Little get away from every body and everything very nice people

I am not much of a gambler but I have eaten in all the restaurants there and the food is excellent and the prices can't be beat!

The staff is fantastic! Love the selection of beers.

They lost a forever customer! This is my favorite place to eat however after waiting 30 minutes when they told me it would be a 20 minute wait they informed me children are not allowed in the casino or restaurant. WHY couldn't they tell me when I 1st put my name on the waiting list. I come visit Reno with my children but if they not allowed in the restaurant then this restaurant will no longer be getting my money and I've told a lot of people about this place and how amazing their food & service is THEY LOST A LOT OF BUSINESS I will be telling EVERYONE my horrible experience hopefully they will be able to survive this pandemic

Plenty of parking and the people that work there are very nice and helpful.

I win sometimes, but not much. I'll stop if I'm in the area.

Went to the Empire dinner had breakfast, good food, friendly service.

Empire Diner serves very good sandwiches with generous portions and plenty of weekly specials. Casino floor has friendly staff at your service all the time.

Foods great in my opinion the machines seem to be tighter these days I can't seem to hit anything these days use to be a lot looser!!!

Had a nice breakfast for two at a total cost of less than $12. It doesn't get any cheaper than that. I'll eat breakfast here again!

The restaurants are amazing. They aren't going to win any awards, but for what you pay, you won't find better quality.
The casino on the other hand. Dark, smokey, and the players card really isn't that generous (you need to earn 1000 points to get $1 in comps, most places only require 100 points).

This review is for the Brickyard Grill inside Baldinis Casino. I commend management on taking the necessary actions to improve the food handling and overall cleanliness of the grill.
I've changed my 1 star rating to a 4...
... If you could loosen up those slots a little, I'll shoot you 5 stars...lol

Baldini's Casino is a great place to relax and have a drink after hours. The atmosphere is warm and the mugs are always full at the brewery. Drink up!

Had a pretty good breakfast at the Empire Diner. The meals are reasonably priced and couldn't bet the price

Get the players card, once a week when you spend $1 you get $10 of free play. I went to the restaurant and got a burger basket and soda for only $3.01! The food here is good and has really cheap prices! Everybody is nice and clean. No shady characters hanging around.

First time. Only ate lunch at the cafe. Food was average casino quality fare. Didn't do any gambling.

Have been going for years! They treat you with respect! And is a fun place to play!it also caters to an older crowd and a peaceful place to play!

If you haven't been here, don't go. And if you have, you probably know not to go. Their food specials only kick in when you gamble $40 or more. The management has half the place under construction. They've cranked down their payouts to the minimum, and the fat casino manager walks around with an annoying smirk on his face. He treats the best players like complete crap, so if you're looking for comps, go elsewhere. GSR is 1000 times better with payouts and it's right around the corner. This place smells nasty, pays nothing, and is a general waste of time.

A smaller venue, machines are fair. My favorite in Reno.

Now for the good stuff. We have been going here for years. The regular staff is always friendly. Our favorite server is part of the reason we go there. (we are sooo spoiled in this respect). The food is always great. Casino side is great as well. I like the older machines when I do gamble. If it's a penny machine I have the choice of betting a penny.

Won money,cashier helped me when I got credit card problems.friendly slot people.didnt eat.

When I go there they are very rude to me the club card desk the older women some of them dont even know what they are doing that's why me and my friends go to gsr

I had a cash voucher I forgot to cash in after I was done eating. I went back a week later to cash it in and the cashier said it was already cashed in. I asked how is that possible if I have the vaucher still. He called his supervisor over and he was rude. He didn't even look in to it. he just told me no. Worst customer service i will not be going back

Always clean and quite. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The ONLY improvement needed is all new cocktail waitresses. The cocktail waitresses here are very rude and disrespectful, they act as if they own the casino themselves. If it werent for them then I would have giving 5 stars.

Good late night eats, service a little slow, but it's 3am

Brickyard grill get your act together. You barley open at 11:00 am. How is the mayo and ketchup empty the lady is like i haven't got to it yet. Its 11:15 dont you re-stock or check supplies befor you open. Its bad enough to half to wait for one cook with a line of 10 people. The wait sucks the cook needs help. The counter lady should check the condiments before the lunch line comes. But now we gotta wait for her to change these out like wow baldinis. Keeps goin downhill with service. Maybe it is a casino for old people. Sorry not sorry.

Baldini's is a small but decent casino has most games and some old school one you cant find anymore. Most ppl are friendly but there are some that will either forget you and our acknowledge you ( the 3 star rating ).. Foods good and have really good prices.they also have daily and weekly giveaways

I've never had a good experience at Baldini's. Today, both cocktail waitresses were snotty and refused to give me a bottle of water, even though they were right by the bar. I know the bar can't serve drinks because of Covid-19, but neither More

It's a little bit unfair they have been transitioning from Stations sports book...but it's still a nice locals place to make sports wagers...the jurry is out ...on how there betting lines will come down..so far they have sayed with the same formula that stations used and it sucked....but I have hope..

The food is typical sports bar fare, the beer selection is decent, and the fries are crazy good (they must batter them in crack!). This is a great place to go for happy hour, as I am not sure the food is quite worth full price and the service isn't stellar. It was only my first trip though so I will give them another shot to bring that service level up.

Again..2 stars because I feel bad for them. DO NOT EAT HERE FOLKS, if you are so inclined to go.

Great casino for locals. Clean, great staff, and awesome players rewards. The security does their job well. They're not in your face, but keep the low life's down.

Two main floor bars, member awards counter and sports let gaming customers have several ways to spend their time and accumulate awards. Weekly drawing are held along with seasonal larger drawings
Several dining options available from sit down to walk through burger kitchen.
It's an easy place to spend some time and enjoy yourself.

Good micro brewery,nice friendly service,and a good variety or machines to play,parking is a 7.5 out of ten

Horrible food and the keno place is so wrong. People cheating winners out of getting their money.

Machines have really been tightened. Not much fun anymore.

It's smokey to me and I miss the buffet... But the restaurant is good and had great deals
