If today had gone according to plan, I would be getting ready to drive 2 hours to LR to purchase a vehicle. Instead, I am sitting here enjoying my morning, drinking coffee and looking out my door at my new SUV! After finding an offer online we reached out to Bale and within an hour, what will later prove to be an absolutely amazing buying experience began.
Skeptical of the online process ( I am a face to face kind of person who will rarely use a drive in if available) my plan was to see the vehicle in person, test drive, etc. I already knew it hit several of my check marks but I have a LOT of check marks and have never been accused of impulsive buying.....UNTIL.... Kelton Wilson contacted us. This man took customer service to another level. We felt as if we were there at the dealership. Detailed pictures, videos, phone calls, voice messages and more phone calls and in less than 24 hours we were finalizing papers, with an appointment to pick up today. Then we get a phone call letting us know that if we were available earlier they would gladly drive our new purchase to us and pick up our trade in. We did not ask for this and almost declined. I am so happy we didn t because the second best part of this transaction was meeting Joyce Johnson. Joyce is the driver who delivered our vehicle and we immediately felt as if we had known her our entire life. Her passion for her job and her dedication to Bale was apparent in the way her face lit up just talking about them. Had it not been for social distancing, I would have passed on the handshake and went straight for a hug!
Thank you both so much and thank you Bale Chevrolet for not only providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service but also for making our experience so personable. It has been a long time since I have been excited to even leave a review. Your team NAILED IT!
