A huge thank you to Mr. Bamieh for doing an absolutely wonderful job for my uncle on his case. What was a traumatic experience with the Ventura police (and their lack of competence) turned into a happy victory, with this lawyer.

Being unfairly treated by law enforcement, and having his life almost torn apart by a DA who had never even met the person accusing him of completely unfounded events, my uncle was set back in so many ways. Mr. Bamieh understood the inner workings of the case, and was skillful in his handling of the case in the courtroom and outside of it as well. I recommend him to anyone in Ventura County looking for the best in the business. Thanks to him, my uncle got his life back!

My property manager left me without water for 5 days during Covid 19 starting on Mother s Day weekend. For this and numerous reasons, I think he is a high end slumlord.
Ron Bamieh is his attorney and helping him file a civil restraining order so I can t even contact my PM to complain.
I am upset but am being silenced, so while I can I will speak.
Prior to this I had termites and I still have to put out about 12 buckets for leaks when it rains, my outside light hangs from the fixture by a wire and one door has holes so large you can see light through it. This is just to give you a small view of my high end slum conditions. :)
I respectfully ask, if you read this review and have integrity, you not use this attorney. I m sure you will win. But at what cost?

I had a completely different experience with this firm. Unfortunately my young son got into some trouble and he hired Bamieh without me present. When I had questions, he never returned my calls. My son who tried to do this without me took a deal where he was misled. He filled out alot of paperwork provided by Bamieh, hoping to get electronic monitoring, especially now in Covid times...he were denied. It was explained to that these kinds of cases never get approved for monitoring and that the attorney should have known that. When I called the office I was extremely distraught upon hearing my son would have to be pulled out of rehab to go into jail, I called the office begging for help. I did admittedly drop an "F" bomb with the girl who answered the phone because I was so upset, but immediately apologized. Guess what, Bamieh actually called me back, but only to let me know he wasnt going to help me because I inadvertently had asked another attorney to look into it. He told me because of this he refused to make a phone call on my son's behalf. He took my son's money though. If you have a loved one who has gotten himself in serious trouble and just a kid, do not have them hire this very cocky and full of himself guy. Let him tell you about the books he wrote, or the accolades about himself which would have been fine. I like confidence...but he was not able to back it up. My son is going to jail in a few days. He can say anything he wants to about me, but it is my son who will be having to do jail time. My heart is aching.

Being from a family heavily enthroned in law, knowing several and working with a wide variety of Attorneys, some would say (and I d agree) that I am somewhat cynical and can be a harsh critic of Attorneys. There are a lot of Attorneys that receive and deserve the bad rap (not to mention the Attorney jokes), that are made with regards to Attorneys. However, Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring are not those Attorneys (in my humble opinion). As a woman, I ve been told that I am aggressive (confident), I come across to brash and domineering (passionate about the truth and/or my character). For me, its about character, truth and doing the right thing at whatever cost, at all times. When I came to Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring regarding a legal matter, they sat down and listened WITHOUT interrupting me or attempting to put words in my head. I ve had experience in the field of law and I ve witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly. With Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring I experienced working side-by-side (if you will) with professional Attorneys in order to convey a united front. If I had questions, concerns or I didn t agree with something being done, they were patient, listened to every concern and took the time to explain in English (if necessary) all of my concerns. They never made me feel less than they, nor like I had to do it their way because they were the Attorneys (which happens with quite a few law firms). They might have thought (my own opinion) in the beginning I was difficult, but I believe as we proceeded forward, they realized I was not only knowledgeable, but also had their best interest in mind at all times. They made me feel part of their team. I readily admit that Attorneys and Doctors are two professions that I m not easily persuaded by. I DO NOT give kudos, referrals, ratings and praise that I feel is unwarranted. I have a variety of professionals that often seek my advice and trust me to guide them in the right direction. Anyone in the two mentioned professions would have had to show/prove themselves to me and to my satisfaction first in order for me to provide a referral. Finally, for me to give a rating of 5 stars to the profession of Law or Medicine would have a few of my professional friends (Attorneys included), contacting Doctors and pounding down my front door to have me drug tested and checked from head to toe. With all of that said Bamieh & Erickson, PLC and David Ring have earned my undying respect and yes I do, and will continue to refer potential clients to them.

Ron Bamieh represented me during a most unbelievable time of my life. My stress level was so over the top. I seriously could not believe what was happening to me. The last thing I ever thought would happen in my life, was the need to hire a criminal attorney. I seriously spent about one week researching who are the best criminal attorneys in Ventura County.
