Avi is clean and spacious. We enjoy playing keno the best.

Good food, good service, and friendly staff! Very pleased with my stay.

OK place for a cheap room if your desert camp site gets too windy.

Took a ride out to the Avi for dinner during the River Run. The buffet, in my opinion, is THE BEST in or around Laughlin.... at least for the ones I've tried. Flambe for dessert, prime rib cooked to perfection. Definitely plan on going back to see that the food is consistently as good as it was when we were there.

Have been coming here for years. The rooms used to be much cleaner. The toilet and floor in bathroom of our room were dingy looking. They use a sheet as top cover on bed and sheets were not tucked in. The positive is the private beach they have on the colorado river. With cabanas for shade, boat and sea doo launch, swimming area and sea doo rentals. They have a big pool area with adult sections. The casinos slots seem to give a decent amount of wins. They have live entertaimment in bar on weekends.

All is true except slots being tight. I am a local and when we get together at other casinos we compare notes. No bonuses and when you do get the few for 100 dollars they pay less and less every week. No wins at AVI and the golden nugget is the worse. Starting to go to Vegas more casinos to chose from.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful pool area. It is right on the river with a beach, walkway, and picnic area. Spacious room with a big window, a table with chairs, a soft relaxing chair, and a full length mirror. Very clean. The coffee is excellent in their casino. They have a food court with a Subway, Panda Express, Sbarro pizza, and Ice cream.

Found this place on accident...very cool spot down the river from Laughlin, Nevada

Brought my kids to kids quest while I played a session of bingo. Was called ever 5 minutes because they couldn't calm my baby down and every time I went in she would calm right down.

Fun spot! The machine were a little tight but we had a blast!

We loved this Resort. The kids had a blast! The pool it perfect at 80 degree weather

We stayed in the rv park enjoyed very much. Staff in casino could be a little bit more friendly. They never smile. But will come back for sure

Movies, food, gambling, cheap rooms, clean and a great beach to boot.

I can recommend this hotel for this kind of price (30$ a night) but not more ! The regular restaurant was a mess but the fancy one is better. Staff are very nice and the rooms are clean !

Nice and cool inside considering 106 outside. Excellent Buffet. Not a big winner today but played on there money for a few hours. Great Staff!

I've been there twice and my daughter loves the kid quest! I live roulette ! Won big last time I was there.

Pretty packed for the beginning of March. They gave us the wrong room package, but corrected that within minutes. AC unit was falling apart, they got that fixed quickly. Needs some work, but still pretty nice.

We just wanted to launch from here and float down river . So we got the launch pass and pool passes and had a blast. The parking guys were great.

OH YEAH A LITTLE GAMBLING AND SOME FIREWORKS ON THE RIVER IS AWESOME

Very nice casinos resort visit for first time this weekend i would come back again with my wife and kids

Took my daughter to see a movie and the overall experience was great. Prices aren't bad, service was quick and there's a nice modern arcade right next to the theater.

Oh the concert was so good last night and the singer was so hot what a great tribute American Eagle I also was playing poker and got four aces and one 250 bucks I was sweet on a quarter but loved it.

Stayed at Avi 2 nights, was very satisfied with the room rate, also the room provided was very nice with all amenities as expected, the resort surroundings were nicely kept and it is not too far away to reach from Hwy 95. Casino atmosphere was relaxed and the Buffett had a good selection. Would definitely recommend to anyone, specially for a large RV park and boating enthusiasts for wanting to be on the Colorado River, can easily go to Pirate Cove and Topock66 marina's on a short run or lake Havasu for a long haul.

Room was not clean, was out of date, and had a bad smell. Elevators keep breaking down. Besides that, it was nice.

Best place on Colorado River. You can light fireworks. Best to rent SeaDoos by Laughlin.

They take your money no points watch out for your car no. Good security cameras

This is our favorite place to go for girls weekend!

One of my fav casinos with a very nice KOA across the street. My only complaint is that when we were here last year, we were able to use Passport America for a discount last year but not this year. We still think it s a good deal. The place is very clean and has dog parks and playgrounds.

Not much of a gambler but seemed like a good selection of tables and machines. In house fast food including pizza, chinese and subways. Arcade for kids. Only downer was the waitresses took a rather long time bringing drinks in the casino. Actually not enough waiters period. But nice staff.

I have stayed here a couple times over the years and honestly enjoy it! The hotel isnt fancy by any means...but it's the river lol it's nice to have the beach, launch ramp and a casino, lounge everything so centralized! I haven't tried using the kidsquest place but the concept seems cool for those of they're comfortable!

Clean and quiet. Best of all free. You can fill up on water across the road at KOA and 10 bucks to dump!

The stay was wonderful. Room, restaurants, bars, pool, and beach were all above my expectations.

Great views, good service, but the hotel rooms are run down. Overall, pretty good experience.

Located Right along the River. Loved this place the first time I came, loved it the second time. Smaller then fine casinos in the gambling area. But features so much more else where. The rooms are very nice and relaxing. Im definitely returning as soon as I get a chance.

Great casino, with excellent gaming. Rooms great as well. Cocktail Waitress service not so great...tends to take forever.

Stop here for breakfast on the way home from Arizona back to California. the restaurant was clean and the food was fabulous. On way out played a few slots and actually won. Never knew this casino was here and now that I do I'm coming back.

Booked 3 rooms definitely didn't get the rooms we payed for ! Elevators don't work ! Ice machines had no ice ON ANY OF THE FLOORS ! We had someone knocking on the door saying we ordered extra blanket when we didn't! Also the pool omgggg! The river was cleaner then the pool . Get it together for the price that you are asking for a room IT ISN'T WORTH THE MONEY !

Avi is pretty good. Wish they could limit smoking on the way to the theater.

Avi is amazing anyone who comes to enjoy it here will love it, the fireworks are amazing here don't miss it!!!

Dealers are slow sloppy unfriendly. They are exceeded only by the floor supervisors. Don't waste your money. Camping is a little better than Walmart parking lot

We arrived to our room and the bathroom was filthy. Mildew and mold on shower curtain, hair all over shower. It was as if they hadn't wiped our shower out in days. The towel rack in the shower was coming out of fixture and it was molded. Stained pillow cases...pillows that look like they belong as decorations on a couch. The toilet had stains on the side. The doors and walls are covered in filth and stains. They have not dusted in months. We called front desk and they sent housekeeping to clean restroom. The gentleman did a great job in the restroom...too bad it wasn't and isn't done correctly all the time. Only one ice machine on the 3rd floor works...none of the others on the 1st, 2nd or 4th floors work. Carpets through out casino and hotel are filthy. Just very disappointed with cleanliness especially for $200 a night!!

Usually it would be 5 stars, but so much is closed.
Staff is awesome, remodeled rooms are great, wish they would have coffee maker and microwave, especially with pandemic.

I went to the movie theater there, and I really enjoyed the seating and the experience overall.

Rooms are a little dated but spacious and clean. Amenities are good, its a family friendly resort. The pool is nice but cold. The beach area is beautiful. You have to bring your own chairs. Overall, a great value for the money.

Wall view in room. No heat in room for 2 hours. Harassed by security outside walking from the store.

Surprise find. Stopped here on the way home to Las Vegas and had lunch at the buffet. You NEVER find Prime Rib for lunch at any Las Vegas Casino, but here we found Prime Rib, crab legs, caviar, shrimp....for lunch..at a reasonable price. Too bad it's not closer to Las Vegas

Its a casino. It's nice enough but the rooms could use an update

We stayed in one of the remodelled rooms and we really enjoyed the updated fixtures. A great place to enjoy some pool time, Branden Movie theatre, food and Casino. We like it better than staying on the Laughlin strip, but will need transportation to get around for day trips.

Good food grade atmosphere things for everyone to do right on the river wth a beautiful beach and all your gambling needs

Good place to stay due to having a nice pool and jacuzzi. It even has a kids pool just for themselves!

Oh man we had a blast, it has such a homely feel too this place, nd the BRUNCH was AMAZING at their buffet.

So much to do at just one location. Very family friendly. We will be coming back for years
