly staff. Just get the feeling it could use a little indefinable something.

Empire Diner is good and very inexpensive. The food is typical diner cuisine and mostly made from prepackaged products. Having stated that, nothing tasted bad, on the contrary, everything but the side of veggies was darn good. The veggies were mushy.

Everyone from front desk to cocktail waitresses are super friendly. The promotions are better than many other of the casino in Reno/Sparks area. The casinoVery clean and up to date.

The manger very rude and one lady don't like restaurant she rude don't get your order right but I like Edgar and some more

Steak and shrimp is very reasonable. Only slot machines though and cigarette smoke.

Occidental, formerly High Sierra, was more enjoyable when you didn't have to enter through the casino. Good beer and good food.

There is no 0 stars on here... Tried to call and see if they would cash my payroll check and left me on the hook three times. While the two idoits in the back made jokes about it. F#&* this establishment. I will never visit this place again...

They offer great food from three different restaurants lots of fun loose slots and they cash checks.

Baldini's has been my favorite casino for many years. Best promotions, best point value and good food.

Great food while you are waiting for other nearby services.

Always a good time there no matter if I win or lose. Will have to say it's the only place I won $1400+ off $5 freeplay. That was almost a year ago. But two nights ago I won $70 off $7 freeplay. Cocktail waitresses visit you often. Lots of slot techs if you need them. And a good amount of cash out ticket machines.

This casino is a small, older building in Sparks, NV. It sits in the flight path of the airport so they don't have a hotel attached, but it is where we ended up spending Saturday night since they will let you park your trailer/RV in their lot.

Service between 2 and 3 a.m. was friendly, especially given the hour. The cashier happily called the bartender over to offer drinks to my husband, a friend, and me. He even came back later and offered us another round (which we declined).

The women's restroom was really clean which was amazing since I hadn't washed my face thoroughly in over a week after leaving an event in Black Rock City, NV. I had soup for my dinner at their little Brickyard Bar & Grill and when I finished eating, my husband had turned $20 into $900. We've never won big like that so it was super exciting.

We spent the night outside and we felt safe in their parking lot; we even had the door of our van open for part of the morning while we slept once the Sun started shining. We hit the Rib Festival at the Nugget nearby before heading home. This casino was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do.

Beef ribs fall off the bone good. Good price for the all you can eat BBQ.

Thought this where locals went... For what? No pay out, dark, dingy and low life's.

Players Rewards are above average. Good variety of games, food is reasonably priced with a decent selection on the menu's and a few venues for dining.
