It is so pathetic. Even HR don't know about the profile before calling someone. As I am tech support engineer, sadhvi from axis consultancy called me and said to come for service desk engineer and when I went there they said yes we are hiring for. i had wait for 3 hours and after that varun said to give the interview for customer support. Even I said sadhvi mam had call me for technical profile and after that the person who was there said "ya! Wait we will take your interview".

After that what a situation. There is a girl who was taking taking the interview of customer support, took my interview and literally she was not listening to my words and rejected me.

First of all, you People know the diference between the technical support and customer support and think before calling anyone.
