We had to leave to hotel because our experience was so bad and the hotel would not work with us. First, we were told we had to pay $42 per night for valet parking even though self- parking was advertised. Our room was filthy- the carpet was sticky and left our feet black, and there was hair all in the shower. We were also told the infinity pool was closed but it was not advertised on the website. When we tried to call guest services, no one would answer our calls, so we went down to the front to let them know about our problems, but they did nothing to try and make it better. We told them we were going to leave and they just said okay, and weren t concerned at all. Also, 3 restaurants were advertised, but only 1 real restaurant exists. We tried to get a refund, but all they would refund is was the $35 resort fee. We still had to pay for the remaining 2 nights we didn t stay. Awful customer service and false advertising! We will not be going back!
