Two of my friends went at this consultancy and they both had same feeling 'A pathetic experience '

1) First one told that Initially they called her twice and told that she can come for final round at there office and there she will get to meet the person who contacted her ! She reached at the prior fixed time i.e. 12pm , she informed guy that she has arrived but contact guy didn't came. She was an experienced candidate and she was already working in to 24*7 shifts so she was a bit comfortable in waiting for sometime as there was no hurry to reach office. After two hours finally the interview process started and when she was done with interview and all she was told as a feedback that as she is married so they can't hire her !! (What kind of reason is that ? Do married people don't do jobs or the recruiter only wanted unmarried people for reason unknown) and moreover only 2 rounds was supposed to be held at there place and next two at company but she never got call from company. She was married and she mentioned that in her resume, if these axis placement were a bit of professional and could have read her resume once it could have saved everyone's precious time.

2) Second friend of mine got a call from this consultancy for a job. He went there and sat for approx 5 hours and after 5 hours of waiting he was told that he does not fit as a candidate for the particular job because his resume does not carries relevant experience. Would they have earlier read his resume properly then they would have known that he does not fit their criteria so they would have not wasted his precious 5 hours.

In conclusion this consultancy is not even 1% professional. You will get job only by your luck if you come here.
