Well what can I say? In need of a decorating job to do this pandemic!? Loaded to the gills with everything you need! Great prices, friendly staff, and following social distance everyone is clued up on everything! Even if I'm being a little simple myself ...and there's a burger van outside if your feeling hungry!?

Well organised to deal with the current situation. Queueing is well defined and wasn't too long to get in. One way system is easy to understand and enforced, only problem is having to go round more than once when miss something. Good amount of stock though and all in all a good shopping experience

Great big Mellorca 3.46m parasol. Very happy, very sturdy when properly secured in place. Nice, helpfull service.

A large store and a large selection of articles from construction to finishing and decorations, flowers and trees, a large car park and a van with unhealthy chambers.

Dreadful service! Some staff are rude and unhelpful. I will no longer shop at B&Q.

Large store, well stocked, friendly employees, ample parking!

I wanted a gift voucher. I went to the check out. A pleasant assistant showed me the gift cards available. I selected one . The assistant asked the amount, installed it on the card. I paid, the assistant passed the charged gift card to me. Well it was that simple.

Poor, unable to use my Over sixties discount card, only on gardening September, very disappointing and I have decided to go elsewhere for things I need in the future.

As per every other B&Q, not bad and some bargains to be had.

Staff have no idea the price or where anything is and I picked up a plant from a sale rack to be told at the till "they would never price such a plant at such a low price" when the lady went to check she called the lady who was serving us More

Great as always . Straight in with no queue with Tradepoint card and no queue to pay. Must have timed it perfectly.

Went to get shelving, all good but self checkout is card only and a queue of four people in the only main checkout open. Certain items you have to go to main checkout like garden items we were informed. We thought the savings card 10% would come off straight away only to be told it would be sent to an e-mail account but would have to spend it within a certain period.

We have been using this store for years and must have spent thousands there. One week I walked in as normal and tried to find the correct pumping fitting at this point I noticed a store employee sneaking around and watching me. At the time I didn't take much notice as I wasn't having much luck plus a have a long and boring phone call from a client but I kept seeing the same employee walking past the aisle trying to look natural and inconspicuous. About 20 minutes later I was at the checkout paying when I spotted him again lurking by the exit. And when I went outside this security guard stopped me and requested I accompany him to the office as I had nothing to hide I did. After emptying my shopping bags and pockets in front of the security guard and he apologising for the inconvenience I walked out but at this point I heard that same sneaky staff members state quite loudly in front of other customers "he must've dumped before the checkout" . This is when I stopped turned around and asked him what is he saying and implying. "I saw you putting stuff in your pockets" he replied even louder than before. Customers and checkout staff stopped what ever they where doing and started to observe The situation. I did my best to reply in a calm and collective manner but I did lose it and "before you accuse customers of stealing make sure you're right and if you're not apologise pretty f***ing quickly and hope they accept your apologies" he replied "I'm not apologising for doing me job" this is when I walked out. I sent a complaint email about this event but got a standard reply. Thanks B&Q

This is a B&Q extra. Is does have a large selection compared to the average B&Q. Staff are generally happy to help out in finding items etc. The outdoor garden area is quite good with a varied selection depending on the season. A fantastic selection of power tools. The plumbing and timber sections are also pretty vast.

There's no secret, Mr google review. It's a B&Q just like any other.

couldn't find what i wanted, asked if they had any more was told no, then found what I wanted in the wrong place !

People kept their distance, had to walk around to find a member of staff tho..people were masks..

As diy stores go b&q are up there with the best of them but online shopping is starting to take over

Took a heater back and a nice young lady (Angelica) on the returns desk sorted it out for us - no hesitation. Many thanks. Simply swapped for another one.

Travelled 88 mile round trip on the basis that - according to their website - the item I wanted was in stock. To be told that they didn't have any, and the item was in fact discontinued. Not happy...

Only use B&Q for things large items that I can not get elsewhere although the service is very poor ask for help told a person would not be long but as normal no one ever came

Good for d I y but watch out for it thing missing out of bags as people will steal a single 1p washer the are sad days
