I did contact them for a resolution, consistently for at least 2 months. They did not help in any way and eventually took to ignoring me completely. I would like to reiterate that, because of them, I lost over 1500 and a lot of time / upset. Steer clear of this company.

I rented an apartment in Palma through Balear Invest in 2013. When we were negotiating the rent they did little to earn the fee (1 month rent + IVA), apart from mediate between the landlord and me.

However what really makes me rate them as a 1 star is that since moving out I have been having big problems with my landlord. She will only speak to me via Balear Invest, yet Balear Invest are not returning my calls or helping in any way.

I would recommend against using them as they will not help with any problems you may have with the apartment/house.
