The airport itself is good. The service is a JOKE. First there will very long line on the immigration, then at least an hour wait for your luggage, sometimes the information at the carousel screen is complete wrong so you waited at the carousel that doesn't have your bag, after that there will be line at the customs, then there will be aggressive taxi drivers waiting for you.

It's very convenient airport, it's a link to many international destinations as well as domestic airports. Both arrivals and departures halls are facilitated with many kinds of services such as cafes, banks, restaurants, souvenir shops and clean toilets. Departure fee is INR200000 January 2015

This place has come a long way over the past 5 years. Now with digital scanning for passports, finger printing, and even scanning your boarding pass as you enter. The prices once in the airport waiting to board a plane are just like any other international airport that has a captive audience... extortion comes to mind. Coke in a warung 50cents. Same coke at the airport $5.00 I get the rent is going to be higher for these businesses but... $4.00 for water you are told you have to throw out before entering the area, and then after you have that $4.00 bottle of water, you cant take it on the plane so they get you to throw it out again.

Anyway, back ti the airport... the continual improvements are looking great.

The days it gets better in appearance and service as an international airport. Only for those who first arrived at this airport during the pandemic period were a little troublesome with the Indonesian eHAC application, but then it didn't matter. Hopefully the covid-19 pandemic will pass soon.

This is worst airport I have been.

This is worst airport I have been.
Once you reached the arrival hall and plan to find a taxi , please beware to those Taxi Mafia which declared themselves as airport taxi? I wonder the Management of this airport allowed them to hassle and disturbing people inside airport ? An airport taxi without any fix price which driver can offer any price as they want as high as 2x compare to a normal taxi. They will keep following and persuade you to use their service! Please try to avoid talking to them if possible. And also they are banned and hate Uber so please dont let see your screen of you are using uber apps.

Besides this, those store are selling cup mee but do not have boiling water or hot water for us? The cashier is telling go nearby restaurant and take for hot water ? I were shocked of this, This is so ridiculous!

The airport is clean and well equipped, however the security is overzealous (by any standards of any airport I have ever been to, world wide) and the prices for every single item in any context under the roof of this airport are outrageous. Our experience was turely an aweful way to end our holiday as we had to give up our glass travel bottles (no problem, anywhere else) and they confiscated checked alcohol and even a bamboo souvineer kite. Do not reccomend this airport.

Fairly arranged airport. A bit outdated. Everything is easy to find. Only everything takes a very long time here. You have about 1 hour further before you have the suitcases. Enough taxis available. Ask in advance what the price is or negotiate. The return trip is always a bit chaotic at the airport.

The airport is big and neat and if you are lucky when you arrive by plane, you are immediately greeted by the Garuda isnu Kencana Statue on the top of the airport hill. Shopping arrangements and waiting rooms are professionals, who want to try computerized automatic bag / luggage storage, but it is a little far near the motorbike parking lot and still new so that I was locked without getting the opening number

Clean, organized, plenty of help and information desks. Only use Taxies that have a meter, Bluebird is reliable they say bluebird across the front windshield, tjere are plenty of scam druvers that will take you for 2 or 3times the real cost to get where you want to go

This airport is a crowded airport with many flight schedules because many tourists or foreign tourists come on holiday in Bali. The position of the airport is also close to the coast or the sea. The motive of the building was nuanced in Bali. Many traditional art ornaments or patterned buildings in it.

Terrible experience in Bali international airport None of the signage explicitly states their new airport policy that selfie sticks must be checked in. We were asked to queue up again to check in however we were nearly missed our flight.

The English level of the airport staffs are limited. When we have problems, no one can help us. The trip to Bali was amazing, but the ending is too terrible

It is my first time here. It is very easy to access to the airport. After we ride the bus we got directly go the custom. The customs are really fast. Taxi provider is everywhere. Better to take taxi outside the airport, way cheaper. You can buy simcard after immagration. The airport also look nice.

Nice airport, but extremely poorly managed. Info boards at the gates often don't show destinations, gates are frequently changing and luggage collection, after arrival, takes easily over 1 hour. WiFi often out of service.

A great new airport. Easy to navigate and find checking desks and immigration. Very busy 24/7 so best to be there well ahead. Plenty of restaurants and food outlets once you're through and love ads of seating.
A good experience all round.

All airports are the same~

All airports are the same~
I was caught in the security screening, and then I was trying to disassemble the carrier, but I am grateful that nothing came out.... Phew.....
If you call it to the third floor with a grab, it costs about 450,000 won to Kuta.

Airport is a ripoff, way too many security checks, you can't take drinks through into airport, nothing new there but if u need to have your bags checked at the departure gate after going through all these previous checks they either just want to take your bottled drinks, perfume and Dutch off you so u have to buy on the plane or they have internal problems with security that they are worried about, they blame it on Australian rules however you can buy what u like at other airports departing for Australia and it's not a problem.....just beware the sellers in shops don't warn you either when ur trying to off load ur last currency on cheap water for the plane.
