We were very happy with our waitress & can't say enough for her. She was on top of everything without making us feel crowded. I noticed she capt an eye out from the other side of the room & responded immediately if beckoned! We enjoyed our food & especially being able to relax. I am not sure of her name I think it might be something like Jennifer. She is the greatest!

From 1am to 2am bonuses not given when clearly not malfunctioning. This casino continuously does this no matter how "loyal" one is. I constantly hold proof of every time wondering if maybe it's me, but I don't cheat and I loved playing there as an outlet of emotions and it's disappointing that situations are worse. Maybe there's a bigger issue but I'm sure I'm just a crazy gambler with no understanding of big business ethics or STUFF. other than that, awesome casino... I hope you're GIFTED when you walk in xo. I love Baldinis, it's truly a place for locals. They have great promotions and treat their players like family.
I know for a fact. 4 of kinds,came up more then they do now. And when you do finally get one. The chances of getting another one. Are slim and none.

This place was rude casino manager pat. Rolled on his wheel chair to take my players card and not even attempt to resolve my issue. Rude place and I'm never going back and will reccomend any one who asks me about baldinis casino in sparks to stay away. Bad customer service from general manager pat. Never going back. I never brought up race first of all. The cocktail waiter is Mexican I am Mexican. Seems like ur response is racist do to the fact that I never once brought race in it. But it's your word right. Servalaince should have showed you I was playing alone with no hlguest near me so I don't know who you asked. Yes I won't go back you racist. 3veryone needs to see this

Since the corona shutdown prices have gone up in the roundabout. The food has always been worth it for the price. Buy a burger or two and drink a couple beers. Now there s no real reason to come around. It s a shame I ve been coming here for 11 years- since I was a teen sneaking in to buy food. Guess that s America. Prices increase, wages stagnate.
Edit, also the fries are even more undercooked now. I didn t think that was possible without microwaving.
They give hella free play and the sports bar has good [&cheap!] Food:)
The only reason I go here is the grill. They have cheap food it's not the best but for the price and the speed it is well worth it. The burgers can even be served with grilled onions.
MY UPDATED REVIEW IN 2019 Prior to my most recent visit (on 01/20/19 @7:30pm) to this Casino, I would have been hard pressed to come up with anything negative to state about this establishment. Unfortunately, due to 2 employees & 1 evening shift supervisor, I will most likely never return. I was, in succession, belittled, embarrassed, & disrespected by two of their member services staff.. I had approached the players club both because I had a question. At my first question, the employee responded politely. Then, I asked another basic question about the machine where you swipe your players card and this is when I was given a very rude attitude and the only answer i received to my question was her repeating my question back to me in a mocking manner. As if, I was asking the stupidest question in the world that I should already know the answer to. At this point, she has already started walking away from the front counter to stand at the back part of their area. I suppose, this conversation was finished?... In awe at her unnecessary rude behavior, I asked her to please repeat the last part of what she said. I asked her twice but all I got was silence as I stood there staring at her back. So, I asked the other employee what her name was. She looks at the lady then back at me with no response. I asked again and she replied, "Samantha." I, in turn, said, "thank you." As I began to walk away she says to me with a smirk on her face, "Go ahead and complain.... Nothing will be done about it." So, I asked her for her name which she gives me (Carla) and I proceed to go grab a bite to eat and share this story with my fiance. He goes and finds the manager, Pat, and asks him if he could come and speak with me. I reiterate the incident to him and follow with my concerns about wasting my time complaining due to the employees statement. When Im finished he replies, "I will have a talk with them, BUT you have to be understanding that they have to deal with a lot of people that have attitudes throughout their shift." To which I countered, "It sounds like you're making excuses for their behavior. I was not rude to them at any moment despite their rude behavior. I was not only disrespected but belittled by your employee and you're excusing her behavior because she has to deal with numerous attitudes? I didn't treat her in such a way.....So, it seems to me like maybe she was correct in her assertion that nothing will be done." He rolled his eyes and just repeated his statement that I needed to be more understanding of the fact that they deal with attitudes blah, blah, blah...I thanked him for his time and left. I was and still am in complete shock that this is obviously acceptable behavior. This incident left me feeling embarrassed, belittled, and insignificant or unappreciated as a customer. Not once throughout this whole experience did I receive an apology. Maybe I will take my business and money somewhere that will appreciate a returning customer?

Great local casino with low priced, good food. Staff is friendly and i seem to win more here on slots than any other local casino. Great free play from them and I've added Baldinis to my weekly list of places to go!
I use to gamble there but not anymore. One of your cooks at the brickyard yelled at me for watching him make my food. I didn't even do anything and he started becoming very rude to me. Customer service is not a thing at the brickyard.
I always win something here and the food is good also.
Not a lot of diversity to their gambling options but they do have a nice brewery inside.
When in for a quick bite to eat. Service was very good, meal served quickly. Excellent value for the money, would go back again. Would also recommend. Did not spend any time in casino just ate.
My husband and I really enjoy going to Baldini's. We have a very limited income but with all the specials they offer, on food and free play for their card holder's, even we can enjoy a night out! Thank you Baldini's!
If you never been to the steakhouse, please try the barbecue special before you try anything else. You won't be dissapointed.

Great food. Very inexpensive and fast friendly employees. Way better than a fast food restaraunt but just as easy to pick up.

I am a long time player at Baldinis and I like to play there. I spend alot of money there. There are definitely some things they need to fix. Was playing the other night and had reached the 1000 points needed to swipe my card for rewards. But when I slid my card all my points were gone because it was 12:04, but I had been playing for hours. And I can't remember the last time my name was called for a drawing or a hot seat. Over a year ago.
Smaller casino. On a weekend cocktail service is slow. Bar Service is good though.

The food at the restaurant it was bad the steaks was ok but the shrimps were row,the coffee mug had it lipstick from the previous customer.
Been coming to the restaurants since I was a kid with my parents. Food is good, nothing extraordinary but never had anything bad!
