Fantastic team David, Maninder, Tony, Richard and everyone else in B2E. I have been placed through them on my first Interim role after a long stint in one of the Top 4 Management Consultancy. They were able to pitch me in front of the client for the right role and have been supportive throughout my time with them. I have even hired few project and system integration managers through them after I got promoted to move up the chain. They are not your off the street recruitment agents who provide with loads of CVs. They try understand what the client is looking for in the role, what kind of person they need and what is the long term vision or objective of the Programme or Project the candidate will be working out so that they can do the prr-screening and put the right candidate in front of the client. This ensures a mutual fit for both the client and candidate and ensures as much little time is wasted in identifying the right candidate for the right role.
