I called too get information about my brother, per the officers request. The man that answered was very rude and unprofessional. He acted like it was a inconvenience, too do his job and answer a few questions. And never have his name. I'm a local business owner in pensacola for over 20 years. And will tell everyone I know about this company, and too stay away from them.
They are very unprofessional did not get the job done, lied and would not answer the phone when i called to see why my friend had not been released and the jail was telling me they never came up there if i could rate them zero stars i would

The lady that answered the phone was the rudest and most unprofessional person EVER!!!! And she hung up on me because I didn't know my friends little brothers middle name. Absolutely worst!!!!!
