First national has always been my go to place when I'm looking for affordable merchandise here in sioux falls. The staff there are always helpful and they try their best to find whatever it is that I'm looking for.
9 times out of 10 they have given fair prices for pawning stuff... Pretty good deals. Sometimes very busy tho.

This place is amazing the workers are always friendly. They know about all of there products, if they don't they will find out. And they always give fair prises for pawns and sales. I recommend them all the time to friends and family.
New owners have ruined the store. No organization.
I found a nice Peavy tube combo. But I never got a chance to play on it because new management hid the cables.
Nothing is organizing and nobody on the new staff has had any real training or cohesive message from management.
Employees were very apologetic and just seemed helpless to do anything to help people.

This place is awesome, you are greeted when walking through the door. Prices are very good. I bought 2 250 GB ps3 consoles and both were defective. I been coming here for a few years now.When pawning I get pretty mu h top dollar. When I have purchased , I have always gotten good products that last, except once on a electronic, it had a buzzing sound. Brought it back and received another just like it.Employees are pleasant. Only complaint I have is wait time to get a rep. to help because they are so busy. I rate them 4.5 stars out of 5

The TV I wanted had no remote and he looked high and low for one for both TVs I purchased even tho one said it came with no remote. And he gave me a great deal on both! First of all first national has been my go to place, not because of the deals but rather the person who gets me said deals. I can t help but let folks know about Mr. Jeremy C. I can tell when there s phonies trying to squeeze a buck out of me, and he is simply not like that at all. Go for deals, come back because of customer service!
Poor customer service. I was rudely greeted by Dan. Skipped over multiple times to help other customers by multiple Employees. Took 20min to look at what I wanted to see.

Go to Great Plains the new staff is not as helpful they won t budge on prices like they use to. Won t be coming in as much because clearly was a change in owners or something new staff very strict. Some of the stuff can get brand new in store for not much more money at all.

Horrible. Took my tablet In. Was told to remove my pin. Got it out they setup a pin and don't remember it. I lost all my pictures movies and music. Worse pawn shop I have ever been too. They'll ripp you off.

Bought ban Xbox one from them. Didn't have time to test it right away. 2 days later come to find out that yes it turns on but its modem is dead so it can't get on the internet. This means it can't be played because it has to connect to the internet. They won't refund it even though it was broken when I received it. Do not give them your business they will cheat you.

I bought an item from here WITH a protection plan and they said they would keep it on file. I went back in there to see if I could get store credit for the item I had purchased, because that is what the protection plan entails, and they couldn't seem to find it on file and also had the audacity to tell me that the item I brought in was not the same one that they had sold me. It has been some time, but within the 6 month period, I must have cleaned my room and thrown away the receipt, but I would have held onto it dearly knowing that I would have needed in order for them to honor my protection plan. HEED MY WARNING: THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY WILL KEEP YOUR PROTECTION PLAN AND PURCHASE ON FILE BUT YOU WILL, IN FACT, NEED A RECIEPT.

It was much appreacted! the smart Sharp tv had great quality and sound, at a resanable price and the layaway was a great deal only had to play $7 something at first. And she even offered some kind of warrenty plan. Sooo nice. It s a good tv. Even had its control. It s for my 9 year olds Christmas.. soo I hope he loves it as much as I did. I think the lady s name was Jenna. She was a lot of help for me and my wife and very friendly. I would come back. The deals are great and you have some awesome stuff.
