Went there for breakfast and the service and people were so polite and the food was awesome and they checked up on us to see how we were doing if we needed anything else. On top of that the prices are very reasonable and inexpensive I would recommend this place to anyone wanted to go for a good breakfast

Can never find a cocktail waitress.. so the service in my opinion sucks.. the supervisor had to verify I lost over a hundred fifty bucks first before he would bring me a bottle of water.. and they act like there's a sense of entitlement when it comes to tip.. and if you don't tip the waitress you won't get another drink that's how they make you feel and I've noticed they suck up to people who have a bunch of money on their machine or the big tippers in the industry and will have a whole conversation with this person and ignore everyone else.. and make you feel less important..or that if you don't tip.. they won't stop..

Ok during the day it's pretty good, but at night, unless the M.C.s are having their big council meeting, it kind of slows down. Seems kind of stupid to me to chase off business that's coming into your parking lot and WILL spend money there, unless the RVers buy a $25.00 permit. Seriously folks RV drivers run all across the country we are going to talk about how good a place is, or shout from the rooftops just how crappy a place was to us...wake up and smell the coffee.

Just found out they don't allow anyone under 21yrs...

Just found out they don't allow anyone under 21yrs old in the entire casino even restaurants. They said they changed it about 3 months ago. Why would they do that? With COVID restrictions wouldn't you think they need that extra money coming in. It's their choice obviously but as a long time resident here, I don't get it. Good luck with that change. Security guy with long white beard was very nice and kind though.

The sports book is very accessible and knowledgeable staff to assist with placing your wagers.
The Brickyard Has the most affordable food choices and bye far the Best Value for your food including quality, speed, and friendly ladies that are eager to assist all guests using their establishment.
Dont pay $10.95 for wings everywhere else,.... when for less then $4.00 you get a great basket with side order great wings hot and made to order!

One of my favorite locals hang outs. The restaurant has consistently good food at a great price. It is nothing fancy, highly recommend the prime rib and breakfast specials. The Brickyard is good for a quick bite, chat up the prep line while you wait, the food seems to get a little better and the helpings more generous. Decent salad bar in the BY too.

At Diamond Rio concert. Very upset with The Baldini venue Did not know that it was standing only. WTH? Some brought chairs. Am thankful that chairs were brought out, for some. Can't see the stage with everyone standing. Probably won't be back for another concert.

Staff was very friendly but it has lost it's local appeal from years back when I would go in just about every day to play & win Pepsi products. I know things have to change to compete but just doesn't have the same appeal as in the past

MY UPDATED REVIEW IN 2019 Prior to my most recent visit (on 01/20/19 @7:30pm) to this Casino, I would have been hard pressed to come up with anything negative to state about this establishment. Unfortunately, due to 2 employees & 1 evening shift supervisor, I will most likely never return. I was, in succession, belittled, embarrassed, & disrespected by two of their member services staff.. I had approached the players club both because I had a question. At my first question, the employee responded politely. Then, I asked another basic question about the machine where you swipe your players card and this is when I was given a very rude attitude and the only answer i received to my question was her repeating my question back to me in a mocking manner. As if, I was asking the stupidest question in the world that I should already know the answer to. At this point, she has already started walking away from the front counter to stand at the back part of their area. I suppose, this conversation was finished?... In awe at her unnecessary rude behavior, I asked her to please repeat the last part of what she said. I asked her twice but all I got was silence as I stood there staring at her back. So, I asked the other employee what her name was. She looks at the lady then back at me with no response. I asked again and she replied, "Samantha." I, in turn, said, "thank you." As I began to walk away she says to me with a smirk on her face, "Go ahead and complain.... Nothing will be done about it." So, I asked her for her name which she gives me (Carla) and I proceed to go grab a bite to eat and share this story with my fiance. He goes and finds the manager, Pat, and asks him if he could come and speak with me. I reiterate the incident to him and follow with my concerns about wasting my time complaining due to the employees statement. When Im finished he replies, "I will have a talk with them, BUT you have to be understanding that they have to deal with a lot of people that have attitudes throughout their shift." To which I countered, "It sounds like you're making excuses for their behavior. I was not rude to them at any moment despite their rude behavior. I was not only disrespected but belittled by your employee and you're excusing her behavior because she has to deal with numerous attitudes? I didn't treat her in such a way.....So, it seems to me like maybe she was correct in her assertion that nothing will be done." He rolled his eyes and just repeated his statement that I needed to be more understanding of the fact that they deal with attitudes blah, blah, blah...I thanked him for his time and left. I was and still am in complete shock that this is obviously acceptable behavior. This incident left me feeling embarrassed, belittled, and insignificant or unappreciated as a customer. Not once throughout this whole experience did I receive an apology. Maybe I will take my business and money somewhere that will appreciate a returning customer?

Baldinies has a nice quiet atmosphere, great food at a reasonable price, helpful and curtious staff (with the exception of a handful) and a sense of security given the less then adequate surveillance equipment. The slots are ok but pretty tight.

Stopped for the night in pur RV. Staff was friendly. let us park overnight if we played $25 in casino. Ate at cafe..cheap prices, average food. My rating is low because of the slots. I don't mind losing but gosh darn it would be nice to hit a little something to keep you playing a little bit. The slots were extremely tight. I began to watch other players and everyone was continually feeding money into the machines and getting nothing. Watched one man run $100 thru one machine $1 at a time, matter of minutes was broke. We dropped $100 too.
