Takes them over 6 weeks to put two patches on uniforms.

Very helpful staff, did everything they could to help despite being very busy.

It took my husband a month and half to get three uniforms! When I went in to pick them up not one of the employees said Hello how are you? It was. What do you need? Then she walks away comes back and says I need you to sign. Hands me the bag and says here you go. Was not to good of an experience!

I brought a jacket into Munro s to have some work done to it. There was a misunderstanding on what I wanted and the jacket had the wrong name tag. Munro s immediately fixed the problem and I had the jacket back in 10 minutes. The customer service was beyond exceptional. Katy, Lisa, April and Jeff are great.

Takes forever to get new uniforms, I get stuff from the wish app faster then these guys and that's no joke!
