tryed to give a simple discription on phone. person whom answered the phone was half listening. when i called her on it , she called me rude and hung up on me. judge for your self. i offered to meet with person to get a quote. this is what i tried to tell her. i had a small city lot. it is a narrow rectangle. it runs deep. in the back yard there is two things that take up the whole back fence line. the back left is a shed. the back right is a raised deck with a stair case leading up to it. this used to have a play house in it. we have removed the play house off of the deck. we are in need of triming trees up verticly around the deck area so we can move shed over to were the deck now yet stands. she thought the house was in back yard. i said with all do respect your not listening. she hung up on me....... apparently she failed word problems in school. and yes thats rude but so is half listening and hanging up on someone when you are not paying attention. which by the way is also rude. heres a thought in order to post, you have to give one star.

Reasonably priced, fast, courteous arborists. Dan came out and quoted me, he's extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tree work that we needed to have done. He was the only arborist that informed me I should not prune my oak trees in the summer so we decided to do it in the winter time. The job turned out amazing and the tree is very healthy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have tree work done.

Just an amazing company! Professional staff and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Cleanup was quick and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. We had 12 dead ash trees removed and the value was great, much better than the competition, some of which refused the job due to difficulty. Dan's eye for felling trees is amazing, left everyone with jaws agape.

Kind, friendly, the most helpful. NEED to recommend to everyone I know! An amazing company. the owners went above and beyond. Dan and his wife are truely remarkable down to earth people. Very knowledgeable, kind and truthful.

Green Man provided excellent customer service when we needed 6 trees removed. Their team was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them first when we need any tree or landscape services.

Green Man pruned our 60+ year-old silver maple in spring 2019. They did a great job thinning out the tree, and left no evidence they were even working on our property. They performed the work less than a week after the finalized quote. Would highly recommend their services!

Added review: Green Man came back to our property in spring 2020 to remove a white birch tree. Their crew was super efficient in cutting down our tree and removal. They were well coordinated with the power company to navigate around electrical lines that were near the tree. Very happy with using them again, and will definitely be calling them again for future work required!

Work was done in a timely manner but not completely. Machine broke on the job and never came back to complete the job. Hard to get a hold of unless you have owners cell #. I called multiple times to get him back to finish but failed to connect. Communication between owner and workers is not good and then causes issues. My husband and I finished the job ourselves. If you do go with them keep written or recorded documentation of your conversations as verbal promises are not kept. Also do not pay until work is completely finished to contract and your satisfaction.
