Avi Resort Review

Nice pool and river area. Rooms could stand to be updated. This is a place frequented by those who love the river. Friday night seafood buefet at $24 was enjoyable.
I would likely stay in another hotel if there ever is a next time.

Best stop on this trip, got to play for quite awhile and had good pizza for lunch

Clean, great beds, no service after 10 p.m. at food places.

We had a great time at the campground. Nice grounds, close to convince store, gas station. Launch ramp easy access. Beach is beautiful!

The rooms are fairly nice. No complaints on service. Theaters are very nice and clean. Would stay there again.

A little too expensive for breakfast.taste was good though.

Absolutley the best place to go to celebrate any significant holiday! They put on the most AMAZING fireworks show you've ever seen!!! My jaw just drops at the grand finale and I can't control my screaming! Fantastic! My family and I have been coming here for years. We are locals. We just come for the day on every scheduled fireworks day and just enjoy the outdoor grass area with shade trees, amplified music, great vibe, authentic Indian foods, amazing beautiful, sandy beach access, close parking, bring your own food/drinks (NO glass!) access to casino. Just a great place to spend the whole day for the entire family! And free! Go here! You will not be disappointed!

Had really good luck on the slots in the beginning but didn't get up and lost everything after an hour of playing. Overall staff are friendly and so are the local residents.

We had a great time. The table games are currently closed. Had a blast playing video poker and playing golf.

Housekeeping feels it acceptable to leave dry blood on the pillow case, ripped sheets, holes in towels, dry boogers on the wall, a terrible smell in the room and little bugs in the bed. Would not recommend. However the buffet and beach are very nice.

Amazing place to stay for traveling. There is a buffet, kids place, arcade, and even a movie theater!! And for parents there is a huge casino. But overall, a great place to stay! ! :)

Service was excellent, food was great. A bit of overpricing going on for a small casino though.

Lots of stuff to do for the family all in one place. Beach front on the lake, watercraft, large pool, 8 screen movie theater, kid zone, arcade, and food court. The mini mart in the parking lot sells real fireworks. The only negative I can say is the casino area is extremely smoky. Just walking from the main enterance to the play area alone will make your clothes reak.

The buffet food wasn't anything exciting. I could have made everything they had and done better at home. The line was extremely long and I wasn't really happy. The server was very fun though.

The seafood buffet was outstanding and the casino was great.
The room was nice size. No coffee pot. The air conditioner was louder then most.
Getting a nice price for the room made it a good stay.

It's always a nice place to eat. It's even better now.

We stayed her last weekend. Everything was Great. This hotel and Casino has it all, movies, kids quest, arcade, bingo, private beach, big pool. Great Service, especially with Front Desk Manager Patty. She Helped us out with our lil problem we had.

This place is very busy, the service and food are excellent. Prices are very reasonable and the beach and pool area are pretty cool.

Nights are amazing in Parker. Casino is adequate. Beautiful decor. Amazing pool area.. loads of things to do on the river.

Buffet was decent. Arcade was ok as well games are over priced. decent variety of arcade games.

I wasnt impressed not as clean as I thought a casino should be has few places to eat not impressed either. They dont let you win at all. Disappointed not even a bonus on 60 dollars? I wasnt impressed at all overall

The Avi is old school, like a casino USED to be, focusing on service and entertainment, not just milking the public. I'd give 'em five stars, but really, you shouldn't be going to public venues right now, hehehe!

Stayed at the RV park, had full hook ups but all dirt , ate at the steak house food was good but they were out of the bone in rib eye

Nice casino with lots to do. Has a movie theater on premises and play areas for kids. Also has RV camping. However it is kinda off the beaten path and not close to anything.

This property is in serious need of a facelift. We ordered 4 rooms and 3 of them smelled so bad like piss and cigarettes they were nearly unusable. Overall, the property has fallen to a state of disrepair That said, the staff in the pits are very nice and the gambling was a pleasure.

OMG the staff at AVI were all helpfull they treated us like they new us for a very long time.

It was a great experience. Had a lot of fun in the lake and the pools. The theater was also great. As well as the arcade. Although Aviation needs a little more arcade machines.

We love this casino...we goto it every vacation to the river...this year we did the river regatta...going again next year too!

Great place to visit with family and friends. A real gem.

Great staff as usual, facility was clean. Panda Express was grossly understaffed and when we arrived many entrees were empty. Staff worked very hard to satisfy though.

People were nice,helpful.you get 10 % off a lot of stuff just for getting a member card.movie theater was nice also.

First time to Laughlin and staying at Avi; a few good points and a few strikes. Hotel staff was professional and courteous and easy to speak to. Hotel was easy to find using GPS and there was plenty of parking. Rooms and bathrooms were ok, we upgraded one level to get a view of the pool and outside area which was nice. Food court eateries was very good and I loved to Ice Cream stop. There is a movie theater in the hotel as well.

Downside, it is truly a smoking hotel where the gambling machines are, ice machines on the floor were either not working or broken.

I will probably return next year for golf tournament and stay there.

I felt like me and my latino family were a walking circus. Even staff would give us the eye. We were paying customers just like everyone else but we were still treated like we had a disease. We didnt let it ruin our trip but we will not come here again.

Waited hours for our room to be ready. When we finally got into our "upgraded" non-smoking room with pool view, we saw a wall and the room smelled of smoke. Nice movie theater.

Nice casino! The Sunday brunch was great! The room was decent but a bit pricey.

My wife and I like this place because its more our speed they give us a lot of perks plus we don't do to bad plus we have a lot of fun

Ease of check-in and checking out. Front desk personnel always are very nice and I find myself always leaving their desk with a smile.

On 1 of my rooms I had a toilet that got flooded & it had a horrible smoke smell .after I asked for non smoking & in my room the sheets looked like they needed changing & the floor was nasty dirty .I wouldn't stay there again. When I told them .they tried charging me more money to stay in the newly remodeled rooms .for the most part the staff is really nice

Avi was a good time. Very laid back and relaxing. We had an issue with our reservation and they took care of it and put us in a suite. Great place

Avi Smokeshop the cigarettes are very cheap by The carton I find I save a lot of money also there is so see it's your very nice and helpful all around a great deal

Nice place, friendly staff. George one of the custodians at night is an awesome Friendly dude. The machines are clean and pretty much ALL in working condition. I really wish the Blackjack tables were open but its just the circumstances at this time I guess.

Friendly staff and their casino has the best layout for preventing the spread of covid 19 of any casino in Laughlin, Nevada.

There nice the pool is great, never seen such a nice pool. The rooms could be a little cleaner ,what I mean by that is the carpet needs cleaning. Besides that nice place to stay things for the kids too

Nice hotel... Love all the food spots and the Colorado River right here. Amazing water sports to participate in. Pool is lovely. The WiFi is not stable, you have to continuously log back in. No refrigerator in room, at least in our room, More

Oasis in the dessert, rv park with full hook ups, and rv free parking no hook ups. Awesome pool

Nice room but noisy fans on the roof outside window. Nice beach area on the river bank. Unfortunately very dirty swimmong pool.

Avi is a 3 or 3.25 star resort. Everyone is really nice and I love the private beach and really reasonable room rates
