Better prices than competitors, most of the time. Recommendations are amazing. Sellers are quick and helpful.

So i went to the trade in department to sell my camera and the employee was just rude from the begging and basically profiled me cause i was black and didn't look the " part " of a photographer. the questions i asked him he took forever to answer them, just keep giving me long blank stares and he refused to take two perfect condition canon lenses and he sniffed all around my Nikon camera like he was trying to smell weed or something. I felt really offended and then he gave me a cheap offer for one camera and 4 lenses for 290$ while i basically watched him let a customer before me with his wife sell a discontinued camera with ONE lens for 390$ . I felt disrespected and was treated very unfairly. Never coming here again

This place is big, nice staff and I get good deals from B&H.I ordered a lot of accessories for my Sony Camera and was happy with my purchases.The store has great support and I do recommend to you.B&H is like Best Buy.I like both stores and both have great reviews.This place is big in Cameras and Video and I purchase my camera gear here and I purchase my computer accessories from Best Buy.Please sell iPhone 7 unlocked at your store and online.Best apple authorized re seller,and make deals on iPhone 7.The cameras are nice and are worth my money.I downloaded your official ios app and look for stuff.Please sell ram and graphics cards at your store and offer repairs.Sell Mechanical keyboards with back light keys. Bought an Xbox One X with an extra controller mid Dec. I didn't think shipping to the other side of the world would make it for Christmas but the DHL options were reasonable and I got it before the end of the week. They are serious when they say your purchase will go out to ship by the end of the day.

Products on the site are well priced and my purchase came with a free things bundled things (promos at the time). CS team are courteous and responsive.

The only downside was that the box for the controller arrived with a hole punched into it. The box it shipped in was undamaged so this happened before it shipped. No biggie though as the controller was fine.

Made my Christmas. Will absolutely be shopping with B&H again.

I RMA'd a defective video card within 3 hours of receiving the product, and returned it for a refund. Instead, I was hit with a restocking fee of 15% even though it was defective! I had even purchased another, more expensive one, which didn't seem to matter! I will NEVER, EVER purchase from them again. My first AND LAST purchase!
