I really enjoy the Avi and the food court and the free play

My only complaint is that there is no 24hr Cafe or food options, at least on Tuesday night. Loved it otherwise, will definitely go back again.

Clean rooms, good food options. Overall great property for a great price!

Pool and beach areas r great food is okay and gambling is fun wonderful location and family friendly beside the smokey gambling floor you have to walk through to get food or out to the pool

Nice rooms, big beds, good buffet with prime rib that melts in the mouth!! Clean , friendly staff!! Left my passport and flight tickets in the room safe, returned the next day and they had them for me !!

It's a fun place to go to the staff are very nice and friendly you will be seeing a lot of me

Nice place too far from other casinos but has almost anything you need there.

The movie theater is awesome. Great selection of food, buffet, hot dogs, Pizza, panda express, etc.

Overall a really nice visit here. Small problems with a few drawers in the dresser and two other things in our rooms that were easily fixable. The beds were comfy. Showers were nice and hot. The employees were friendly and nice. The first machine I played was good, then there were a few that were complicated and not easy to figure out before or even while you played them..... Then, I saw them, the machines that were not complicated and fun to play. I had a blast! I enjoy when I can sit at one machine or even a table for a while. It totally gives me that vibe of being a part of the energy & excitement. The cherry on top though was that I ended my visit on a winning note!!!! Yay me! Overall experience was really good.

Clean, great selection of slots. Gorgeous beach and pool area. But, my favorite part is the hallway lined with artifacts and history of the area. Really cool place

We couldn't even get help from VALET. 5 valet guys in the little office My son had to UELL for 1 of them to help. Upon going into room I had to go bathroom Well NO TOILET PAPER LUCKY SECURITY OFFICER WAS WALKING THE HALL HE GAVE US 2 ROLL CAUSE NO ONE CAME NO ONE EVEN THOUGH WE CALLED. GOING TO BAR MY SON AND I WERE REVIEWED BY THE 3 BARTENDERS MAYBE CAUSE WERE NATIVES. 1 WAITED ON US HE SEEMED TO WARM UP TO US HE EARNED A $20TIP FROM MY SON. I DRANK A SMALL SODA.

I enjoy myself everytime i go. Never a disappointment. Fun games great service

The avi is an awesome place to stay. Housekeeping is on top of it . Everything is pretty clean and on point for the most part. It's a great place to gamble and the river access is Beautiful and refreshing during the summer

Only stopped in to see the casino. Seemed like a very nice place

A good place to get out of vegas for some jet ski action and soak in the river

The Avi is a lot of fun, we drive down there just about once a month. We like to play the penny slots and penny Keno games etc. We usually eat lunch there and pick up smokes. The Cartons of Cigarettes are much less expensive than at home. So we pretty much just make a day of it. The Casino itself is always clean and the employees are very nice. It's a good little getaway and a change of scenery.

Staff doesn't seem to be too friendly but other than that it's a great place to hang out and eat

For the price you cant beat Avi. Cheap and right on the river. Rooms are usually 30$ to 50$ non summer time. 100$ to 150$ in the summer. 10$ daily boat launch passes. Here are tips I have for you. If you are a light sleeper do not book on the first floor, kids always running down the halls making tons of noise. Ice machine on first floor rarely has ice. Beach tower top floors are usually the most quiet. Casino is nice and slower pace then most, but the ventilation system needs a upgrade.If you don't like cigarette smoke, you will find gambling difficult at most times of the day. Also if you are sick of fast food , across the bridge in to arizona is some great mexican food. Their moonriver lounge is expensive but very tasty.

Last 3 years lve been here we had always had problems with our room such as a smell like someone died in thier and bugs twice but the beach is nice the casino is very small little food to choose but thier are fireworks

The Avi is clean, well organized, and just an overall fun place. The gaming table staff associates are fun, welcoming and very helpful. The late night F & B staff associates that I've met, Amanda and Salina are fun, efficient and constantly roaming the floor. They're also very cute. So, in sum, win or lose, the Avi is a great place to visit.

I have been going to the AVI for 25 plus years. Love the food, rooms and the casino staff is great. My wife and I celebrate our anniversary every year at the AVI and will continue to do so. Frank in players club retired several months ago and his replacement now takes care of us. 5 stars to the AVI. Michael and Kelly Killgore..

Children's pool is closed off an green with algae, breeding ground for mosquito, the hot tub was filthy at 11 am in morning on a Tuesday, cigarette smoke is unbelievably strong an I couldn't even enjoy my food in cafe because smoking was allowed in the restaurant. Very Disappointed, stay here last September an it was great, but this time its really been a bummer

Great beach and boat dock. Many things for visitors to do. Quiet and secluded.

With covid cases on the rise, you would expect atleast mini hand sanitizers in each room. The room I rented wasnt exactly clean. There were nail clippings on the bed and pieces of candy on the floor. I highly doubt the sheets were changed. Would not recommend

We went to the Avi to go to the movies. They have a great deal on Tuesdays, 2 for $22 gives you 2 tickets, a large popcorn, and 2 large drinks. Super reasonable. Theater is clean, the seats are ok, but start to get uncomfortable after about an hour.

Fun place to go river, bars, movies, gambling, and really good food!

A very nice little resort, couldn't use the summertime faculties while I was over in January however

Slots are looser here than across the bridge. New games, good food!

Nice to have movies and Arcade, kids spot. Tables are a good time there. Dealers are fun!

They don't take pets and locked me out of my room where my dog was. Had to send him home with a friend. Bad service

It's a nice place to spend time with family. It's got something for everyone in the family.

The food they have there is the second best I have ever had.You could grab something to eat before you go to the movies or you could eat before having some fun at the arcade.

2 for one Thursday buffet. Avi's buffet is probably the best out of all the casinos in Laughlin.

This place is awsome! You can do fireworks here too! There's a kids quest, a movie theater, and a food Cort. Also has a beach and a pool.

Was there for the Memorial Day fireworks. Didn't spend much time in the casino itself, just out on the beach behind it. It wasn't terribly clean, but I suppose you could attribute that to the large volume of people there for the event. The place seemed okay otherwise.

We needed a place to stay for a family event, and it was bike week. This was the first time we had stayed here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, but extremely over priced at $282 for one night.

Great place, clean, kids quest was amazing. Restaurants were nice and lots of options.

I'm not a gambler, bit I went with family to an antique car show. It was set up very well, letting us enjoy views of the river, sandy beach (with paplapas), and beautiful pool area--new since I was last here--that offers day passes for $10 as we wandered through the cool old cars. I may have to become a regular on the beach in the evenings! There is also easy access to a nice movie theatre, a food court, a cantina, and a tiki bar without going through the casino at all.

Love the variety of machines. And the moon shadow grill is a great place to eat. Quick service and everyone is usually friendly from my experiences.

Servers are scarce and don't have change for a hundred. You can catch a buzz if they know you or you spend thousands of dollars.losses are unbelievable and should be outlawed.

Their food from the cafe is delicious, the staff was friendly & helpful, & I walked out of there with more $ than I came with! It was a good experience all around.

The Avi has always been my favorite casino. The service is exceptional and the rooms are clean.

Avi Resort was the dirtiest resort I have been to. There were bugs in our bathroom and clothes and trash we're left out in the HALLWAY for multiple days and still haven't been picked up. We have reported the bugs to the front office and they say that the cleaning crew will handle it but they don't the dead bugs just stay there. So, do not go here it's disgusting and the people here are lazy.

The staff is absolutely awesome, food is good beds are comfy, drinks are amazing.

We like other Laughlin casinos more, but Avi is nice.

As far as Gambling it's horrible, the place is clean and great for Weekend SUMMER CROWED RIGHT BY THE (Colorado River has a nice Beach . During the week it's more a local CROWED who think they have can do what ever they want . Like pulling chairs from other Machines so they can sit next to their other half play the minimum get drinks for free for hrs. Security is useless and let it go even though you have no PLACES TO SIT THEN.
THEY HAVE SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN DROP THE KIDS OFF FOR A COUPLE OF HRS.

I liked how private it was from the rest of the hotels only thing is one side is on Arizona so the time is different from Nevada time so restaurant and the pool are closed earlier.

It maybe out in the middle of nowhere but rooms are nice, safe in the room and restaurants have good food.

Went to the theater. It was clean, the movie was clear and the sound excellent.

I ve been coming to this hotel for about 12 years and all theses years there was never one problem.The service here is incredible.The workers there made it feel like I was famous person.All in all this hotel is the best place to be at for a vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. Great deals on foods. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful. We will most definitely stay there again.

I was to stay in a comped room. I travel in a RV. If parking in Dry parking lot for RV's now when there is construction the only way to get to casino and Hotel is to walk around the whole casino. Staff could care less no shuttle or side walk

So glad to be able to play again on my favorite machines last week. Thanks for the slot dollars, and offer for a room Couldn't stay but maybe next time. The lady in the coffee corner is really nice and accommodating. See you near my birthday next month.

I love this hotel is the perfect gateway from Las Vegas so relaxing and awesome food

Nice room. The single elevator is annoying though. Also, beach is insanely crowded. Food court is great.

Nice pool and beach. Casino is decent. Not to thrilled with the Friday seafood buffet. Parking was convenient. Like the movie theater.

Limited WiFi, No fridge, No coffee maker, Homeless using the pool ,No jet ski rentals, No chairs for beach area your suppose to bring your own??
Told we could walk on golf track for carts then kicked off by employee after using it for 3 days...Avi even owns it no place to walk
Earn points for play but can t redeem in all in house stores like the theatre. Elevators take forever faster to walk down the flights of stairs. No cell phone coverage on casino floor easy fix with $500 booster. Exercise room has no windows in remote location not safe. Dial 40 for wake ups takes you to Messages then no front desk answering so called operator and she was just rude....not impressed won t be back.

The Avi smokeshop has the cheapest cigarettes around!

It is awesome great for kids and adults plus the best firework show

The room was remodel but dirty. The bathroom was gross with hair on the floor and in the tub. The tub did not drain I had to hold the drain open so it would not flood. The toilet and sinks were not clean. The dresser and ice bucket were dusty. The elevator took a very long time and smelled like mold. Also they do not have rolling luggage carriers so we had to make 3 trips to bring our stuff up to our room. There is not a coffee maker in the room so the coffee cafe was nice. The restaurants food was good. We loved the beach and hot tub.

The only place we stay in Laughlin!! Rooms are always clean and the pool is great!! All the restaurants have great food. If you get a chance go to the Mexican restaurant in the parking lot!! Great street tacos!!

Other than being out away from the Laughlin strip. They have a lot of amenities and the golf course is great.

Nice pool, decent food, many areas to chill & hang out. Amazing staff > shout out to Housekeeping
