Total tweeker-ville. Illegal Drugs seen being sold in parking lot. "24" hr restaurant is B.S.! "Hostess" is a tweeker who had left tables dirty, filthy. Forgot we were there. Other floor managers and staff also in restaurant were on break and didn't care or noticed US as hmmmm.... customers (that used 2 b important in keeping a biz nass open....a.k.a which keeps their jobs secure), Most likley cuz she's stealing from register. Never servred us, so after 15 mins we left and went to Western Village and had bfast instead. This place used 2 b acceptable then completely went to hell and a handbag. Too bad so sad.

Nice locals casino. Slots are loose and they have a nice sports book.

It's small, very dark and dusty. Food prices are very good and the comps and points are very easy to gain.

It is a nice place to eat and play for a while and have fun

coffee shop is good but cooks dont know how to cook med rare twice came out very rare i did send it back Good prices

We went to gamble a few hours and in that time we couldn't find a cocktail server a bar tender or a cashier! We asked the security guard if anyone besides him and the slot lady works here he said "good luck finding anyone" and laughed
Finally found the cashier asked her if there was a cocktail server she said "yea but I don't know where she is someone else was looking for her too"

The wait is too long. They have it blocked off. 21+ on one side, families on the other. (word is, they want to make it 100% 21+)The food was bland. Despite adding a bunch of things to it. It was way too loud and the waitress had a bit of an attitude.

Baldini's is the best casinoin Reno! They are very generous with the free play they give you, twice a week, & you get dining comps every week, on top of whatever comps you earn & your rewards points. And the icing on the cake is that everyone who works there is so nice & friendly. Just the best!

Good machines, good food, it was only our second time to eat in the restaurant.. While sitting at our table the host or supervisor Desirae came over to say hello & she had remembered our names..We were very surprised & I'll admit it made us feel special.. The steak & shrimp were delicious..

Ok casino. Plenty of machines to choose from. The bartenders were quick and friendly. Little to smoky for me. They really need to upgrade the HVAC system to rid the place of chain smokers.

Ahhh...the sweet memories of Baldini's. Named for owner Monte Baldwin, the place was a mainstay of my gaming endeavors 20 to 30 years ago. I was on a first-name acquaintance level with all of the employees and was one of the first customers at any casino in Northern Nevada to sign up for their player's club and receive a card. Apparently I exceeded their expectations for level of play and was rewarded appropriately.

Baldini's has grown considerably since those early days and my subsequent move to Carson City, but I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a bartender from that era by the name of Debbie during my last visit. She remembered me and reported there were 4 other employees who had more seniority than she did.

Trivia time: Did you know that Baldini's was known as Rod's Shy Clown when they first opened? True story.

Ok so I ve lived here in Reno for about a year now and after going to just about every casino I thougjt I d give Baldinis a try. First impressions were good, they had a special where they give you ten dollars in free okay for first time players so why not. When I got there I realized how much of a mistake that was. I got offered drugs by a transient and asked for change by multiple homeless people before I even made it to the entrance. Once I got in the smell of god knows what coupled with the lack of feeling safe was not reassuring. After I lost on every single machine I played I quickly realized I don t belong here. So I left. The icing on the cake was when I returned the following day to claim my $10 in free play I was promised by the players club employee. They suddenly did not have that special going on anymore and I wasted a trip to sparks. I quickly made my way to the door and will never return. I wouldn t mind other than that for as filthy and dirty as anplace as it is. The employee coped an attitude and said why do you think you get ten dollars . if you feel like going to a place that not only smells bad but also does not honor their commitment to freeplay then this is the place. Bottom line call be the worst casino I ve ever been to and I ve been to diamonds before.

I use to gamble there but not anymore. One of your cooks at the brickyard yelled at me for watching him make my food. I didn't even do anything and he started becoming very rude to me. Customer service is not a thing at the brickyard.

Because it is a recreational place for people who need to have a good time having fun and enjoying the good food of the sports bars on television and many other things that the casino has. Thanks Bye

Smaller casino. On a weekend cocktail service is slow. Bar Service is good though.

If you want lousy service...please visit this casino. 2 hours of gambling spent well over 300.00 and not once did they come see if we needed a drink. The cocktail waitress was to busy talkin up with the porters. Brojen cashout machines. Just all around lousy service.

Food at the Empire Diner is inexpensive, the staff and wait help are the best.

Foods great in my opinion the machines seem to be tighter these days I can't seem to hit anything these days use to be a lot looser!!!

Plenty of parking and the people that work there are very nice and helpful.

It's so so for gambling, the brick House is a great place to grab good food at a good price!!

We have been eating at this restaurant inside of Baldini's for over 20 years. It has the very best service and the best food in Reno, Nevada. They have an excellent senior menu for only $4.00 each meal, and they have wonderful full course dinners for under $12.00. The area is clean, neat and very well presented. The only bad thing is you have to walk through a lot of cigarette smoke to get to the restaurant unless you go through the back doors,, (highly recommended if you are alergic to smoke like I am). But the employees have been at this establishment for many years and this tells me it is an excellent place to work at and for! We go here about once or more a week. The servers are very friendly and don't mind refilling our drinks over and over again. We could eat anywhere in Reno, but we only go to this restaurant. It is by far the BEST PLACE TO EAT IN RENO NEVADA.

Baldinis is my a great small casino. Staff will get to know you quickly even if you don't go there all the time.

Ok during the day it's pretty good, but at night, unless the M.C.s are having their big council meeting, it kind of slows down. Seems kind of stupid to me to chase off business that's coming into your parking lot and WILL spend money there, unless the RVers buy a $25.00 permit. Seriously folks RV drivers run all across the country we are going to talk about how good a place is, or shout from the rooftops just how crappy a place was to us...wake up and smell the coffee.

Interesting little place!! Didn't have much luck on the slots but the $10 in free play made it worth the trip! Not to mention they have this awesome little grille where you can get a burger n fries basket for $1.99 with $.59 fountain drinks!!

Their customer service is so unprofessional.Im still waiting for my call back to upgrade my promo points. The manager seems to be always busy or he doesn't seem to care cause I been trying to get ahold of him forever. I'm over it

It's just a small run down casino. Air quality is real bad. Penny machines brings in wrong crowd. But Restraunt is real good

Speaking as one of your senior cliental, I'm glade that you still have some of our older favorite gaming machines. The tendency to move to the newer video games by a lot of the small casinos is not looking out for there senior customers. We have visited your location ever since the Shy Clown was the name there and it is because you continue to use older games, it is why we keep coming there. The newer games are fun to play but, honestly, even though it shows one cent play, it is really a dollar game if you play max coins.
Now to the reason for only three stars. Your restaurant and coffee shop has in my opinion gone down hill. We know that "The Empire Restaurant" isn't a steakhouse but, we feel that putting more money in to quality food and more efficient help, would be better spent. Instead, there seems to be a microbrewery in the works. I hope that it will have the food and service that the Empire used to have.

Nice local casino. The atmosphere is pleasant and the casino is clean but not enough waitress's to get drinks, usually only one for the entire casino.

One of the few casinos that pays off. Management is always there to say hello. Baldini's certainly makes the difference.

The food was okay and the people that work a this place fight in front of all the people like if they weren't embarrassed, it was annoying when two people of those started to fight.

The food was good-hot foods hot,and cold beverage cold.Polite and friendly servers,greeters and bussers. Going to make it my favorite place to eat.

I came into town add my car over heated. I saw on an app I have that it was ok to park over night. So because I didn't have money for a room to stay in I parked between 2 recreation vehicles. Some old man not even in a security uniform told me I couldn't park there and had to leave... said I was loitering! The stuff inside were just as rude ... their air filtration system is hardly existent and stinks to high heaven in there . Bathrooms were dirty too.

I was invited to their New Year's Eve dinner party upstairs in the ballroom. The decor, food, drinks and most of all the service was top notch!! Thank you Baldinis! That was a truly enjoyable time!

Love the cheap food at the Empire diner. Let me rephrase , great food with cheap prices. Service is very homey feeling. Lots of comfort food

Went to take my son out to dinner because he s always loved their steaks in the restaurant. Got inside and they asked if my 16 yr old was over 21. They no longer allow anyone to EAT at their establishment if you re under 21. I think that s total bull and ridiculous

Mainly for locals Baldini's has been in Sparks for many years, good restaurants, great fun on the floor, lots of draws and customer awards. Great grill burgers as well.... but just not the real awful awful.....
