B2E Consulting (formerly B2E Resourcing) is the best organisation I had been associated so far. Very professional staffs with fast turnaround on matters related to recruitment and hiring.

B2C Consulting are much better than your average recruiter. I've been working through them for a while now and even after you've signed the contract, there's a personal feel to the relationship. They care. Emails are responed to promptly. And they actually WANT to pay you, so if you forget to submit your timesheet, you'll get a friendly reminder. They also make sure the contract you sign is actually in your best interest. I have only had good experiences with them so far.

B2E offer outstanding service to their contractors. They engage in a personal dialogue and ensure you have the support required to provide the very best to your clients, which sets them aside from their competitors, in order to seamlessly unite themselves with your objectives.

I have been working with B2E for just under a year now and I am really impressed by their professional along with their approachable and friendly attitude. B2E team regularly visit the consultants, which so different from norm and very refreshing. I highly recommend then.

B2E provide great support to their Interim Consultants and it is an absolute pleasure working with them and their client on my current assignment. The team make the consultants feel part of a community and team, which is different and refreshing in the interim consulting market

Fantastic team David, Maninder, Tony, Richard and everyone else in B2E. I have been placed through them on my first Interim role after a long stint in one of the Top 4 Management Consultancy. They were able to pitch me in front of the client for the right role and have been supportive throughout my time with them. I have even hired few project and system integration managers through them after I got promoted to move up the chain. They are not your off the street recruitment agents who provide with loads of CVs. They try understand what the client is looking for in the role, what kind of person they need and what is the long term vision or objective of the Programme or Project the candidate will be working out so that they can do the prr-screening and put the right candidate in front of the client. This ensures a mutual fit for both the client and candidate and ensures as much little time is wasted in identifying the right candidate for the right role. I would definetely recommend them if you need Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analyts, Technical Delivery Managers or Service assurance and will definitely be hiring through them if I need interim consultants in future.

As a contractor, my experience (6-month interim contract, which I would have love to have extended but could not due to other commitments) with B2E has been superb throughout. Their systems are seamless and make it easy to bill and track invoicing, their staff have provided excellent guidance on IR-35, the teams of consultants I have worked with have been engaging and collaborative, and the projects that we have been engaged with have grown and evolved ina very short space of time.

I would not hesitate for a second to work with B2E again, or to recommend them to a colleague.

I have been impressed with the B2E Consulting approach to its consultants and their Clients. They provide continuity with the client making regular personal visits to site which means that face to face contact with myself and other consultants provides tangible support. The back office staff and web tools for contracts, pre-requisite documentation and invoicing is very slick and well organised
