Poor management they don't have chairs to sit if u are free for whole day u can go and waste your time here they will conduct your first round of interview after 5 hour no attention will be provided to u but for only once when u reached there after that u just have to wait and wait and wait.. Never go to this placement centre. Work environment is quite pathetic there.. Poor experience

Horrible experience!! Ended up wasting my precious time and money to travel so far. They will make you wait for too long time just fr two rounds which can be done in 30min.. I went there for chat process but i got to knw thats an ops process which needs excel n maths n im a science grad who hate maths. I already told them that i dont like maths n im a science student. Uhh.. Jus lost other two interviews due to too much time consuming by this agency... Make sure u ask what profile they are calling for and what experience is needed. Dont waste your time guys..

Do not go to dis place .....Pathetic experience .I have reffered by Ranju here and I came from Bikaner Rajasthan just for dis interview and she was not clear about d things,she wasted all my time ,worst experience ever.

These guys are fraud, they will ask you to pay the money and then you will never Get a job from them. All they do is fake promises and commitments in order to take 500 or 1000 rupees as a fee.

There are no signs or board outside of building that will help you to reach to this consultancy. And they just showed us some companies that were fine.

Very poor service. They don't value your time. They just keep you waiting for long hours. I waited for more than 4 hours for the interview. And not selected because i was exhausted and de energized without meal, after waiting 4 hours sitting on the same chair. They are fools

This consultancy sucks. Yet it is a genuine 1. But hire at very low wages

It is so pathetic. Even HR don't know about the profile before calling someone. As I am tech support engineer, sadhvi from axis consultancy called me and said to come for service desk engineer and when I went there they said yes we are hiring for. i had wait for 3 hours and after that varun said to give the interview for customer support. Even I said sadhvi mam had call me for technical profile and after that the person who was there said "ya! Wait we will take your interview".

After that what a situation. There is a girl who was taking taking the interview of customer support, took my interview and literally she was not listening to my words and rejected me.

First of all, you People know the diference between the technical support and customer support and think before calling anyone.

one of the worst consultants that I met. They make fun of candidates, I was there today and They don't focus on every individual who come for the interview in their consultancy, They just give the priority to those people who are good looking especially Female's. I went their for the interview for the back-end process for convergys, but without even talking or taking my first round, they just give me the piece of paper to write about a chat without any topic, but in general this never happened in any consultancy, every consultancy conduct the first HR round and then written test or checking grammar skills. The person who called me for the Interview in this consultancy Name Deepak, He was not even taking the initiative for the candidate's whom he called for the interview. He was just sitting inside and making calls and other candidates were giving the Interview before me who came late after me, because their consultant's VARUN , MEENA were taking Initiative for them and giving them the Priority. Convergys HR were very RUDE without any reason they rejected me and some other students without even taking their first round of introduction. Don't visit this consultancy, Better go for other consultancy who are not cheaper like this consultancy, They are just bunch of RUDE and ARROGANT people who are biased on the basis of colour. The CONVERGYS HR was also making fun of candidate's English skills, when they are speaking in front of them. THERE ARE FAR MUCH JOB CONSULTANCY THEN THIS CONSULTANCY WHERE YOU WILL NOT FIND SUCH KIND OF BEHAVIOUR FROM THEIR STAFF AND COMPANY HR. WORST CONSULTANCY IN DELHI.

They just call you before 3 hour of interview , they call me at 2 but till 5:30 they just told us to sit they are come it's take time... I leave without giving interview. I know I'm unemployed but i don't have that much time to spend on these type of placement

What to said about if u go there with good purpose think twice it is the wrong place

There is a big probability of your Time being wasted if you arrive here. Avoid visiting here, if possible.

Very slow interview process. I reached there at 1pm and my 1st interview round held at 6pm.

Worst place to give interview.. they will give the form to fill up then they didn't even collect that form from you for 1-2 hours after such a looooonnngg time of waiting and they have very less seats their so some of the candidates will have to get stand in the room along with other and feel shame not for interview but bc's standing for 1-2 hours just bc's you came here.. And they will shift you from 1 room to another for like 4-5 hours between that time.. i mean what are you guy's doing atleast collect the form so that we could get yourself relief that you have read our form..

Worst placement consultant, don't even think of going there and suggest your friends also not to go for Interviews in this consultancy, as all the staff deepak, varun, Meena are very rude and arrogant people. BIGGEST LOSERS

They should concentrate on candidate at a time while taking introduction

They have been in business quiet some time , close proximity to Green Park metro station , I personally like the location not like many consultancies based in cramped places and crowded market.
It is based in a Porsche locality and fully of greenery around, not too much hustle and bustle of traffic.

Two of my friends went at this consultancy and they both had same feeling 'A pathetic experience '

1) First one told that Initially they called her twice and told that she can come for final round at there office and there she will get to meet the person who contacted her ! She reached at the prior fixed time i.e. 12pm , she informed guy that she has arrived but contact guy didn't came. She was an experienced candidate and she was already working in to 24*7 shifts so she was a bit comfortable in waiting for sometime as there was no hurry to reach office. After two hours finally the interview process started and when she was done with interview and all she was told as a feedback that as she is married so they can't hire her !! (What kind of reason is that ? Do married people don't do jobs or the recruiter only wanted unmarried people for reason unknown) and moreover only 2 rounds was supposed to be held at there place and next two at company but she never got call from company. She was married and she mentioned that in her resume, if these axis placement were a bit of professional and could have read her resume once it could have saved everyone's precious time.

2) Second friend of mine got a call from this consultancy for a job. He went there and sat for approx 5 hours and after 5 hours of waiting he was told that he does not fit as a candidate for the particular job because his resume does not carries relevant experience. Would they have earlier read his resume properly then they would have known that he does not fit their criteria so they would have not wasted his precious 5 hours.

In conclusion this consultancy is not even 1% professional. You will get job only by your luck if you come here.

Very bad experience. They say they will provide 100% job . However, they don't even send you interview room even after waiting for more than 5 hours. They ask you to come at there place but send only some candidates in interview room. You have only choice to wait there and after that go to home. They don't care that how far you came from and how it feels when you come from more that 25km and go to your home without giving an interview. Very bad..

Axis placement is an organization which helps young freshers as well as other people to find appropriate jobs for them,
I've been there myself. People there were generous and good.

Its a kind of house of a person it does not kook like office they will keep sitting u in there well furnished room for long hours and they dont know anything about hiring they work as a consultancy there they dont take charges but they have limited company vacancy knowledge also
