I made a lot of expectations for this winery that spoke to me very well, but we paid approximately $ 350 pesos for a short tasting. I thought that we would visit the winery environments, and that we would have a more improved tasting, however I noticed a certain lack of preparation on the guide although the wines were wonderful, highlight the Finca Mirador and Quimera.

Great Mendoza winery. Select wines with exquisite attention. They basically work with 3 farms that are at different heights. Its flagship wines bear the names of those 3 estates. They are very refined products. The tasting place is extremely beautiful and peaceful.

I paid the visit. Everything is OK. Then I was presented with a way to buy the wines and receive them in Brazil.
As I loved the wines, I bought 12 bottles. The promise was that it would arrive in six months. And so far I haven't received it. And I already paid. Of course.
The view was in May. I try to contact and they don't answer me.
I am very upset and I would like to know how to get my problem solved.
CAUTION.

Spectacular tasting, we were attended by a super expert and humorous guide. Good prices. The vineyard is beautiful and the proposal of the small winery is charming. I recommend taking a local guide to get there. GPS does not work well and you may be late.

Incredible wines and views at this winery. We sampled Quivera from 2013 (blend), three Malbec wines and Dulce (sweet dessert wine). I loved all of the tastings, along with our English speaking guide. Make sure to call prior for a reservation as it does get busy. Price was $400 pesos for the tasting per person, and all bottles we tasted were available for sale on site. We did get lost on the way there, so make sure to drive all the way to the end of the road, then turn right!

I come here to record my disappointment with the way the Hotel DIPLOMATIC has been solving an unfortunate situation created by communication problems between him and the ACHAVAL FERRER winery. I bought 2 wines that were delivered to the hotel and then returned to the winery due to communication problems. Result: I returned to Brazil without the wines purchased in the certainty that the problem would be solved by the hotel as they had committed themselves. Well, this problem occurred in 03/03/2017, and until today, 04/04/2017 with 31 days gone by, they only made false promises that they would be resolved as quickly as possible and so far nothing !!!
Monday, March 27, was the last day to give a reply and since then no e-mail. I have been summarily ignored by everyone.
I deeply regret that a Diplomatic status hotel, which wants to maintain its level of excellence, despite the internal problems found in its hotel rooms, has not solved something extremely simple, considering its structure and operation. The same goes for the ACHAVAL FERRER winery, which has a distributor in Rio de Janeiro and was not willing to serve us, keeping OUR MONEY that I demand to receive back.
I will seek legal means to resolve.

What can I say regarding this winery, a small place, but with a view that very little can be appreciated, and nothing more beautiful than the mountain range and pre-mountain range with such varied and subtle wines full of colors and aromas, shared with foreign people and close friends, the place simply invites you to listen to the silence with incredible wines and in connection with nature, a small winery with love for what they make enormous. Thank you all very much for letting us know ... HEALTH!

It was a beautiful visit. We hadn't booked but they let us in anyway. They let us taste 3 wines of different quality with a very interesting introduction. The wines were very good, very high quality. Not to be missed

Tour uneventful, guide uninteresting. Great wines though for ordering - even offer shipping abroad. Tour & tastings overpriced (most expensive I've experienced). Absolutely beautiful grounds - can suit outside and enjoy the view of mountains and vineyards!

Great wines bad service is not worth the visit they offer only tastings and very little and unfriendly attendants and their wines are found to buy at the airport in Medonza at a more affordable price

Great wines, tasting good labels and very well exposed and complete wine presentation.

It is worth knowing and if it is not possible to visit, I suggest the Bella Vista Label. Known as the princess of the winery's wines.

Another wine that is friendly and produced on a larger scale is the Chimera.

End the tasting with a passito wine, from the Malbec grape

I recommend.
